This is LITERALLY the worst CVS I've ever dealt with. They are the RUDEST pharmacy workers I've dealt with in my 50 yrs on this planet. Ignorant, nasty, and frankly just trashy. I was warned and should have listened. I will happily drive an extra 15 miles to Locust Grove for my scripts. When I called my doctor to have them change my pharmacy, they said "what is going on with them!? You're like the 5th person to switch away from them"!! I'm telling you... stay FAR away! I wish there was an option for ZERO stars. What a lousy store! Pharmacy didn't even know what Anacin (an aspirin brand) was. No one would even try to find it....all they said was look down the aisle......If you must use this store? expect little to no customer service, employees are too busy with their own personal business or socializing to be bothered with customer needs. read more

This is the worst customer service store in the state. There was on one working the checkout registers . So I used the self' service machine. It came up saying I needed approval for an item (cough medicine) and someone was on the way. After 10 min someone emerged from a back room and was indignant that I was upset. I will NEVER go here again. read more

The drive through is terrible, waited 15 min. It's for drop off and pick up not sit in line waiting for rx to be filled. Also Covid testing should not be allowed sitting in line holding pick up read more

had a heart attack, hospital called scripts in to CVS Jackson,Ga. after arrival, stood 20m before being acknowledged. the pharmacist Tandi then lectured me for 5-10 min on how my 7 medications were icing on the cake, as she was criminally overworked & understaffed & it would be at least 45m before she even looked at my meds. Cool Cool, i need them. I'll wait. 20m later she gave me another condescending dressing down over some code on one of the meds. I'm no doctor pharmacist or co-worker. I've no idea why i was berated for her clerical issue, at any rate she would have to do the entire thing over because of my code. 40m mark, some guy walked in & called her by name. i got a lecture for having a heart attack, but this guy grinned at her & she bounced to the counter fawning over him, stroking his arm as they spoke. leaning in on him, showing photos in her phone & having a conversation about someone named Regan in Texas. t's bad enough CVS pushed the smaller family pharmacies out of business, but to replace them with condescending,hateful customer service is egregious. if your pharmacist Tandi despises customers so much, I'd suggest you relieve her of the opportunity to deal with the public. the hatefulness was disgusting enough, but the menopausal tween gushing over a man routine was icky to say the least. I'll be taking my business elsewhere.Rest assured. It's sad that the high schoolers in the front of the store have better customer service, compassion,care & manners than the alleged professionals you've trusted with peoples life/health. read more

They usually have extremely long wait times for any service. My most recent experience was calling to have a prescription filled. I waited on the phone 15 minutes before someone answered. Why does this pharmacy have so much delay? What is the management doing about any of it? Someone come help these people. read more

Every time I have been desperate enough to use this pharmacy I have regretted that decision. How can a pharmacy have 6-8 people working and still take 45-55 minutes to fill one simple prescription?? I have been staying here in the town of Jackson, GA since last February to help my daughter who has breast cancer. This is apparently the only Pharmacy in town and they are overworked and you have to stand in line a long time for a prescription. I have been giving the benefit of the doubt, up to this point, because I know there are a few of the workers who work very hard. But today I have to give this review because of the one woman who thinks she's above all the other employees in this CVS that is working their butts off. She is the only female there with short died black hair. The only reason I mention that is because at the moment, I do not know her name. Steer away from her if you want good service. I stood in line at her cash register for approx. 30 minutes tonight and I still had to leave without my prescription that I've been trying to get filled for the past 2 1/2 weeks, because she chose to walk away from her register and spend an ungodly amount of time with a couple of women out in the store acting like she was helping customers, when you could clearly see they were friends of hers because she called out to them before leaving her register and said do you need some help? I figured you did. So she left her station while the line she should have been attending kept getting longer. While she was standing there gabbing away with her "so called" customers in the aisle, there was a growing long line of patients waiting for prescriptions. She did not care. I finally had to walk away without getting my prescription because I needed to go back to work, unbeknownst to her, and I'm sure she did not care anyway about the rest of us as long as she could kill time. Myself and the others standing in that line of customers that were waiting for her to wait on us while she gabbed away with her friends, are just as important as anyone else. And we deserve good customer service. This is NOT good customer service. CVS needs to deal with this woman. But I doubt it will happen. I am not one to give bad reviews unless they are warranted. This is definitely one of those times. While I am here taking care of my daughter in this small town with one pharmacy, tonight with her uncaring attitude and treatment has made my decision that I would rather travel to a neighboring town to get prescriptions filled rather than deal with such a low-life as this woman. She just lost a customer. And I guarantee I will not be the last one. I love CVS in Florida where I live and am a loyal customer there. But this one has a lot to be desired. They can be just as good as the CVS pharmacies I've grown accustomed to in Florida, but they need to start weeding out bad employees such as this. read more

I've been on Tricare insurance and CVS has accepted it until now. I literally just got prescriptions filled here three weeks ago. Totally not their fault, cool, whatever. But what is their fault is the lack of compassion and horrible customer service. When I originally went in to get an estimated time frame as to when it would be ready the younger guy at the counter was rude, so I then called three hours later to check on the status and the girl on the phone kept telling me I didn't have insurance and that I needed to come in for proof of insurance, I went in and then was told my prescription was on hold. read more

I having Been going here for years but I went the other day to get my daughters medicine and the service was awful!! The lady didn't put the lid on the bottle and I had to go all the way back to town because the medicine had spilled in the bag and was everywhere!
