There was a very rude lady who was on register 3. I went there at 6:47pm on December 25th. She had short hair and a lot of piercings on her all over her face. I went there with my partner to just get my medicine and she was all done scanning my stuff my partner payed and she told me press the red button and I did. Then she made me feel like I was stupid and said your supposed to be pressing the screen. She said that with aggression and i apologized and she basically told me I was slow and that so many other people are cause i pressed the button on the key pad instead of the screen and she said that so rudely and said sometimes it'll wake you up. read more

The pharmacy staff are pleasant but cannot offer any solutions. They put everything back onto the patient and blame the patient and doctor. I think this is symptomatic of most pharmacies at least in California. This is driven in a large part by corporate greed the pharmacy staff has been cut so thin they're not able to take the time to actually help the patient.. If I could give the pharmacy less than one star I would. The service at the pharmacy absolutely is terrible. If they are out of something they don't tell you or your dr and offer zero solutions as calling another store or doing anything to help. Then hang up on you when you ask a simple question. I hope the pharmacist here gets treated as poorly as she treats customers when she needs help. On the other hand the store manager is great if only they could control the pharmacist. Maybe corporate will be more attentive than the pharmacist. read more

I just want to thank dawn she was MORE than helpful with my prescription issues. She went above and beyond what any pharmacy tech might do . Most of the time dealing with a prescription it's a hassle and in my experience I have to do all the work to come to a resolution but nope not with dawn she took care of everything for me and even followed up with a phone call to make sure I was ok with the solution to the problem. This CVS is super close to my house so it's very convenient. However I'll only be picking up my prescriptions from now because I've had enough of one of your employees! The man with the ponytail and annoying voice is getting more and more pushy and rude! All he seems to care about is selling that damn carepass and if you decline here comes the attitude and refuses to let you use your coupons out of spite. He did this to me recently and gave me attitude when I asked about why I couldn't use my coupons and then on a different day he did it to my mom same situation and attitude. On top of all that there aren't many cashiers and he will take his sweet time to ring people up because he's trying to force the care pass on people. I don't know how he gets away with this and he seems like a creep on top of everything because of the way he would talk to the younger girls. So I just get home from picking up a prescription. I look at my email and see I have won a free reward for an item on a list of decal items. I choose the flashlight they off worth $59.00. I just have to pay $5.75 for the shipping. By the time I was finished with the order it showed I had choose to get 2 flashlights, and the charge for shipping and handling was $11.50. I called to ask why it was $11.50 and not $5.75. I was told that it showed I selected 2 flashlights. I was Leary about that but thought it was okay as the flashlights appeared to be pretty nice with a value of $59.00 each. I got off the phone and reviewed my order again and saw that yes, it was for 2 flashlights. Upon reviewing the order and reading the fine print closer I saw it was a trial offer and if I choose to keep the flashlights a charge of $59.00 for each flashlight would be automatically charged to my credit card. I called back again and demanded to cancel the order. The representative tried everything she could to have me not cancel, even offered to charge me for only one flashlight. I demanded she cancel the order now which she did. Now I have to wait and see if my credit card gets charge or not. DO NOT FALL FOR ANY WALGREENS PROMO OFFERS OR FREE REWARDS OFFERS IT A SCAM. This is more my store. I'm only buy what's on sale with the mile long coupons they give you. I get my meds here and sometimes there is a small line but it moves fast. My one complaint around the holidays, you see the catalog with what's on sale and by the time you go into the store, all discounted item tags are taken down for the next day. So you are not sure what is or isn't on sale. Also the same people have worked there for years and they are very friendly! I prefer this store over the other local stores! read more

I came in yesterday before going to work and I needed some allergy medicine. I only had 10 mins to be in and out. I was greeted with smiles as soon as I entered the store. I was asked if I needed any help. I asked them where the allergy medicine was and the associate walked me to the aisle and showed me where it was at. Usually in stores they just point to the aisle or tell you which aisle whatever you are looking for is located. I was in and out with time to spare. Awesome customer service. read more

Front to back the store is very clean and everyone who works there that I've encountered is very friendly. There is one person who works there, however, who should honestly be promoted to corporate customer service trainer. His name is Henry and he welcomes each and every customer in a warm cheery way just as soon as someone walks through the door, and all throughout the checkout procedure this guy is happy and peppy and doesn't get distracted or take his attention away from his customer and he just makes you feel good about shopping there. I like the Pharmacists. Helpful and friendly but stay away from the home delivery app.First, the CVS website is confusing and a nightmare to use. Worst customer service ever, at the Baseline Highland, 92346 store. I had problems with CA lottery machine. I put in $20 to play powerball lottery. I pressed $20 quick pick button but the ticket did not came out. I tried multiple times but nothing happened. I even tried other games like mega and fantasy but nothing happened. I called the store associate to help me. He said he can't do anything in a rude manner as they don't own the machine and left. I stood there helpless. Don't ca lottery keepers get a percentage of win if someone wins big from their store? If yes then aren't they supposed to help us out? I understand they don't own the machine but since it's inside their store aren't they supposed to help us out. The store associate could had called the ca lottery company for me but he didn't. He could had given me the refund and put that machine out of service and when the ca lottery personnel comes they could had claimed the refund. CVS did not help me and I was left there standing for 30 minutes. Since I had no other option I had to reluctantly get the scratchers for $20. I never buy scratchers but had to.
