Phone service is awful , I called about 5 times and the prompt kept hanging up on be all I was trying to ask if they had Covid at home test so I could buy one , I couldn't get to anyone and when I got to pharmacy you had to leave a message and wait two hours to get a call back . Or schedule a test for a different day .... What if I need to tests asap? I have to wait?? This is ridiculous ..... when Covid hit everyone was lining to get your brain pocked at and now you can't get a human on the phone .... Smh read more

I should start by saying this is not my regular cvs pharmacy i only go there to get a particular prescription for my client because my cvs never has it on the shelf She recommend I go here David immediately whom I suppose id the lead tech interrogated me about why I was there and had I checked other pharmacies I answered politely Turned my head into the direction of the line and others were shaking their heads as well Moving forward he began to get strait up rude I then said why are you giving me a hard time ? Finally he said the prescription will be ready in 30 minutes I was browsing and he did not know I could hear him He laughed and made fun of me I showed my face and he just looked down Another customer said hes had the same attitude with David Because I didnt get his name until I asked the front desk I wont say who But lets just say they weren't surprised at all This guy David obviously isnt enjoying his job and it shows Hes had multiple complaints yet he is still serving the public with complete attitude and is very unprofessional if I could find sodium tablets in another Pharmacy I would definitely not go here read more

Ej the pharmacist has no people skills could care less about your prescription and getting it to you. I ordered it Saturday. They said they didn't have it. They didn't have it Sunday. They didn't have it Monday. They got it in Tuesday which I had to call and leave a message for them to call me back to even find out that it was in, unfortunately I wasn't able to pick it up. I picked it up Wednesday, which they would not give to me because they said that the prescription had expired and that they needed to get a hold of the doctor to give them a new prescription when it was their fault EJ could care less she wanted me to do the legwork call the doctors office have them fax over everything and instead of just calling right there or when they would've picked up immediately and fax it over and then when they did get faxed over they wouldn't give me my prescription. I had to wait eight hours to go pick it up so they could empty it into one bottle into a new container and put a sticker on it. This store is always dirty. It's filthy the associates baby besides a few females that work there to care less if they don't like their job, they shouldn't work there. The store is dirty as hell and the manager, there the pharmacy manager and the store manager could care less somebody should actually walk the store from corporate and see how disgusting and dirty it is will be transferring all my medication to another CVS and will travel just because the store is gross inconsiderate and they could care less read more

My husband's dentist called his prescription in around 10:15am. My husband got there around 1:15 PM, only to be told they wouldn't fill it until after lunch (which ed at 2pm). There was no one else in line and he was only getting a 7 day course of regular antibiotics. The woman asked if that was ok (which it wasn't because he had driven 26 miles to get there), but he didn't really have a choice. Then she told him "So it will be ready at 3pm". Wtaf? So the entire staff go for lunch at the same time? The woman who was serving when he returned was so slow. It took her 25 minutes to find the customer perscription who front of my husband. Absolutely awful experience, My gosh this one takes the Cake, I went in there to look for Halloween decorations, And Halloween makeup, there wasn't much of a selection, I started to walk outside, I seen the security guard wasn't really busy he was just on his cell phone, So I asked the gentleman if that was all Halloween stuff they had, before he could even open his mouth the employee who was helping a customer at the time looked at me and said "he's the security guard you don't talk to him I'm the employee and yes that is all of the Halloween stuff" , I put my hands up and said "whoa ma'am You were helping a customer so I didn't want to bother you so I asked the security guard a question" she even said" I told you that was all the Halloween stuff while rolling her eyes" I decided to just walk out of the store, When I got into the car and told my boyfriend what was going on he said "go in there and get her name" I agreed I went in there and when I walked in to ask her name she just pointed at her badge and walked away I did read her name it was "Nola" I stated to her "Nola you are very rude and have bad customer service" she laughed and said" you and your f***ed up haircut in the back can leave" I then was very upset and told her that I have a nice haircut (I have a taper fade in the back and I have long front pieces) I then told her " she was rude and unprofessional" she then started calling me vulgar names so then I told her I don't know what her problem was "maybe the security guard was her boyfriend?" but she doesn't have to act like that with me she then went off so then I decided to act out of my character and I told her "she needs help and that she should not be working with customers" .. she then just became irate she was quite scary she told me to leave she said " I needed to walk out quietly or else " That is when I knew I just had to quietly leave, I am not trying to make a scene in front of customers, And I definitely don't want this employee to assault me, she was very irate and very loud screaming at me vulgar names, I did call the manager Chris and talk to him he didn't seem very concerned but he did apologize in her behalf, I hope something is done about this employee , I suppose I'll just have to call corporate cuz again nobody seem worried at that store about what was going on about their employees screaming vulgar words. read more

Had a problem with a gift card not working, and the manager, Tom, took time out of his lunch break to fix the problem, so this location definitely scores some points for that. rude & inattentive staff, will not be visiting again. visited this store for the first time to pick up a $20 photo print order, they tried to charge me another $15 at the store and deny the payment i made online. i was kind and patient (as i too work customer service), and stood off to the side to find my payment confirmation email while letting customers go ahead of me. after standing off to the side for several minutes, waiting to show my confirmation email for the payment i made, the female staff member originally helping me took incredibly long counting change at one register as if trying to avoid helping me again. an older male staff member, who'd i presume is the manager, eventually came around the counter and waved me over. he allowed me to get a total of 5 words out to explain the situation before cutting me off by tossing my photo order on the counter and telling me to "have a nice day." save yourself the headache and grief by going to any other CVS in the AV, this one has 2 stars for a reason. read more

