It's a mini Longs Drug as they sell most items found in their larger stores, including alcohol, some grocery, etc., but not everything. While the store itself has good hours, the pharmacy is limited. As of this review, the pharmacy is open M-F 9a-530p, Sa 10a-2p, closed Sunday. Service was friendly and I was even greeted when I entered (a rarity on Maui). OVERALL: Great addition to QKC. It has and will continue to save me a trips to the Maui Mall location as I'm always at this mall for something or another.

So I waited & called, finally got a call back & the person that I spoke with asked if the person "looked on a computer or register". I said I'm not sure, sh said well you do not have refills. I asked how come a couple weeks ago I was told I'm not up for a refill yet, but in a couple weeks to call back to refill it. So here I am a couple weeks later & called & this lady today that I spoke with gave me attitude & HUNG UP ON ME! DO BETTER because that is VERY RUDE to hang up on a customer that was not understanding how I'm told one day that my RX isn't due for a refill til a few more weeks & then a few weeks passed by & now this rude lady does not have good customer service & hung up on me.

I don't think I'm gonna use them again, which is unfortunate because they're convenient. On a sidenote, the last time I got a prescription filled from them about a year ago. I asked if they gave the Covid vaccine and the Owner pharmacist went on an unsolicited riff for about five minutes, telling me why he thought it was unsafe. I didn't ask for that information at this point we all know what the risks of the covid vaccine bosoters. It's kind of ironic because that day, he was complaining about the big pharmacy companies and how much they charge for the vaccine. Today I'm complaining about how much he charged me for the solution he and made and the additional profit he is making. I feel the $60 minimum compounding fee is arbitrary. It is not related to the cost of the medication or the effort that was made to create the solution. It should be told in advance to customers when they placed there prescriptions.

The caller ID said Walmart Pharmacy - her name did not stick with me. Supposedly, they had a call from my secondary insurance asking about a specific kind of drug for the heart. "Based upon my diagnosis..." that they wanted to know about me being on that drug. Have no heart doc. Have no plans or needs to see that kind of doc. MAJOR HIPPA violations happening with this call. No financial info was asked for or shared. Are patient records unsecured? Did they hire a hacker? I'm rarely at this business these days. Have alerted people on my social media to this spoof. Other than this bit of insanity, all has been very good with this pharmacy - for years.
