The line here, drive through and walk in counter, is always ridiculously long and takes forever to move. They this store has one pharmacist filling prescriptions and doing medication information visits with patients and one or two (at most) other employees who seem to relish in conversing with each employees, as patients glare at them through the plexiglass. When they do finally address you they are extremely rude and impersonal. Why can't we have a 24 hour store closer to us than Menifee? Or at least have this location open earlier than 10AM on the weekends?! The last thing anybody wants to do when they or their young child wake up with an illness and needs medication is wait until 10AM or have to drive 9 miles away! Don't come here if they send you from another Walgreens because your medication isn't available here . They told me 10min it be ready I have them 20min before going in just incase waited 15min in line to be helped said it wasn't ready give it 15min more no problem. I recently went into this Walgreens and I had the most horrible experience by management. I needed the medication cabinet to be unlocked for me and only Manager was able to do that. The thing is I was waiting for 30 to 35 minutes and I saw the manager going to her office with a bag of chips. it's really annoying and frustrating. Don't use this Walgreens if you are mistakenly under the impression that pharmacies exist to fill prescriptions for patients. For the second time in a year, this Walgreens refused to fill my prescription--a medicine I've been taking for my entire adult life and cannot function without. I don't think they like disabled people. Anyways, I'm waiting for a call back from the manager (crickets) because I'm considering suing both the store and the pharmacist because they've definitely violated the Americans with disabilities act as well as the affordable care act. Went in to get a tetanus shot. Had a minor injury at work. The pharmacist was beyond helpful. After administering the shot, she looked at the wound. She gave me great advice on how to clean it properly and what to use to prevent infection. She went as far as writing in detail a list of what to use and get. Thank you read more

I just moved to this area and wanted to get my diabetic medication. I had it sent to this location and I will never do it again. The Asian lady behind the pharmacy counter was so rude and even suggested that maybe I should "consider a diet" when they couldn't fill my prescription. I was so irritated that when I left I backed up my car into a pole in the parking lot. Not to mention some homeless man by the name of bill was parked in the parking lot and offered to sell me stereo equipment out of a white van. No I did not purchase! My wife ended up going back 3 separate times and tried to speak with the manager but he wasn't even there. He was apparently on vacation 3 different times! I wish someone could help me. This is the 3rd time I have tried to get my medication. I went to go pick them after my doctors appointment just for them to tell me I had to come back that afternoons, when I did so I only received 5/90 pills! They told me to come back that following Friday that I had enough for the week! I went back and even called this morning for them to still tell me. THEY DONT HAVE IT! Apparently shipment is 3 days late and they haven't received it but it should be in by 2. I know have to postpone my day yet again to go back for some pills they may possible have. This is so unprofessional and beyond frustrating. This pharmacy has not been reliable when it comes to my prescription and being under "there" care for over a month. So I'm back with Walgreen's. I always ordered my prescriptions online and will continue to do so. All my prescriptions were supposed to be transferred from CVS to Walgreen's. Well, as I said CVS kept messing up and of course just transferred what they wanted to. OK!! here's my first and I hope only gripe about Walgreen's and the reason for 3-stars. The Pharmacy manger Eileen is very rude, never have I ever felt so disrespected and belittled in my life. Working in the medical field you should have compassion for your patients and customers. This is why people are so reluctant to seek help when facing mental health issues because people like Eileen make them feel ashamed to fill their medication. I know this review isn't going to matter to a big corporation like Walgreens, however I want to share my frustration. So I dropped off my prescription 3 days ago on a Friday morning. I was told that the prescription would be ready Monday. Ok, no problem. I now know to make time on Monday morning to pick up my medication before my day begins. Fast forward to Monday morning... I arrive at the drive through at 8:00 AM which is when the location opens. I wait until 8:15 and still nobody comes to the window, shade is still drawn and the closed sign is still in the window. I attempt to call the location and no one answers my call. I then thought maybe the drive through isn't open, so I drive around to the front of the store only to find several other people standing at a locked front door also waiting for the location to open. I drive back up to the drive through window again and park. The shade is still closed and closed sign is still in the window. I decided to call the other Walgreens location on Collier to see if maybe the hours had changed for this location. I was informed that the hours of operation were the same and that they should have opened at 8:00 AM. So I continue to wait. Finally at 8:27 AM the window opens. I informed them that I was here for pick up of my medication. She collected my information and then tells me that it's not quite ready yet that it's going to take another 25-30 minutes before it's ready. At this point I am upset. I told her that I have been waiting here for over 25 minutes already. She then told me "well the store just opened"..... I informed her that the store opening late was not my problem and that I was going to be waiting for the medication. She left and returned a minute or so later and informed me that they don't have the medication in stock and that it may show up around 3 PM and that I could return then. This is insane, how is this ok for any company to conduct business like this? So I asked for my prescription back and went to the other Walgreens on Collier. I explained to the employee at the drive through window the whole situation and she was apologetic and said she would have the medication ready in about 30 minutes. I received a text before the 30 minute promise time that the prescription was ready. It only took me just under 1.5 hours to pick up my prescription, but I am thankful for the Walgreens on Collier for the great customer service. read more

