The store staff are kind of friendly...nothing to write home about. I'm able to get what I need & hit the road, so that's all I care about. I recommend this location if you need gas or to make a quick stop for snacks or lottery tickets.

You could literally get everything within the hour but this Knightdale location is constantly plagued with delays, shortstaffed, unscheduled closings, long wait times to checkout inside the store in general, errors and confusiing mismatched text messages--like you get a message saying your prescription is ready but show up to a sign saying they are closed due not having a pharmacist or a sign saying you have to come inside because the drive thru window is closed due to having low staff. There is always a delay on meds and at least two day waits. They will literally keep you on hold forever, keep picking up line only to disconnect you so you have to start over again. You can have an appointment for shots and still get seen 30 mins later. I am not sure why they remain open with such short staffing issues. I complained to corporate and didnt even get a email response or phone call. I am currently researching what pharmacy gets good reviews in the county so I can transfer all my meds because its so exhausting.

Rude, pushy associate & Nonchalant associates. Customer service at gas stations seems to be…read morenonexistent now. When I entered the store, no one greeted or acknowledged me. When I made it to the counter to make a purchase, no one greeted me. The two associates were having a conversation and seemed interrupted by me. I went back to purchase a lottery ticket and the gas station near my house takes debit so when I pull out my debit card the female associate says, "oh, it has to be cash. There are signs EVERYWHERE on the doors." She said it with such a nasty attitude. I guess she has had a problem with this before. I said, oh I didn't know.. well..this is debit? She says, no. I said well, I'm sorry and I put away my card and she's like well, we can't cancel these! You have to get them. There is an ATM in the back but we can't cancel it after we've printed them. Don't worry, I'll pay for everything. But, I'll never come back to this establishment. You can educate your customers in a nice way. Some people just got finished with a 12 hour night shift and are too sleepy to read all of your signs. Ever think of that? I would've happily paid if she explained this without rage. Customer service and politeness goes a long way. I am a frequent gas station patron as I have to travel with my job but there are plenty other ones that I can visit.

If my provider prescribes something, I prefer to go here instead of leaving and going to Walgreens or CVS down the street. They don't carry one of my prescriptions, so I will have to continue going elsewhere for that. That's my only issue. I recommend this pharmacy.
