I walked in, stood in front of the counter, two unpleasant and rude employees come out(tucking in their shirts) , angry female asks me " you need something " ... no genius, I'm standing in your store for my health, I need nothing from you. Male Employee proceeds to help customer behind me and the angry female employees moves to The other counter and shouts "come over here ". I pay for my stuff and leave. The male employee however was ranting about how much he hates Mother's Day because a lot of people will come into the store and ruin their plans as he stated. This CVS needs to do some Rehiring, there are a bunch of 17 year old kids that would do a better job than these two horrible and miserable people.

I've actually worked in a pharmacy before and it is generally a NONSTOP job for the majority of their shift. They try to do their jobs as best they can and answer your questions as best they can as well. You should be aware of several things before you go getting pissed at them. Most of the wrong answers you get, such as NO, are due to your crappy insurance and two: they have another set of people calling you that are NOT physically located at the Walgreens, however, technology allows for them to use the same phone number. Please, keep in mind that they sometimes have issues with their phones or computers as us normal folk do. So, next time that those from this area of North Carolina leave a nasty comment, remember where you live and those fine southern manners and make everyone's day much better by hiding your embarrassingly nasty attitude. Normally,…read moreI appreciate the customer service in all but one area The deli is not manned for an employee to serve customers at the hot bar. If you want a sub, they got you. If you want food from the hot bar, it is fifty/fifty that they will actually serve you. I cannot tell you how many times that I have wanted to get a dinner from the hot bar but gave up after several minutes of being ignored. And I love when someone will come from the back and go out of their way to not make eye contact with the customers. I have walked away empty handed more times that I can count. It is crazy. I have money. I want to spend it at Publix, yet they will not make the transaction. I gave up on Publix a long time ago. I made the mistake of going back today. All I wanted was two pieces of chicken. The clerk was making a sub for someone. He stopped to put the sub in the toaster. He grabbed two pieces of chicken for me an put them in a bag. Great. All he had to do is put a sticker on the bag. That's all. The toaster had completed it's time. Ge went back to making the sub. He asked another employee to finish my order She told him that he was busy. That was it. I waited for several minutes. No one would slap a sticker on that bag. I gace up after a while. That is par for the course there. I am never going back to Publix. What Mr. George started was so good for so long. Not anymore. I cannot count how any times I have seen customers walk away from that deli because no one would serve tham, and I cannot imagine the amount of money that Publix has lost because of this behavior.
