This place is pretty top notch. They are fast at getting your products to you and having what you…read moreneed in stock. If they don't have it they will order it and it is usually there the next day. They are good about getting you generic perscriptions so that you don't have to pay as much. All in all a good place. I have only had one bad experience with them and that was when I was trying to refill an expired perscription. I did not know that it was expired until I called. They contacted my doctor and said they would get back to me. They did not recieve the confirmation which in turn made me wait for ever to see the doctor only to find out that they had told them at 10am an hour before I came in, the time they told me to, and finally got it about 3 hours after the perscription had been sent in.

My husband went back at 9 pm, exactly an hour later and the pharmacy was closed for the night. Now, it's 2:30 am and because of this pharmacy, and their slow and clearly uncaring staff, I'm wide awake and suffering through symptoms that if I'd gotten my meds when the doctor called them in, I'd be peacefully sleeping through. First of all, the meds should've been ready. They had an hour before I arrived. Second, the tech should've mentioned that they closed at 9:00, at exactly the time I was told to come back, so it would've been kind and helpful to suggest we arrive a bit early. Even better would've been suggesting we wait and she'd try to get it ready ASAP. When a customer is coming through your drive through at 8 pm to pick up a prescription that was just called in, the odds are pretty good it isn't for a routine prescription and that they probably need it fairly urgently. This is the first time I've used this pharmacy, and I can also say it will be my last. I will be taking by business to a place that cares about their clientele and takes a little pride in providing some service.
