I had to give it 1 star as a rating due to the blatant disrespect of employee. The cashier at the front counter was very unprofessional and in my opinion openly racist. She didn't treat me with the same respect that she had for the 2 sets of Hispanic customers that were in front of me and was confrontational and very rude. When I asked her for her name she told me it's right here it was a ethnic name and I asked her to pronounce her name and she said again it's right here if you're going to act like that you can go somewhere else. I went to the register with some items that had a sale sign on the shelf, entered phone number, but noticed the price didn't adjust, so I asked the guy if the number didn't go through. He raised his eyebrows and rudely said, "Yeah it's waiting for you to pay." I said that isn't the price of the items. He looks at the screen and repeats the price on there; I said "That isn't what the sticker says on the shelf." He leaves and comes back with the sticker, shows me, and says it didn't come up as the sale price is because the sale ended in December. He did change the price since they didn't remove the sale sticker on time, but don't give me an attitude because of you or your employees ' carelessness to remove things when they've expired. And: Do not use this pharmacy. More than once I have had my doctor's office transfer a prescription here so I can more easily pick it up; all times resulting in the same issue of this pharmacy saying for hours "we don't have anything for you." My doctor's office sent the prescription. I was told by Walgreens that it can take 3 hours for it to come through. I called later, still nothing, and that time I was told by someone else that it takes 2 hours. Called again, nothing. Even the doctor's office called, trying to figure out why it wasn't with them. 6 hours later, they still tell me they have nothing. Then the person I talk to at 7 in the evening, after I said how many times I've called, the doctor's office called, etc., her only response was, "I haven't gotten any calls today regarding this, and this is the first time I've seen your name." Oh okay, so you are THE ONLY person that has been answering phone calls for the pharmacy for 6 hours straight?? I highly doubt it, especially when you weren't either of the other ones I spoke to the other times I called throughout the day. read more

This is my local Walgreens. Service is usually reliable - speaking of the pharmacy of course. The regular service of Walgreens is a bit lack luster. But it's a decent location in comparison to most in the immediate area. Word of advice for improving I would ask that they usher away characters that station themselves outside the doors at night and sometimes during the day. Plus adding more staff. At times there seems to be a lack of cashiers or attention towards guest trying to check out. read more

I wish I could give ZERO STARS, I waited OVER 24 Hours for my medication person she's not wanting to take care of patient because you also have you have to love your job has sympathy be patience friend no matter what patients complain. What if you are the patient l what if you are the patient in pain, the medication was sent over 24 hours and we kept calling about the medication and you said it's not ready. You didn't even tell her to come and pick your medication ready. They said it took a lot of time to make this medication but when I go there and started a fight they made it in less than 10 minutes. I am not a confrontational person but this situation infuriated me, I came here for my CHILDS MEDICATION WHO HAS BEEN IN PAIN FOR THE PAST 4 DAYS WAITING FOR THIS MEDICATION. Ghetto Un-Fabulous! This Walgreens should be avoided. First, I would like to apologize to my husband for having sent him here in the past. We live in Sugar Land, but this Walgreens is open 24 hours a day so we've used it on occasion. Unfortunately, he's been there more than once for different reasons. Never again will I send him to this icky yucko Walgreens. Yesterday, I wanted some photos developed. I don't know if Walgreens photos services were having a problem, but when I went to select a Sugar Land Walgreens online, most of them were unavailable. I ended up choosing this Walgreens, but never again. First, the parking lot has some strange happenings. There are a lot of people just milling about. There was a family literally smacking the RedBox outside with their fists. I went inside and picked up my photos. I ordered 60 folded photo cards. I checked a few, paid, and left. I guess I should have counted there, because I only received 54 of the 60 cards. It's not worth it to me to go back and get the missing cards. In addition to the folded cards, I ordered some 4x6 photos to send to my mother in law. The photos weren't perfect. They have lines on the edge where they weren't cut properly, etc... I pointed this out to the cashier and he was a but flummoxed. He was going to offer to redo them or something, but I decided to pay and leave. I'd rather just not ever use this location again. They have a wide variety of everyday needs. It's always cool to see what they have on clearance. You might find a nice deal. I usually only visit this location because they're the only ones that carry a specific prescription. I wish there was a way to give a review with zero stars, or a negative value. 1) Every single time I go to this pharmacy, they are out of the ONE thing I need: Mucinex D Maximum Strength, yet the pharmacy employees try to force me to buy the non-maximum strength. This would be nothing, except for the way they do it: the last two times, the inatteNtive, nasty people behind the counter (non-pharmacists) scanned the garbage I did not want automatically, and demanded payment, even though it was absolutely NOT what I asked for. When confronted with my refusing to pay, the response has been, "THIS IS WHAT WE GOT," as though there were no other pharmacies in the entirety of the Houston Metroplex. RUDE. RUDE EVERY SINGLE TIME. 2) when they are not trying to trick/force me into buying something I do not want, they are STRAIGHT UP LYING to ARTIFICIALLY INFLATE SALES OF WALGREENS BRANDED GENERICS: Mucinex D Maximum Strength has no Walgreens store brand equivalent, PERIOD, yet three times over three years their employees have LIED TO MY FACE, and told me their garbage was the same. Time release caplets get big as doses grow because two small pills dissolve much faster than one large pill, and the purpose of time release pills is to SLOW ABSORPTION. Taking a dose of pills mathematically correct, but in the wrong form means the medication affects the body in unexpected and unintended ways--it also means the medication WEARS OFF FASTER. We are talking about a medication I NEED, and that assholes have abused, so that the corrupt and cruel government of texas is involved and CONTROLLING ACCESS. It also means that dependency upon the medicine is affected negatively. WALGREENS MUST UNDERSTAND WHAT THEY ARE DOING. THIS IS EVIL. WALGREENS IS ABUSING THEIR POWER OVER HELPLESS PATIENTS. This pharmacy sucks. Prescription called in before 830pm and told one hour. We called before showing up and told prescription was not in system. I come in and tell them that it was called in front of me and they have it. They say that they will look into it and probably have it And to have a seat. 15 minutes later and I ask if they have it. They do. Great. 1000pm my husband asks for update and told ten minutes. So really it is going to be a two hour wait. 10:14 we get our prescription and get charged $63 dollars something. I ask if the insurance covered it and was told no. I asked why and she asks for my insurance card. Ten minutes later I am given the original receipt because it is covered. I ask for the refund receipt and told that is why I am given the original charged receipt. I repeat that I want the refund receipt and told they don't have one. What ? I demand a refund receipt because they do not seem competent enough to be relied on that a refund went through. I am told she will need a manager to get it. Seriously ? Omg. By then I am livid. It is now 1030 and I'm finally leaving The funny thing is the guy at urgent care told me that they had horrible service but he only used them once. Well they do. Worst pharmacy ever. read more

