This Walgreens is located at 18296 Collier Ave Lake Elsinore, CA 92530 It was never really crowded when I went. I don't remember crazy long wait times or anything like that. I was usually able to run in and grab my medications and jet! Customer service was just so-so. Not bad in my experience, but nothing above average either. Pretty standard "what do you want? And here you go, bye" kind of stuff lol If you are looking for friendliness and more interaction, then this may not be the place for you lol

No -- the lighting in this Rite Aid was mellow and relaxing, which sounds like a weird detail to mention, but I'm super sensitive to the light that stores choose to use, and the light in this store put me at ease! I visited this Rite Aid because I was feeling a bit peaked, and I needed something to tame the sore throat I was beginning to feel. I got some Vitamin C tablets, which they had in abundance. I chose the generic version, and they were very tasty. I think they worked really well, because although I ended up getting a full-blown cold, my cold felt minor while I was taking the Vitamin C tablets. So, thank you, Rite Aid, for helping me during my time of need. And FYI: This Rite Aid has a Thrifty Ice Cream shop inside of it! What a blast from the past. Credit to the the staff but with rite aid going down and all those customers transferring to Walgreens it's a lot on their plate. That was until I started getting my prescriptions filled by the Walmart pharmacy in Lake Elsinore Ca. I had to transfer my prescriptions to their pharmacy because my old pharmacy which was Rite Aid ended up closing. Anyways they gave my doctor such a hard time about giving me my medication because they felt the dosage was too high. Unfortunately they know nothing about why I've been chronic pain patient and they have judged me by the prescriptions I get from my physician. I'm sure they have labeled me as a seeker too! Which is so unfair!! I mean why are they to judge me! Unfortunately that's going against the pain patient bill of rights!! I mean what kind of pharmacist does that? If you suffer from chronic pain or a chronic pain patient then do not take your prescriptions here to the Walmart pharmacy because they don't care about your pain and they won't fill your prescriptions!! They will also label you as a seeker!! Sad but true!