This Walgreens location is the worst pharmacy... When I call to make sure my prescription has been received the answer depends on who you talk they all tell you something different... Forget about going in to pick them up... Why are there 5 people walking around in the pharmacy and only one person helping both the counter and window no wonder it takes forever... Plus it is a minimum 20 minute wait to get to the counter that doesn't include finding your prescription... They've lost my prescription more than once, I've never seen so much disorganization why is there 5 different place my prescription could be... From the terrible attitude, the ridiculous wait, the misinformation, and the disorganization I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy to anyone... They are truly awful... read more

My husband and I came here from an hour away to do both of our covid vaccinations. In just three weeks they improved their vaccination process adding a different line specifically for the vaccine and having a Covid vaccine check-in person floating around with a red shirt and label for easy spotting. They directed you where to go and what do do next. If you print out your paperwork and fill it out ahead of time it's a smoother process but either way they are respectful and patient. The nurses/ Doctors giving the shots were kind and gentle. The entire process the second time took us a total of 20 minutes. read more

Nice BIG Beautiful Walgreens in Lake Elsinore, lots of parking, always has something on SALE & the sale papers & monthly coupon books right by the reg./front door to grab to see whats on sale. lots of School supplies on sale right now, for back to school & if you use sundays coupons you can get then for free on a few items, this store how ever LACKS EMPLOYEES, the cashier is always solo & buzzy & if you need help finding something their is never an extra person around..:( HINT..HINT.. Walgreens should have a policy and procedure in place so that customers are given correct information regarding promise times for prescription pick up. This situation occurred today, 2 trips for one med, although the pharmacist apologized to my spouse for the inconvenience, fuel wasted, 8 extra miles driven, and time taken to complain and correct the mistake. Walgreens sign inside says they're closed from 1 to 1:30 for lunch and it was 1:34when we arrived. And attend it behind the counter came out in a very snotty manner and said well we're closed from 1 to 230 that's an old sign. And we are now closed from 1 to 2:30 so seems like bad business that you don't update your signs. Horrible customer service!! why don't you have two different people on so you don't have to come back made a 15 mile trip. I went here to get pictures printed from an SD memory card. Simple and affordable!!! They have a computer station you operate yourself, or employees will help you. Put in your SD card and select the files you'd like to print. Choose the size of the prints (the computer will warn you if the resolution is too low). Then you can choose a pick-up time. Mine were done in 30 minutes. I ordered three 4x6 photos and the cost was $0.33 each for a total of $1.07. Thank you Walgreens! read more

I agree with a previous post. Walgreens on Diamond is GREAT! First encounter was a couple of years ago when we moved to this area and had to fill prescriptions and get flu shots for an elderly parent. The pharmacist MARK was/is friendly, patient and knowledgeable and ditto for the pharmacy techs. I've moved my prescriptions from CVS (located across the street) because of the superior service and friendliness of Walgreen employees. Also this store is always clean! Needing a prescription after visiting the dentist, I visited Lake Elsinore Walgreens on the way home. Staff was friendly and they had a magazine section while I waited for prescription. My only gripe is the wait seemed a bit long but a extra employee or two could fix that. Prescription was only $5 and change. read more

Sara has been the absolute best every time I have needed to fill my prescription every month. She has gone above an beyond to help me and even though this Walgreen's is not the closest to my house I have continued coming here because of the pharmacy's customers service. I went to Drive-Up Pharmacy window on Sat. 12/15 about 10:45am & dropped off a prescription. 3 items on script. The guy said he'd call Dr. to verify what one of the items was: either Rx or OTC. Then said I could pick up Rx after 12:00. I got there at 12:06 behind a lady who was outside her car talking to someone at window. She finally left at 12:14. I give my name and this same guy says they were still trying to reach Dr. I said well didn't you fill the rx's for the other 2 items. He says, oh I can do that now. I said I didn't have time to wait. I said I'd come back Sunday to pick it up. I was going out of town. So Sunday morning at 11:00 I drive up again and the person at window asked if I could pull around to park and comeback in 10 min. I said why haven't you filled my Prescription yet. It's been over 24 hrs. since I brought this in and you're delaying my medical treatment. I pulled around to park. Then not even 5 min pass and the guy is waving at me to come to window. I go up and he says the 3rd item was over the counter (OTC) and then holds up a box of something as an example. I asked why couldn't he just add that to my order. So he did. I was not going to go in to just get that. I recently moved to this end of the lake but had previously used Walgreens on Collier and never had a problem. They would even call me if they had any questions. Showed up to the store at 12:50pm and the print still wasn't ready. I had to wait for three other prints to print first before mine was printed.
