This CVS is located at the corner of Lyons and Lantana Rd. While out running errands we stopped in to see if they had something on our list. The Coupon machine is out of order with an apology note taped to the front. My wife asked one of the associates a question, (twice), and was ignored. I can now understand why this cvs has such a low rating. I came in looking for something specific which they did not have on the shelf. I wanted to check out coupons, but the machine was down with a sign on it. I asked an employee a question -- is this the only one in the store? She did not even look up or respond in any way. She just totally ignored me. Very strange. I did see something I needed, so I did get it. When at the checkout, I was told that was the one and only machine for coupons, but that I might be able to access them via an old email (!). I don't keep old expired emails... Anyhow, we entered the phone number which we know is correct and it wasn't showing anything. We actually accessed our account through our old land line. Another strange thing. The only positive? I got fifty cents off the item I was buying... Now we know why this store was empty. read more

Boycott cvs and their refusal to use real people anymore in store. I don't work here, I don't want to have to cash myself out every time I walk in a store while the one employee that works their watches me do their job. Not to mention you can't get a live person on the phone without dealing with 10min of Ai prompts!!! read more

How can I review a pharmacy, or store for that matter, that won't allow a customer to speak to a human being? I called to ask the pharmacy hours. All the bot wanted to know was my date of birth. I kept saying phamacist, representative, clerk, human...finally yelled that all I wanted was the pharmacy hours. The bot replied: please state your date of birth as 2 digit month, 2 digit day and 4 digit year. Can they get the any more stupid? They have my phone number, I hope they ask for a survey. read more

Pharmacy could not accommodate my 4 vaccines. Booked 3. One was not in stock upon arrival. Waited. Was told another one's stock was already earmarked for someone else. Long wait. Then told they'd have it all tomorrow; I would've rebooked it all for tomorrow! I'm still waiting... might still be here tomorrow at this pace. Friendly staff but doesn't help when the end result is so bad. read more

Let me write this review while I wait on the pharmacy to get off of their break when they just opened at 10am today. Everyone is absolutely entitled to a lunch break but this pharmacy is useless all around because once they get back from lunch break they move in slow motion. I don't have to come to the pharmacy often but when I do. It's the SAME EXACT THING. I wish I could remember the one gentleman that actually wants to work. He is truly a lone wolf at this location. My Dr called in a prescription and 6 days later I am still trying to find out if it's filled . When you call the pharmacy no one picks up the phone ; it rings and rings . When you go there in person it's chaotic and disorganized. Totally useless . read more

Waited in line at pharmacy drive thru. Pulled up once car in front of me was finished. It was 8 pm on the dot and they shut the window on me saying "we already counted the register". Told them I just needed a script that was ready for pickup. Horrible customer service. read more

Typical CVS store. Little smaller then usual. Nice staff but a little disorganized. In south Florida CVS are usually only 2 miles from each other. Remember only pick up a missed item or sale items. Always more expensive then normal supermarket. read more

Horrible service ZERO professionalism came here for a rapid COVID testing my appointment was at 10:20am got here at 10:22 the women doing the testing came out at 10:43 claiming she was out until 10:25am. If I could put 0 I would. Never have I ever been treated so horribly. Showed up on time for a Covid test proceeded to the drive thru in error. There was nobody in line and I was at the window where the pharmacy staff stood there staring and ignoring me for 15 minutes. When he finally helped me he told me I was in the wrong location. I pulled around to the correct location and the person administering Covid tests was standing there. It is now 6:50, she proceeded to tell me they close at 7:00 and cannot give me the test. However, she still had enough time to give someone else a test who pulls up after me. She told me it's too late and cut me off while I was explaining what happened. I will never give CVS my business again after I told her my daughter needed this test and she had no care in the World to perform a rapid test that takes 1 minute to do. I know it's this quick because I was there when she felt the other person deserved a test but not my child. read more

They have cut staff dramatically at the CVS on Lyons and Lantana in the pharmacy. They have one Pharmacist on one inexperienced Tech. They are s overworked, I sat at window for 20 minutes. I came inside the store, then I could see why. With the skeleton staff, they were unable to answer the phone calls holding or do the window, the line inside was long and they were only taking care of those indoors. I waited 25 minutes in line to pick up my prescription. I read online that CVS is cutting staff all across the board. I will now have to switch to another drugstore who is not cutting staff as this is unacceptable. Thank you, Lynne Mulcahy read more

This place sucks..... don't come here to get your prescription filled. You'll wait 15 to 20 mins in in the drive thru and it doesn't get any better inside. STAY AWAY!! 3rd time and it's the same waiting game Everytime! Zero stars! read more
