I already had one order that I was picking up I placed another order while I was in the store when I went to go pick up both orders I showed her that I had the one order that I just did in hand so she didn't have to go look for it and I asked her three times not to put it in a separate bag because I already had a two bag order to pick up as well she proceeded to put it in another bag I said ma'am please do not put it in another bag as I have too many bags she said I heard you still put it in a third bag then got upset because I said what part of don't put any third bag that you did not understand you look directly at me I said please don't do that and you did it anyway she caught an immediate attitude walked away in the middle of the transaction went over to the cashiers section look back at me and said you can come over here sir and I said excuse me who are you calling sir I wasn't talking to you okay but you were handling my transaction so who else could you have been talking to she ignored me and did not give me my items she left it there and walked away I'm extremely upset and disappointed by the actions of shuha I have never had this issue before and I am deeply disappointed is this what I'm to expect when I spend my money in an establishment let me know because I can find another place to go I will drive to another Walgreens to spend my money effectively with the appreciate it because this was not right

Blatant cowards. They then flatly refused to provide the name of the so-called 'pharmacist' or any of the dispensing staff on duty. These cowards actively hide behind anonymity because they know exactly how negligent and unprofessional their behavior was and are terrified of facing any consequences for their denial of care. If necessary, demand a full corporate compliance audit complete with employee login logs, transaction timestamps, and surveillance footage from that shift so these faceless hacks can finally be identified and held accountable for their pathetic display of incompetence. Luckily there is a drunk that hangs outside the store named Benjamin, often providing interesting stories. If you don't mind the smell, he's quite the riot. Update. Benjamin is not a drunk.
