I can't stand ANY Walmart. I was riding with someone else & was forced to come here. It's not the regular Walmart with produce and fresh meats. It's the smaller version. I needed to bake something & they didn't have the chocolate chips I needed. So, I had to go to a regular grocery store. The staff wasn't friendly. The lines were slow...even at self-checkout. They have a Subway inside & a pharmacy. I wouldn't waste my time coming to this one. If you just have to go to WM, go to the one with produce and etc. They more than likely will have the things you need & you won't have to go to another grocery store afterwards like I did. read more

I had never had any problems with this Walmart until yesterday 1-6-26 after going there many times throughout the years. I purchased some items to take to my sister and requested $40 cash back. I had hands full of bags and no cart upon leaving the store so the clerk allegedly gave me two twenty dollar bills and my receipt. I never put the money in my pocket or wallet. Before I got to my car it looked as if I only had one twenty dollar bill and my receipt but since I had a bag in that same hand I couldn't fully check until I got to my car and noticed there was only my receipt and one twenty dollar bill. I checked my bags and the inside of my car and also backtracked my steps. I started not to bring it to their attention because I thought well maybe I did drop it or they are not going to believe me. I am not desperate for cash and even if so I wouldn't have made up some story for twenty dollars.Upon entering the store I asked the cashier did someone find a twenty dollar bill and she said no I'm sure that I gave you two twenties so I proceeded to ask another associate who said no as well. I went to the customer service desk where they had the guy that monitors cameras come out and he says that he checked the cameras and that the cashier did give me two twenties and of course I couldn't go and observe what he saw. I am almost sure that cashier didn't give me two twenty dollar bills. It's my fault for not counting the money when she put it a long with the receipt in my left hand. The guy who observed the camera may have saw her give me one twenty from the drawer but I definitely didn't have 2 and if so you can see my visible hand all the way to my vehicle so even if I did drop it the camera should show that. I am keeping my receipt in case anything positive comes up. This incident causes me to not trust some of the personell in in this store. If I'm wrong by way of actually dropping the money I apologize to everyone involved but I trust my conscience and most of all integrity. read more

Made an online order via Walmart and the order was not delivered. The Postmates driver can be seen on my camera driving on our street taking a photo from his car and then proceeding to leave with our groceries. Brian d of Postmates Walmart said they don't do "re-orders" so now we are out groceries for the day and 200.00 If you have no way to track down these drivers then you shouldn't use the service horrible job!!!!!! What can you say? Its a staple of the American culture whether you like it or not. Sometimes I just need a lot of cheap stuff and this is it. Shopping here probably supports China just as much as America but that's just the way it is I guess. Plus you get some pretty incredible people watching. You really wanna see some strange stuff just go in there after 10pm on a weekend........ One other thing, I think there are probably a lot of hypocrites in the review process. They only average 2 stars. If you get 2 stars from me Im never coming back. I'll bet 90% of the people giving 2 stars here still use Walmart regularly. This location has above average staff. The Supercenter down the street is huge and new but the staff sucks. They have personal conversations and feel like you are interrupting them when you ask a question. Customer service is VERY lacking. This "self checkout" seems to be the only way of purchasing your stuff. One cashier had light on and no wait. Told a lady in front of me " come on I'm open" so the lady went and I followed behind waiting patiently with my cart full. After standing in line 10 minutes the lady turned her light out and said "I'm not open......you'll have to go to self checkout". Knightdale is the worst ever! read more

Walmart's clothing is my fashion inspiration. You won't see me dressed in anything else. Gucci? I don't want it. Chanel? Don't even try! Louis Vuitton? As if! Prada? Pathetic next to Walmart's vast selection of polyester and cotton. I look forward to my annual back-to-school shopping trips. That feeling of walking into school covered in Fruit of the Loom is indescribable. You don't have to look to know that all eyes are on you. It's like stepping onto a runway instead of teenage wasteland. And when people ask, "uh what are you wearing?" you can just about feel the jealousy. I'm trying to find a simple way to phrase this, but I just don't feel comfortable in anything but Walmart's silk. It's like pure gold has been melted and molded onto my body. My friends think I need help with my "looks" but I think they need help restraining the envy that I can clearly hear in their voices. read more

