Another customer was waiting at the deli. Behind the counter, no employees. I went to the service counter & said "no one is in the deli " He made an announcement "help needed in the deli." Another few minutes passed and a man with dirty work gloves appeared from the back. He took those off & put on disposable gloves - never washing his hands! I am pretty sure the janitor was weighing my food! In looking further behind the counter, every work area was dirty. It looked like one bench had flour spread over it. Another had cardboard & opened packaging. Definitely NOT sanitary. The hot food under the glass was literally crusty & dried out. This was at 5pm, not near closing time. Just a real "eww" feeling from this visit. If it is this bad in July, how bad will it be in 3 months right before they close?

When I cut upen the cellophane wrapper, A large amount of the Rose petals fell off. The roses we're more than half gone. We bought almost dead flowers! We couldn't give our little girl these flowers on her big opening night! So at the last minute we bought some good ones at Publix. A dozen, beautiful, red roses for 20.00. I only wish we had gone there first.

We spotted this Walgreen's and stopped in. Icronically, the night before, we had listened to a stand-up comic who panned Walgreen's for their lack of staffing. His routine was obviouly not based on this particular Walgreen's. The store was very well-staffed, clean, well-stocked and friendly. I'm a Wlagreen's customer back in Ohio and I wish my Walgreen's was more like this one. I found what I needed and check-out was a breeze.

June 25, 2026 To…read moreWhom It May Concern, I am writing to express my disappointment regarding the treatment I received at the Marathon Walgreens store during a return/exchange transaction. On June 23, 2026, at approximately 10:30 p.m., I purchased several items, including two hats. Before completing my purchase, I asked the cashier whether I could return the hats if my son did not like them. The cashier informed me that I could do so as long as I kept the tags attached and brought the receipt. On June 25, 2026, at approximately 10:30 a.m., I returned to the store to exchange the hats. When I greeted the cashier, Kim, with "Good morning," her response was, "I heard you." I then explained that I was there to return the hats. Kim immediately stated, "We don't accept returns." I explained that I had specifically asked about the return policy at the time of purchase and had been told that returns were accepted with the receipt and tags attached. Kim replied that she did not know who I had spoken with and repeated that the store did not accept returns. I then requested that she show me where this policy was stated in writing. At that point, Kim called the store manager. The manager informed me that an exchange could be processed. I presented my driver's license and was prepared to provide my receipt. Surprisingly, no one asked to see the receipt. As the line behind me continued to grow, I politely suggested that they assist the waiting customers while my transaction was being processed. I was told, "No, I am in the middle of it. They can wait." I was then informed that I needed to provide my passport. Since I did not have it with me, I had to return home and retrieve it. When I came back, Kim appeared confused about my middle name and last name and proceeded to enter my personal information into the computer system, including my home address. I found the request for my passport unnecessary and invasive, particularly because I had already presented a valid driver's license and was exchanging a low-cost item. The process left me feeling uncomfortable and concerned about the collection of my personal information. What should have been a simple exchange became a frustrating and unpleasant experience. I was disappointed not only by the inconsistent information regarding the return policy but also by the manner in which I was treated throughout the transaction. I respectfully request that Walgreens review this incident, clarify its identification requirements for returns and exchanges, and provide additional customer-service training to ensure customers are treated with courtesy and respect. As a result of this experience, I no longer feel comfortable shopping at the Marathon Walgreens location. Sincerely,

Med-Care DME Infusion Services I am writing to document a…read moreserious problem with the "brand new" water chamber you delivered to me on October 15, 2025 for my ResMed AirSense 10 CPAP machine. Since first installing it, I have observed visible oxidation inside -- and also on the outside of -- the round heating plate that warms the distilled water. I believe this oxidation poses a risk to the safety and cleanliness of the humidified air I breathe during therapy. On December 4, 2025 I called your customer support line to request a replacement. The representative, Carlos, placed me on hold to check with his supervisor. I was told that before you can replace the chamber, I must obtain a new prescription from my PCP and submit it to my insurance, even though I have been on CPAP therapy for five years without issue -- and I understood my insurance covers a new water chamber every six months. This requirement is unacceptable under the circumstances. This is not a normal "resupply" request after six months of use: this is a defective accessory that was brand new when delivered and is already showing signs of corrosion. In addition, the presence of oxidation raises legitimate concerns for my respiratory health -- inhaling particles from a degraded heating plate could pose risk of irritation or worse. According to widely accepted guidelines for CPAP equipment maintenance, the water chamber should be replaced if there is "cloudiness, cracks, discoloration, or other signs of deterioration. Because of this, I cannot in good faith continue using the chamber -- I have suspended my CPAP therapy until a replacement is provided. What I am requesting now is simply: a replacement water chamber, equal in quality to the original (non-defective) unit, so I can resume safe use of my device. Please understand this is not a standard resupply request -- but a warranty/quality issue. I urge you to evaluate this request as such, and send a replacement as soon as possible, without requiring new prescriptions or additional insurance approvals. Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. I look forward to your timely response and resolution so I can safely resume my CPAP therapy.

They keep losing documents or lie about receiving the documents. Their company does not exist in the State of Florida even though they fraudulently post 'Med-Care DME, Inc.' on their website. All of their partners are owned by the same people which leads me to believe that they are too. They are incompetent and should not be allowed to due business in the health care field.
