Staff rotates, where in the past you would always see the same people. It is evident that the staff hates their jobs-it shows. I have to ask over and over for medications to be put on auto refill and it rarely happens. There is a new young man now on the pharmacy staff who is curt, rude and who has zero empathy or customer service. Hopefully he will be out of there soon, since no staff stays there more than three months.

Once the ACTUAL pharmacists told me to go else where I explained no one else has it in stock and if she could help me I would appreciate it. She proceeds to tell me they all of sudden don't have it and to come back tomorrow at 12?! I tell her I called before hand to make sure they had it and was told yes. She rolls her eyes and sighs let me look again. Comes back and says yes it was in a different place...whatever. So she fills it in 5 mins which was great. She tells me the total and I tell her I have a good rx I would like to use. She says they don't take good rx. What?! In what world? I use Walgreens mainly for the pharmacy and every.single.one. take it. She just didn't want to input it in the computer because at this time it was 8:55...they don't close until 9! I told her the difference she told me and the good rx I had was 50 dollars! She said do you want it or not. Um no I don't. I have never meet a pharmacist who turned away business. I would like to also add that my elderly grandmother was waiting for me and she suffers from arthritis. She does not have a phone so I had no way of contacting her and letting her know why I was taking so long. I had to walk around the store to ask a random associate for help and to my surprise she was able to unlock the cabinet. I was furious. My grandmother had to wait for me standing for more than 30 minutes. I then proceeded shopping, grabbed two more items and found that she was gossiping to another employee about our recent interaction and it was completely rude and unprofessional of her. I Then decided to make a formal complaint and asked another associate if she could help me, she said "I don't know if I can". She was an Old woman named Brenda I believe. I asked her to speak with the supervisor and I then waited 20 more minutes. No one showed up. I spoke to no one and Brenda did not provide me with any further details about the status of the supervisor. I even spoke to another woman who was throwing away trash if service was always this bad and she said yes. I asked her if it would be better to call and complain and she said yes so I left. I then called twice and after three minutes of being on hold each time the phone call was cut from their end. My prescriptions are sent over electronically, but I still have to call and sit on hold for 15 minutes just to make sure they get filled. There have been times the pharmacy told me they'd fill my script, but when I arrived to pick up the script they said it wasn't filled and the medication wasn't in stock and I'd have to wait another 2-3 days until they restocked - which is exceptionally frustrating considering I pick up the same prescription every month around the same time.

i love heb so much! and it was so sad to visit this location…read more the layout is utterly confusing, there were no carts in the front of the store, the floors were dirty, there was a sewage smell coming from the pharmacy area... and there were pallets placed in various sections of the store (obstructing shopping i couldn't get my pickled okra and other snacks ). this by far the worst heb i've been to in all of texas (austin, waco, dallas, houston -- lol) i hope they get it together, because it saddens me to think that is the heb for that specific neighborhood... happy shopping

Since I became Disabled and had to start getting groceries and stuff delivered, they are HORRIBLE to SAY the LEAST! I'm diabetic and have mobility issues!