I don't expect much when I go to Walmart, but I'd at least expect the manager to promote people to the Customer Service department who actually try to help customers rather than hang out with each other, or flirt with dudes and ignore people who are waiting in line. There's a difference between not being good at your job, not being able to socialize and work at the same time, and just not giving a damn. But hey... it's Walmart, and I guess they don't really get a lot of talent lining up to work there. read more

My first time visiting this Walmart didn't go too well. I went in to get me a new phone case. I had looked up online and it said the items I was looking for were available for pick up in store at this location. I wanted to look at them before I purchase them. When I came, they were locked away and I couldn't see much. I asked for help and this lady came over. I told her that I saw black and gray both available for pick up and I wanted to take a look at both. She didn't even open one and said "it looks like they are all black". I asked her if she could look in the system to double check since it said on the website that it is available at this store. She said "I put all these out here so I know we don't have it." I am so upset right now... I ordered 65in Smart Tv today @ 12.00 and was told it would be ready for in store Pickup shorty...But i was left waiting all day.. Then @ 8.20 this evening i got a email telling me it was SOLD OUT... I don't understand how a Company can not know when they are over selling there Products... I don't think I have ever walked into a Walmart before and all the employees greeted me. Sadly I am use to the Fayetteville Walmart so this was a nice change of pace. I was very pleased with their clearance sections throughout the store and their great variety in their gardening department. The only reason why I did not give 5 stars was because there is no bakery or deli. Maybe someday they will add those departments and I will be more than happy to give them 5 stars then read more

This is a small Wal-Mart. Although there is a sizable food section, this is not a Wal-Mart with a grocery store. That said, it is still a pretty good one. It seems less crowded than the ginormous stores, and what they do have seems to be pretty well stocked. If you have to go to Wal-Mart, this one isn't bad. read more

Bad experience at Walmart in Knightdale, NC. We were looking for a hard shell cover for cell phone. The lady in Electronics was no help at all and acted like it was a big bother to even help us out. She was rude and very snooty. I wish I had got her name and I would have reported her to management. We will not be returning to that Walmart again! I guess customer service is a thing of the past? I just got off the phone with customer service at the Knightdale store and OMG Whitney was SO NICE. I have called three Walmarts in the Raleigh area and the people were so unfriendly -- after waiting to have them finally pick up the phone and then I finally get through and have to deal with angry and rude people.... then I called the Knightdale store and I was so happy to talk to someone that cares about people and can find a solution. I then talked to an assistance manager Briana and again, I can't say enough. I want to invite both of them over for dinner or something, they are awesome!! Walmart was out of cart wipes. I asked for some and was told they were out and couldn't do anything about it. my respiratory is compromised. Then, I posted on facebook to warn my friends because of this deadly flu and a Walmart manager got on facebook and was posting negative comments towards me inciting others to so the same. Had to drop off a prescription today and arrived in the middle of the pharmacy break (1:44). The pharmacist was very professional and helpful--her assistant/cashier--not so much. She was actually very rude and put me in a bad mood for the rest of the afternoon. Seriously Walmart, you can do better. read more

The Knightdale Walmart is great! It is better stocked than the Triangle Town Center SuperWalmart, and checkout is MUCH faster than the SuperWalmart on 64 and New Hope Road. Parking is good, too. I can find most things I need there, even though it is small. (And the soft pretzels are great!) read more

In reference to the pharmacy at the Knightdale, NC Walmart location... On Saturday October 29, 2016 I received an automatic message/call from the pharmacy that I had medicine to pickup and it would be HELD for three (3) days (which would be until Monday October 31). On Sunday October 30, 2016 I went to pick the medicine up and Donna said they had put it back on the shelve and she could not find out what medicine it was. Donna told me to go home and call it in again because she did not know what to do... Donna was USELESS and Walmart is know to quote you one price over the phone and when you get there for pickup it is another price.. GO FIGURE. read more
