They are extremely unprofessional and rude. The tech couldn't hide her smirk when she said they couldn't fill my script. Truly nefarious people here. I was cordial yet treated like sh1t and she couldn't even be bothered to look at me. The chick with the tattoos has consistently been the worst offender. It's like they have some clique and can't be bothered to extend even the slightest bit of compassion or general respect for the clientele because we're just an inconvenience they have to deal with throughout the day. I will not be going back. My advice to you is to avoid this hellhole at all costs. Literal trash humans are working in that pharmacy.

I went in for scheduled flu shots (keyword scheduled,) at 6:30 & 6:45pm for my kids. I checked in at 6:33pm & there was a rather long line in front of & behind me. I had to fill out paperwork which was essentially the same questions I answered online and that was kinda annoying. We sat there until almost 7pm before the pharmacy tech even looked in our direction. Finally I got up and as soon as I did the pharmacist came up and greeted us. The pharmacist was ultimately very nice and the flu shots only took 2 minutes but that wait was a little ridiculous. I'll keep shopping here but I don't highly recommend the pharmacy.

I have celiac disease and I've tried to ask them to check for wheat in my medications. I then informed her that I have to deal with it every time I have a prescription and will for the rest of my life. She then nastily retorted "I know ALL ABOUT your condition" . I then said "If you do then you'd understand that I can't have gluten in medications, it's not just about food, and all I want you to do is check like you would for a wheat allergic person." She was very combative and nasty and rude and disgusting. She has acted this way to me several times, yelling and screaming at me over various interactions I've had with her when I haven't done anything to provoke it and I've done my best to be calm and polite with her. One of the more recently hired people can not pronounce medications and didn't submit my hydrochlorothiazide to my secondary insurance and then claimed it got rejected. When I called up my insurance they said it was never submitted. The insurance called up this CVS to get it straightened out themselves and had to inform the tech that she had never submitted the medication. They said they had to argue with her that she had submitted the wrong medications and not the one they cover. It finally got straightened out but I'm slowly moving to a different location. I still have a few medications being sent to this one but I'm letting each doctor know that this is not my pharmacy anymore as I see them.

She was rude and condescending to me everytime I showed up for a refill on any medication, and was also rude to my mother when she was picking up medication for another transgender family member. The pharmacists seem to really have a problem with transgender customers. To confirm what another trans man said in another review, this pharmacist refused to refill my prescription for my hormones even though I was overdue for it. She also refused to transfer the prescription to another pharmacy, so I had to have my doctor's office call only for her to refuse again. The pharmacy also takes 10+ minutes to pick up the phone which is just flat out annoying. I've never had any pharmacy take so long just to pick up the phone.

You know its bad then they pull out the iPhone calculator to figure out what to do next. The cashier was very nice but young, and it doesn't help to be social and/or ask boiler plate questions to people that have been in line for an eternity at a drug store on friday evening... No promotion or other interaction past let me pay for these 4 items was going to be successful for anyone that was already tormented by the queue. Other suggestions: -Self serve checkout machines. - declutter the front entrance. we were like cattle in a chute and I literally almost got knocked down by the guy going around me to leave because there is so little room to maneuver. If you are claustrophobic, I know these registers and exit would work your phobia. My wife waited in the car and she was a bit uneasy about a character walking around his vehicle and banging on it and acting erratic in general. I told he he was just trying to keep his sanity while his buddy was stuck in the store for eternity. But it was par for the course with the guy that was behind me that was so impatient he threw his stuff on the counter in front of the credit card machine impeding me from using it, then switching to the other cashier, and running me over to get out of the store. This last bit is more the clientele but it fit in with the whole vibe.

One guy had over 5,000 points and got a few add on items for just cents of a dollar. Seriously. And I picked up a mascara and got a dollar off.
