Sir , if you don't like your job which has to deal with customer service please leave it. How can you be so rude and to be fair my mom understands English , just that she doesn't speak It. I told my mom to go home and I'll pick up the medicine. The guy above- I told him calmly , " I told her to go home because you made her cry ..." all he said was " ohh okay" no f#% remorse... I really hope you never experience someone that you actually care for experience this. Do not come here unless you want to wait at least 45 minutes for the fools "working" in the pharmacy to actually do their job correctly and give you a single prescription. Every single time I have come to this location there is a extremely long wait for absolutely no reason. Management seriously needs to take a look into who works here and start making some cuts. I never write reviews but I just have too. I waited in line to pick up my prescription for a solid 35 minutes. When I got to the window the lady told me that there was no prescription for me even though the doctor told me they had sent it earlier that morning I waited a good 8 hours to pick up my prescription from the time I got that call. Once I left the store I get a text 10 minutes later saying my prescription was ready. When they just told me the doctor hadn't sent them anything. I mean come on. I have been going here for years and the service has always been sucky but I'm finally changing my pharmacy after this. Don't take the bad reviews lightly. read more

CVS was our go-to place for pharmacy requirements, particularly this one which is very convenient. WalGreen is actually closer to our house but we switched due to poor service at WalGreen. The heavy-set white girl who works at this branch is so rude and unhappy to be at work that we will switch back to WalGreen. We can go just about anywhere else and be treated better, I think. The Indian woman trying to work with her is very nice, accommodating and trying to create a good customer experience. Her efforts are thwarted by the senior white girl. Plenty of options out there. You really ought to fix this. Overall, service has suffered since the Aetna acquisition. It appears there are fewer employees in the branches and many are not happy campers. read more

My insurance forces me to use cvs. I've NEVER had a frustration free experience with this pharmacy. Every transaction will have some degree of delay or problem. The stores is dirty, carpet especially. The staff, clearly overworked and understaffed tired and so rude. Wish I could leave cvs for good. read more

If there are any negative ratings, it would deserve -2. Terrible experience in this phamacy. It took almost 2 hours to get a vaccine for my daughter even We made an appointment online already. They did not know how to serve any customers. Several customers were complaining about the service. But no one did anything. Definitely don't want to come back. No recommend to anyone. read more

Terrible customer service. Understaffed and those that are there are rude. I have to guess that's due to being overworked. Expect long wait times at the drive thru. I only use it because it's close, has a drive thru and is the preferred pharmacy for my insurance. Walgreens on Mason and Westheimer is better. They are both fairly even on violence in the parking lot as well. read more

Not an employee in sight as I waited more than 5 minutes to get an age restricted item. The employee who eventually did come out of the back to help me seemed incredibly reluctant to do so and when I told her my birthday so she wouldn't have to read the card she gave me a look like I had insulted her mother. I would give zero stars if I could. Earlier this week I called CVS to confirm the price of my prescription. I was on hold listening to their god awful hold music and annoying voice about covid reminders for 30 minutes. When a women answered she told me she could not apply my coupon over the phone (this is a lie they have done this many many times before) and I asked if I could speak to someone else in the pharmacy and she hung up. I called back to be placed on another 45 minute hold for her to hang up on me again immediately after realizing I had called back. She said "call back after 7 pm" I'm assuming this is when her shift ended so she wouldn't have to handle me. Then today I had the same old lady at the drive through be EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional to me. I told her time and time again I could not call the number she wanted me to call that it was for pharmacist use only but she would not even call it. I drove away to call it and was asked to enter in my pharmacist ID. I hope this old hag gets fired. This location has gone downhill since she started working the phone and drive through. read more

