Love my folks at my local CVS on Las Vegas BLVD. Totally have a crush on one of the staff but never the nerve to pursue. LOL Besides that they are rockstars and want to help you. From the gaming area, pharmacy, the front of the store and even the undercover security guy are all super friendly. CVS corp needs to recognize the potenital in this store. This is the worst CVS Pharmacy ever, well at the very least in California and Nevada. Want to wait in a line of 10 people to check out....? Well then come here! Want everything locked up so you have to actually call someone to help you ? ....This is your place! Would you like a side of attitude with your checkout process when you suggest they might want to call another cashier with 8 people in line? Well then Susan is your girl! Maybe they should institute a policy that more than 3 people are in line or two people that have shopped for year, call another cashier immediately. Grr! I called before I drove over to confirm that they had a copy machine. Spoke to a woman on the phone who confirmed they did have one. I guess it is my fault because I didn't ask if it was operational. When I get there I went to the photo department to all about the copy machine. A woman directed me to the back of the store on the right hand side. I found the copy machine and stuck a few quarters in to make my copies. It lights up but doesn't make any copies. At this point I'm very irritated, so I go back to the front and speak with a nice man. He tells me the copy machine had been down very several days. He asks if I want my quarters back but no, what I want is to make some copies... It just frustrates me that neither the woman on the phone or the women in the store cared enough to know that the copy machine in their store doesn't work. There was no Out of Service sign. This is just terrible customer service as far as I'm concerned. read more

Every time I've come in I have had some sort of problem, especially with the photo center. When I got my passport picture taken here, they gave me a blown out picture. The lady didn't even tell me when she was taking the picture, just raised the camera and took it, didn't say anything, put the memory card into the printer and just printed it. When I tried printed holiday cards, I even called the store with questions and they left the part out that their printer wasn't working, so I had to wait 2 days to get them. When I came to the store, they couldn't find my prints. They didn't call me when they did find them. And then they came out blurry (used a dslr camera so they're HD pictures). The only upside to this is that the manager of the store is very nice and tried to accommodate me by offering a refund on the pictures. I wish the other employees were as nice as her, bc most of the time they seem like they don't want to be there and have an attitude every time you call the store or ask a question. read more

Pharmacy review only - This CVS is extremely convenient for me, which is why I have continued to torture myself with poor service for years. There are two people in the pharmacy that are nice, which is why I gave it two whopping stars. If you enjoy ridiculous waits while watching employees work at a sloth's pace, rude service, and a complete inability to have a prescription ready on time (I once went to pick up FIFTEEN hours after the time it was supposed to be ready, and it wasn't), then this is the place for you. Open 24 hours including the pharmacy but if you have a choice go elsewhere-anywhere! I was in misery, I broke a tooth, had to go to UMC clinic and this was the nearest 24 hour pharmacy. There was nobody else in line in the drive-thru and Bola (Ebola) told me she was too busy to fill my prescription and asked what time the next day I wanted to pick it up. I told her I wanted to wait for it and she said it would take too long to put me in the system. I informed her I was already in the system and I would wait. She said it would take 1 HOUR to find my information and if someone pulled up behind me I would have to drive around the building and get behind them. Then I told her I needed to speak to the pharmacist AND the store manager and that lit a fire under her ass. I gave her my insurance card which she claimed she did NOT know how to process then walked off for 20 minutes while it was freezing outside and I had 2 kids in the car! Finally, I had to honk the horn for what seemed like forever and she strolled back to the window still eating her egg salad which was all over her face and pharmacy tech smock and said, "What?" I said where is my prescription? I've been here an hour! She said I thought you didn't want it because I didn't use your insurance. I AGAIN had to ask for the store manager AND pharmacist and she magically remembered how to process insurance! I finally got my Rx's then she asked to see my driver's license to "Log it" because I got pain pills and started to berate me like a drug addict for having a broken tooth and being in pain! My next sentence began, "Look bitch..." People like her are the reason I don't carry a concealed hand gun. Lazy and abusive just because she can be and of course illegal and threatening some kind of African Voodoo Mojo. Totally bizarre. Never again will I visit that store. Total BS. I have never had any issues with another pharmacy except Target in Boca Park when the pharmacist refused to fill my husband's Rx when he had just left the hospital. She quizzed him on his room number, doctor, etc. and I saw her do it to other black customers. When I walked up and tore into her ass she shut up since I'm Caucasian and she got reported to the licensing board. These people are what is wrong with health care in America. It's not bad enough that you have to deal with your insurance company, then you have to deal with this crap too! read more

