I just went to the prescription counter, picked up the medication and was on my way. My main complaint was the parking. The lot is off of busy Connecticut and the entrance ramp is somewhat steep. Parking is tight and sometimes full. I used to have my step-sister come with me so she could wait in the car in case I couldn't find a spot. More recently we have a dog on compounded medication for gastrointestinal issues. There was a little confusion about her prescription because it was first submitted by an emergency vet and then transferred to our regular vet. Staff was very helpful getting it straightened out. We also opted for delivery at a nominal fee and are so glad we did. It's easy, reliable and the medication is hung right on our front door knob. I must say for very long term prescriptions there are some very good mail order pharmacies that are less expensive.

(2) I made an appointment to get the RSV vaccine and went there on Tuesday, was told they were all out and to check later in week. Yesterday I got email telling me I missed my RSV appointment and to reschedule. Unbelievable! Can these people be trusted? Answer: No P.S. BTW, I've been using this pharmacy since I moved to the area about 6 years ago and have always been very satisfied with their service, however, the current situation is terrible. It feels disconnected from neighboring businesses and can be a bit dangerous to maneuver in. Be careful when attempting to find a spot and be mindful of other vehicles in the lot. Inside, it's a bit of the same as any other CVS location. Set up just about like anyone you could visit. General items to the right, personal care items/makeup to the left, medication/pharmacy to the back. I made my way to the back to grab what I needed and browsed a bit. After having my hands full I made my way up front. There was a bit of a line and at the time of me getting into line only one staff working. Another jumped in after seeing that an actual line was forming. It was a bit odd seeing a CVS without any self checkout registers. Once I got to the register the transaction went pretty smoothly. Except for when I went to pay I ended up having to owe another nickel. I was confused until I realized they were charging me for the bag. That was taken care of and I went on my way to fight through the lot again and people using the drive up window.

My wife was in severe pain from an injury and couldn't get up and down from sitting. I was recovering from a torn shoulder and was struggling to help her. I called Max and he helped me decide on an electric sit/stand recliner. He had it delivered to my house within hours. It was a complete game changer. She slept in it for almost a month. The slight adjustments she could make in reclining alleviated her pain so she could sleep. Max even helped me with the paperwork so I could get reimbursement from my FSA account. Thes guys carer about their clients!

After our doctor's office had to cancel our appointments twice because they couldn't get the covid…read morevaccine in stock, we scheduled appointments at the Wheaton Plaza CVS. We arrived for our appointments about 15 minutes early and the pharmacist told us to take a seat in the vaccination area. The vaccination area included a private area for the vaccinations and about 10 folding chairs. When we got there all of the chairs were taken and we thought we would be there a long time. But things were well organized and the nurse/pharmacist administering the vaccines kept things moving. Also it helped that all of our registration information was already entered into a computer and we just had to sign the consent form. After our vaccines I did a little shopping and was impressed that items were well-stocked and organized. The cashier was very pleasant and automatically checked to see if we had any coupons on our CVS card.
