HA! Everyone else thinks they suck too. I was told, by literally every pharmacist, to expect my medication soon. 30 minutes later I get called to the pharmacy and I'm thinking, cool, that was fast. Some lady (wearing the coat but not doing the job) tells me that she needs a special and specific note from my doctor along with the script... like how is anyone supposed to know that? My understanding was that these people, who are not medically trained, are to listen to doctors instead of deciding for themselves what they believe is appropriate. She had ALL DAY to call my dr if that's what her "logic" required. Instead she calls after 8pm saying "sometimes they have after hours." I'm heading towards the front doors when she says "by the way, I'm not filling your medication even if your doctor calls" So now I'm stuck with no medication, my functionality is out the window. How am I supposed to work tomorrow? I'll update with her name, but she's the main black chick. This pharmacy is consistently bad. I just waited 40 min to call my dr and change a prescription only to have them tell me they don't have the dosage they told me to ask for to use a coupon. They really pulled through today. Most places are closed Labor Day but they were open and I had just made it in right before they closed at 6pm. They did not have one of the medications I needed for my 7yr old but they were able to call the physician and get it changed to pill form. And they had the meds ready in less than 20min. Cvs takes photos of babies for passports yet this cvs claims it's against "management policy." The worker told me to "go to a photo studio". When the prescriptions are available - best experience! However, when the online system shows on processing for days with no callback or clarification what a poor customer experience. You call the number and it takes over 3 minutes to get through the phone responses to get put on hold to speak to someone. Unfortunately they can never explain the situation with the online status and have to call the doctors office. Of course I already did that but that is a wasted effort as no action can be taken on the patients say in this situation. This is the second time for two different drugs. Went to pick up my sons prescription and the tech was talking to me through the window speaker but was over at his desk. Don't think he realized I could see him and when he asked me questions rudely he was doing the hurry up motion. Told me it wasn't ready and to come back. When I came back it still wasn't ready, but they took my card and processed payment. Asked for my license and the second tech showed it to the first tech and they were laughing at it. This is not the 1st, 2nd or even 3rd time I've had an issue with this pharmacy, but it's the nearest one so we usually go to it. This pharmacy was terrible! I had pneumonia, and it was the only pharmacy around that was open past 6:00 pm. By the time everything got called in, it was 7:30. When my husband went in to pick up my medication, the lady at the front was so rude. She rolled her eyes at my husband multiple times. By the time he got my nebulizar it was 7:55, and we were still waiting on the rest of my prescriptions. When he asked about them, he was told that they saw them in the system but he would have to come back the next day because they closed at 8. We avoid this pharmacy like the plague. If I had the plague I wouldn't even go there to pick up my antibiotics. Totally disorganised and chaotic. Usually under staffed. I stand in the line there every time dismayed as the staff pick up tray after tray of prescriptions trying to find mine. This has usually happened with the person in front of me. Three times in a row when our baby was sick and where we required antibiotics, over 20 hrs each time between calling in and showing up, they never had her meds ready nor even the process started! When we moved to this area we used this Pharmasy quite often and we loved it. The pharmacists were polite and the prescriptions were filled fast and they carried all the medicines . Over the years we didn't have to use it as ofter once my kid outgrown his allergies and ear infections. A couple of weeks ago, we needed Amoxicillin (the most common and known antibiotic) it took over six hours to have it ready. I had to go twice. Before they phone and message system worked. Today my husband needed to star taking medicine for a shoulder injury. The prescription was sent at 4pm, right know is 9:30pm and he haven't received his medicine. He went to the pharmacy and at 8pm they told him they JUST received it!!! It's sad to see this happening and it's like no one cares. I had a prescription called in by my doctor yesterday and couldn't get it filled in the same day. Went to desk while on the phone with them that evening and could hear 6 calls on hold. This is my go to cvs. The supervisors are always ready and willing to help, very aware of current sales and up to date with their store coupon policy. The tags are always up for customers to be aware of what items qualify for their weekly sales. I also get my daughters medicine sent here and have never encountered a problem like other yelpers had, yet. It is so frustrating dealing with any of the CVS pharmacies, but yesterday my doctor had to send my prescription through to the Spring Green/Cinco Ranch location twice because they claimed they didn't have it. Okay, no problem I had it resent. They received the prescription and it was reflected in my app. Although it didn't say it was filled, a few hours later in the day I went up to pick it up knowing in the past they've had prescriptions but not filled them until I've arrived to get them. When I arrived the tech said they had it but it wasn't filled and they didn't have it. She asked if I'd like for them to order!?! Umm, yes you moron... clearly I NEED the medication since the doctor sent it to you. So she babbles on about okay she would order it but there was no guarantee it would arrive the next day. Frustrated I parked my car to go inside to speak with the pharmacist, Mohammad. He was less driven by customer service than the tech!!! She hadn't processed it after all. He asked me if I wanted it processed and my mind was blown!!! DO YOUR JOBS!!! When a doctor sends you the prescription PROCESS them. This will avoid some frustration us your customers have dealing with you. If our insurance didn't tie my wrist to having to get medicine through cvs I wouldn't. I can't imagine how horrible of a company it is to work for since I've never seen a cvs pharmacy that isn't a hot mess, lacking any sort of organization and I can't remember the last time I saw a smiling pharmacy worker. But, again if they would PROCESS prescriptions as they come in and communicate with your customers you would alleviate some frustration customers feel when having to use your services. read more

Absolutely horrible service. We had an issue with an employee in the store and went to the shift supervisor to file a complaint. Gerardo, the shift supervisor, clearly hates his job and was extremely disrespectful to my sister and I as we were trying to get information to file a formal complaint. He was disrespectful and told us he didn't have to help us because he didn't have anything to do with what happened. And I thought that name tag that says shift manager meant you were in charge, guess not. If you need to pick up the occasional birthday card or pack of gum this CVS will due, however just pray you have no real issues here because these CVS employees will leave you high and dry.