I Called the pharmacy at 7:00 AM and no one answered the phone or even to greet me or to ask me to hold. The recording kept repeating itself for 10 minutes and no pharmacy assistance at all. This is supposed to be a 24 hour service that is available to customers. Poor customer service at this location is the reason for one star. read more

Just like other Walgreens, was here to visit the Clinic. Service was great, and I'm happy with my experience. I recommend making appointment online 1-2 days or earlier before your visit, it'll save you tons of time as there can be some serious waiting if there're a lot of people. I have used this pharmacy for the last three years. They are very inconsistent and customer service is probably the worst. I had prescriptions called in and received a text that the prescription was on order. Three minutes later I receive a text that said my prescriptions are ready for pick up. I attempted to go on the mobile app and of course it is not working again. I call the pharmacy and they told me the medicine would not be in until Tuesday or Wednesday. I asked what we could do since I was out and she said nothing and was extremely rude. Now its Friday evening and unable to reach doctor with no medicine. She was absolutely no help. This is the Walgreens closest to my house. The only good thing about it is its distance to me and the fact that it is open 24 hours. When I'm not in a hurry I drive to one that's further down highway 6 (after Bissonett) There is 99.9 percent of the time someone asking for money outside. If I could give zero stars for their pharmacy I would. It's a bunch of clowns behind the counter who have no idea what they are doing. I had 2 sick kids so I went in the drive thru thinking I would save time... well that was a MISTAKE! I had been there before but the lady took my insurance card and spent 20 minutes having me sit there to verify some crap she wouldn't even tell me what the problem was she was an older lady and then it got worse some other girl walked up and told me to pull around so I walked in with my sick kids and they're girl laughed at me and that's when I lost it I said "excuse me? You mind telling me what's so funny? I got 2 sick kids and I'm trying to get home and y'all don't know what your even doing back there" then she got ghetto literally saying I need to "SHUT UP" in front of my kids and other customers and then i said EXUSE ME?!" and she said "GIRL BYE YOU AINT EVEN WORTH IT" and laughed walking away. I've been to this healthcare clinic in the past and it has been great. I've been here twice this week and I definitely won't be back. There is a new nurse there. I told her about my flu-like symptoms, but she wouldn't test me for it. She wrote it off as a virus and gave me nasal spray. Well, Three days later, I went to an actual doctor and received antibiotics for a respiratory infection. So, that was a waste of a copay. My second issue is that I called the 800 number to the clinic to verify that my child could get a vaccination there. They assured me that it was fine and they set up an appointment. I took him out of school early, just to be told that they couldn't give him that vaccine, but I could try the dirty clinic right behind them. So, I spent the rest of the afternoon trying to find this vaccine that he needs for cochlear implant surgery. I went to the CVS clinic. They did it with no problem! They even showed me where it said that it was fine to give this shot to ANY age person receiving a cochlear implant. I will not be returning to this Walgreens clinic. read more

I live around the corner and I use it mainly for my pictures. I rarely have problems, usually there is always someone there quick to help. They had a few problem like beggars but all you can really do Is tell them to leave and call the cops. It's not like they can assault them and push them away. They are humans too, not just working machines, they have their days, like we have ours. Everyone is going there cause the location and convenience. So they do get crowded, from people doing returns, fake returns, people on their phones, others not paying attention, and they aren't allowed to tell someone to hurry up or move alone. They provide customer service to everyone. Just remember, they are humans, they make mistakes, you aren't perfect either. It's a fun environment, they are friendly, and if they do mess up, they do apologize and are quick to try and help, just don't start screaming at them. But do remember, they are a really busy store so they might be really packed at once. Also, their prices like many stores are a little higher then Walmart and such, but do remember, you're going there to avoid all that hassle at Walmart and other big stores like that read more

Bad service at this healthcare clinic. Don't waste your time and money there. I took my wife there in March 2015 for a minor urine tube infection needing a routine antibiotics medicine. We had a nurse trainee there for our visit. Instead of having the trainee well trained for all the routine paper work before coming to work in the clinic, they wasted our time by training the trainee for routine paperwork while my wife was being examined. It took over 2 hours for the simple visit inside the examination room while the trainee was taught how to fill out their paperwork with us watching and waiting in the room. Worst thing was that we found out later that they filed the trainee's name (instead of the other certified nurse who did the actual work) for our health insurance claim. The claim was rejected because the trainee wasn't certified yet although we were assured that the visit would be covered by our insurance. We called their billing department for over four to five times trying to get the claim corrected. They told us every time we called that the case was being investigated and would call back when resolved. They've never called back! It's been a bad experience. Will never go back. read more