Terrible customer service and most medication's are on back order for over a week. When someone is prescribed a medication they typically need it immediately and the technicians there have very little knowledge about medication and never offer any extra assistance or alternatives!! I've been told by doctors that they are rude to them as well. Often times they don't even submit the order and get angry when asked for their name. Cvs is a joke. I needed a prescription for my wife before her operation. The prescription was for infection and pain. They kept making up excuses for not having the pain medication for my wife all the way past the day of her operation. They made me feel like I was doing something wrong. Like a drug addict. If I could give them no stars I would. I couldn't really find what I needed here and the staff was not helpful (as I expected, they watched my every move). At the checkout the lady with bleached blonde hair and older fat lady didnt even offer me a bag, although I was purchasing 3 items. The pharmacy seems to be understaffed and you'll wait for your meds or even to give a prescription. They do offer a text notification for when your meds are ready, but there have been times when they haven't prepared and need to either wait or return. read more

TERRIBLE! Worst experience ever! I just walked into the store and went into the makeup section browsing. Then over to the next Isle I grab my two items, and put my walet underneath my arm pit. As im walking away to the next isle, I then hear you better put those items back in a singing tone. I turned around and its the black skinny security girl guard. I walk over to the next Isle and she's standing right next to me, literally two feet away. I ask is there something wrong? she's like no. Then I ask did i do something suspicious? She like, why did you do something suspicious? I said no. With he r standing right next to me watching what I'm looking at, making me feel very uncomfortable. By far the WORST. Do you understand when I say WORSE customer service imaginable. The pharmacy tech was the most unpleasant, unhelpful and disrespectful person that I have ever come across. This particular tech looked to be about 40 even though she is probably 25, overweight, fair complexion, uncombed orangey blonde, dark brown roots about an inch long. I can totally see why she was having a bad day BUT none of that is the customers problem or fault, so we should not have to pay. I did not drop off my prescriptions. HORRIBLE! The cashiers here need serious training or better yet replacements! The only reason I gave it the extra star is because there is a male manager that actually is competent, friendly, and helpful. Aside from that, from the first time visiting, it has been nothing but problems! Every great once in awhile you'll get someone that is friendly, but seriously watch your transactions carefully! It really is too bad because this is a clean and neat CVS. Their stock on sale items isn't always huge, but *IF* there is someone working that is helpful they will look or you can get a rain check. Stop by for some tylenol ended up with a few more items. People here are not friendly at all. When I got into the counter no smiles, no hello, no thank you, nothing what so ever. I saw a sign that said 2 for $3 on sodas and a older BIG lady said no it was only the Mountain Dew soda. I told her there was a sign for the other sodas as well and didn't bother going back there to look at it. Very poor customer service. What I found very disturbing was a customer that looked intoxicated buying a whole bunch of hard liquor at CVS. I was in an auto accident on Saturday and suffered from a fracture, back spasm, and lots of soreness. I contacted my Dr on Sunday about the pain, he did a phone consultation and said he would call in a prescription. We asked me where and I picked CVS on k and 10th because it was the one I always go to for incidentals. I arrived there Sunday and was told they did not fill the prescription because the could not verify it with the dr's office. I was not happy, but I sort of understood. It was Sunday and I had not used that pharmacy before. I contacted my Dr and the next day I called his office to give them any additional information. He told me his staff would call CVS and I would be able to pick up my prescription later that day. Let me remind you - fracture/back pain - tough to move around and very uncomfortable. Went back to CVS and decided to wait in the drive thru lane. My mistake for going around lunch hour, because the wait was over 30 minutes. Finally got to the window and they did not have my prescription. They made it seems like they needed more information or something, but they basically could not help me. I called the dr again. He confirm with his staff that they called over a couple of hours prior and they would call back. I'm not sure what stupid excuse was given but I was told they would have my prescription later that day. Another day of spasms and pain. That night I drove to the pharmacy, waited about 10 minutes at the drive thru and when I got there I had to give my info like 5 times, date of birth, last name. Do you have insurance? I told them I had insurance and they said oh we don't work with that insurance you would have to get it from them. I asked about paying cash, how much is it? Well we didn't make it because we didn't have your insurance info. So upset and in pain I just drove off, called my dr, and was just at a loss. While on the phone with the dr I got a missed call. I called back and it was cvs telling me they did not make the prescription because they did not have my insurance info. So here are my questions - why does it take me going there 3 times for them to ask for insurance info? Obviously they have my phone number and they called me, why didn't they call me and tell me they didn't have my insurance info? How was I supposed to know that? So another night of pain. I told them I will never go to cvs again, throw out my name and my info, I'm done. Horrible experience. What if I was older and really needed this medicine - no caring, no compassion, no help. I used coupons today at this pharmacy, my first time using coupons at this location . The cashier was extremely rude (Juamelda, says in the receipt Reg:02 TRN:0617 CSHR:0590643 STR:1666) she did not say anything to me, but she was giving me dirty looks and doing the transaction in a nasty mood, grabbing the coupons with what it looked to me, a lot of rage . I do not use coupons often, I was with a friend that was showing me how to use those coupons. She does this not because she needs to, but because she is a military wife and buy all those items to donate for the less fortunate.