First time visit to store. Of course I gave the John my number to get my dollar off store discount, but he was not aware of the discount that they have posted. So I politely took the guy to show him and he says " ok you need to go to the machine to get the discount." So I did and the machine was out of coupons so he called his manager and advised him. So the manager says " well text this number 287277 and type in app." So I did that and nothing happened. I showed him nothing came through the text. The guy then told me to download the app. from the app. store on my phone. This manager never took into consideration that hey this customer may not have unlimited data why take her through all that! Nope! I was told to move out of the line by John so that he can take the next customer and download the app. so I politely did. Pulled up the app. the manager nor I could figure out where to get the coupon. So this guy says " I'll just override it, it's just a dollar!!!!!" REALLY dude it's my dollar I can save.......! You could have done that in the first place instead of taking me through all these hoops for it! This young man didn't know what my situation may have been again we are in a pandemic! I may need that dollar to save for something else! I may be unemployed at this time, REALLY IT'S JUST A DOLLAR!!!! My first thought was, am I being stereotyped !!!! I am concerned for how clean the employee's hands are.. the restroom was dirty and had no soap. Thank goodness I had hand sanitizer! The restrooms seem to be both public and staff. They are behind a door that opens to a hallway and breakroom. Just gross! read more

I went into the store this past weekend because I needed something quickly. I grabbed my stuff and went to check out and there was no one to be seen. I waited and even spoke up saying "hello can someone help me check out". After standing there for a few minutes I walked to the pharmacy and asked if anyone worked at the front. They pointed to a man stocking the shelf by them. I could have walked out of the store with my items. They do not seem to care about customers and weekends I'm sure, are their busiest days. read more

Do NOT get your photos printed here! The photo center portion of this place is about as organized as it looks - what a wreck... I ordered prints online - a pretty tall order with about 100+ photos. My receipt said the photos would be ready for pick-up at 2:50p. When I arrived at about 3:50p, the photos weren't done, due to a lack of chemical or photo paper; I'm not sure, I was told both lines. I looked around for a while, but after about 15 - 20 minutes, I was fuming. At this point, it looked as though a new person had come along to assist in finally getting this machine started. By the time I given all of the photos that I paid for it was 4:28p. Needless to say, the $5.00 discount I was given did very little to placate me. read more

This pharmacy has been so helpful to my family. One family member is on quite a few prescription drugs and the staff has been so helpful! They always go the extra mile to get refills authorized and are eager to help us make sure that we have all of the prescriptions filled when we need them. One evening after the pharmacy had already closed, the manager reopened the place so that we could some pain medication that was needed that night. I have never had that happen anywhere else! If you've been disappointed in the past, I recommend you give them another try. There are several new folks at the pharmacy as well as some great long term employees. They know our names, which is unheard of these days, and always make you feel that your needs are important and that they truly care. I would recommend this pharmacy to my family and friends without hesitation. read more

I ordered holiday photo cards online through CVS and it said this was the closest location to choose for same day pick-up. When I got there, they almost forgot to include the envelopes that came with the order. As the supervisor came to search for them, she finally found a stack somewhere hidden under one of the messy counters in the photo department. When she grabbed them out she noticed that most of them were ruined and wet. She grabbed some, but it wasn't enough for my order. This was so inconvenient, but she offered to call a nearby store so I could pick up the rest. That worked out, but I shouldn't have been inconvenienced to have to make another stop. Once I went to put the cards in the envelope after putting address labels on them, I realized the majority of the envelopes were half sealed!! I didn't want to have to reprint labels, but even if I did I didn't have enough envelopes so I had to tear open these envelopes and use them. These turned out so unprofessional and tacky! The cards didn't turn out like I expected either. I will never order from them again. read more

BEWARE! I took my sick child here and had to wait 2 hours to be seen. When it was our turn, the nurse practitioner did an incredibly brief exam and told us his condition was viral. I asked for a strep test since that is what all the kids at school are coming down with. She refused to do it. The next day, my child's fever was 104. Guess what he had? Yes, strep throat! On top of that, Minute Clinic is billing me in full for the visit. Even though the NP told me at the time of service they were in network for my insurance, they now say that they are not in network and I have to pay the bill. When I called the billing office to inquire about the bill, at first, the billing office also told me they at in network. After looking into it further, they determined that they were wrong, but they are still insisting that I pay the bill in full. They will not even offer a "cash" or an "insurance" rate. Just awful...particularly considering the missed diagnosis and the ridiculous waiting time. I will never go here again. read more
