I wish I could give them higher - the people are friendly as is the pharmacist. The issue is I can't get my prescription consistently filled. I have major allergy issues and have a standing prescription for Claritin-D on an auto refill and yet every month I have to go 2-4 times to get it because they give it away, even though I have a standing prescription. I've talked and complained to their corporate offices and I just have to accept that customer service for regular customers is not at the forefront of their focus. read more

I waited in line for the pharmacy behind 6 other cars well before 1:30. I pulled up to the window and 1:31 and the man said sorry you have to come back after lunch after waiting for over 15 minutes. He couldn't wait to eat his lunch. Poor poor customer service. Will be switching back to walgreens. read more

My wife wanted to return a horrendous beauty product purchased here. The manager Matthew did not listen to a word we were saying about the CVS website saying it was 100% satisfaction guarantee and this product could be returned to ANY CVS store with receipt. He just kept saying that was for CVS brand products only but that is NOT what the CVS website said. He told me he was going to print off a paper saying that they don't take returns...which again, is not what the website says. Matthew is an incompetent manager and does not care about the customer. So, this is how pharmacy staff are keeping us safe. Employees are counting meds and breathing potentially dangerous germs all over our meds! This lady doesn't have her nose covered as she counts pills. I noted the problem to the pharmacy manager and he ignored me. This behavior is inexcusable for medical staff!! If I could give this less stars I would. The pharmacists are so rude. Good luck being treated with any sort of respect. I paid online for 2 prescriptions. Came in to pick them up. They wouldnt give them to me unless I paid again. I waited a couple of days and brought them PROOF that the online payment has posted to my bank account. Nope! Still had to pay again. I cannot get any help with a refund either- since I've now paid twice for the same prescriptions!!! CVS is horrible!!! And the Knightdale store cares nothing about you the customer... the patient. Move your prescriptions before you have something happen where you need them.. because I assure you they will not have your back!!!!! read more

This is a very convenient location for me so I went to their pharmacy for the first time the other day and as soon as I walked in, I noticed a terrible odor. It's stuffy inside and the smell gave me a headache. Needlessly to say I'll be using the drive thru going forward if I don't go to Walgreens. read more

I went here for the minute clinic and one of the other workers kept coming in and out of the room opening the door in the middle of my exam. I wanted to do some shopping in there after but it was so dirty that I didnt even want to buy anything from there. I am a regular customer at this cvs , or should I say I was... I went today to get a passport picture for my daughter who is an infant. After rolling her eyes, and telling me " I don't know about that" the lady at the front called someone else to do it. When the second lady arrived she proceeded to also roll her eyes and started mumbling something...at that point I had enough of their poor attitude and told them not to worry about it. I went right across the street to Walgreens where I was greeted with a smile and two employees tried their best to get a decent shot of my baby. I realize that it may not be an easy task but it's not rocket science... All it took was two or three attempts and a lady with a great demeanor cooing to my smily baby. It's all about attitude, and these ladies at cvs didn't have a good one. Needless to say, pictures in hand I went to the pharmacy and I transferred my prescriptions from CVS to Walgreens. We consumers have OPTIONS... !!! They are going to roll their eyes out of business. read more

Employees are NOT A BIT concerned about the customers. I returned an item that still had TAGS on it and they wouldn't even give me a store credit. So I just left the item there in the store. The employee was rude to me, and didn't seem to care one bit about trying to help solve the problem. The store is 'ok' ito organization and neatness. Pharmacy is slow as a turtle licking a lollipop. Overall not impressed. Other than that they are ok, a 3star is as far as I go fir them. read more

You call put on hold disconnected automated system says call back later. Then try to call the store manager, says unable to connect, call back again. Called in RX received text last night that it was ready went to pick up today at 11o'clock they said it was not ready. CHOOSE WALGREENS NEXT DOOR.. Poor customer service.. I went to cvs and needed assistance selecting a generic medication. Upon waiting in the "consultation" area for a couple minutes, I realized nobody behind the pharmacy (pharmacist, tech... 4 employees if I recall) recognized my need for assistance. Finally, an associate stated she would get the pharmacist to assist me.. He finally made his way over to me while one associate displayed her cell phone to him (in plain view) with a disturbing text message (non business-like.. very distasteful).. Finally, after quickly advising what medicine to use, the pharmacist then abruptly left me to return back to what he was doing, or what I must have interrupted. I had additional questions I wanted to ask, but he did not give me a second.... He simply turned his back and walked away saying "this is the best you can do without a prescription." I felt there was no concern for my needs. Furthermore, there was one employee stocking shelves who repeatedly made me feel like I was in his way... Repeatedly walking behind or in front of me saying excuse me, excuse me, excuse me.. I just wanted to tell him to get the $*%€ out of my way. THIS CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS CVS IS A JOKE. read more

Dirtiest drug store I have ever been in! First and last time I will go there. You can see the grime on the counter top at the pharmacy checkout. They had my old address from another state and wouldn't take the time to update the information; employee actually blew me off with a hand wave when I asked to update my address. There was one person in line behind me so not like they were swamped. Sloppy work is not acceptable in a pharmacy. I needed one non-prescription item and shelves poorly stocked. Totally opposite the CVS I used when I lived several hundred miles away! Walgreens, here I come! read more

I have had CVS Pharmacy in several different states. This is the worst location I have done business with. I moved my scripts from the Battlebridge location because the Knightdale one is closer to m house. I have been having problems with them filling my scripts for 10 months now. I have gotten texts that my scripts were ready for pick-up go to get them and was told they did not get a refill request. I have waited 6 days to get a script and was told it needed a prior authorization. Checking every day on the status and have been told the same thing. Lady got nasty with me a few times and told me to call the doctor. Long story short, they had faxed the wrong doctor. I have had it. The majority of my medications have been stressful due to one thing or the other and I take a lot of medication and use a lot of eye drops. I am done! Moving all of my prescriptions to another pharmacy even though this one is about a block from where I live. Too much drama! read more