Well as I often do, I found myself in here in the early morning hours. It was a nice change from going into the one by my residence in Bakersfield. Could just be the 24 hour culture that is Las Vegas, but they did not feel the need to follow me around to be sure I was not shoplifting. I would go again. There did not seem to be anything really bad going on, although there were some scantily clad females out in the parking lot. But shit it was still 92 degrees, no one should be expected to wear a bunch of clothing when it is that hot. Anyhow three stars plus a star for not stalking me. read more

So I bought 1 item. After payment went through I remembered I had a coupon. I asked the cashier Susan if I could use it. Susan said "but it's done already." I asked if she could void it. I went into get my out of state prescription refilled as a travel nurse. Staff treated me like complete trash from the moment I handed them for my prescription and did nothing to help me otherwise nor process or validate the prescription beyond their speculation. The staff never know anything, the pharmacy always messes up, and the cashiers have the deer in headlights thing going on anytime you try to ask them anything. I was waiting for the text to pick up my antibiotics for three hours. Called twice and was left on hold until I hung up. When I showed up they weren't busy and the woman didn't even apologize. This is the worst CVS store in Las Vegas and probably in Nevada. Pharmacy staff keep on changing, pharmacists or clerks have no experience and no clue about customer service. CVS automate call you to remind you to pick up your prescription(s), but at the store they never can find them. You have to argue and come back a few times in order to get your prescription. They make mistake and twice charged the wrong insurance and couldn't fix it, I had to personally reimburse the insurance out of pocket. I can only hope this review will go up directly to CVS management and that they will look at this store and make significant changes. I am a CVS client for over a decade now, but I am running out of patience and will need to switch for a better one. Too bad because this one was across the street and very handy. read more

I dropped off a script for my dog on june 26, 2019, and was assured that they had it in stock and only had to wait two days to refill it. So I called CVS pharmacy on june 28, 2019, and suddenly they don't have it in stock and I have to wait till next thursday for my dogs meds. He will run out and I trusted them. The woman on the phone was rude and did not care that I am going to run out soon. They should have ordered on wensday when I dropped it off and I would have gotten it. Huma from the pharmacy is always friendly every time I pick up my prescriptions and I always come really late at night she always seems happy and ready to help and answers every questions I have. Even at the drive thru you can still hear her smile over the phone.. I love this CVS because they're open 24/7 and all the staff specially the staffs that works overnight always provide great costumer service. I Hate This Pharmacy! They kept texting me that my meds were ready, I went to pick them up, waited in line for 30 min, and then they said they couldn't give me my meds even though I had refills. They said my dr had to call them in every time. Wtf?? Then why say they were ready and waste my time? And it's 8pm, my drs office is closed, and now I don't have really important medication so I have to go to the ER. Thank you for ruining my night cvs and putting my health at risk. read more

We came in for some missing immunizations. Our care provider was awesome. She had great bedside manner. Kept my daughter perfectly calm the whole time. We were a challenging case as my daughter was way behind on her immunization and we didn't have an insurance card but were able to provide the needed info. It was so simple and stress free. I am very impressed. Great stop to handle the mess we were in. read more

If you care about your health don't go to this CVS. I have never in my life talked to such an incompetent and unethical pharmacist. I deal with mental health problems, one of them being bipolar 2. My psychs receptionist is also incompetent and did not send over my new prescription, and the office does not have after hours services, so I was unable to get a hold of anyone until Monday, and it was Saturday and I was out. This has happened before at another CVS and they just asked me to bring in my bottle and they would give me an emergency supply since its a VERY dangerous and important medication. Instead of the pharmacist at this location saying that, she literally said "well I mean how manic are you" EXCUSE ME?!!!!!? You do not ask someone, especially someone that actually lives through this stuff, that question. I am very disappointed to say the lease, and honestly think she should get her license revoked. My buddies kid was not feeling well and so we hopped along over to CVS to find a remedy. It was on a Friday close to the witching hour when arrived. Friday night on the boulevard, PERIOD is an experience and this CVS proved much the same. Every kind of humanity was represented and the place was busy. Never use this pharmacy! The pharmacists are illiterate and they profile patients. I dropped off my prescriptions prior to major surgery which involved removing organs and they refused to fill one. They mistakenly contacted my surgeon telling him I had a regular prescription for this medication that I had regularly filled. I had to fight up until the day of surgery and my Dr. had to order a DEA report on me to confirm I did not have this medication or any indication of drug abuse. They kept referring to my "profile". They insisted this was the quantity regardless of what was written on my prescription. They kept referring to my "profile" again. I then called my Dr. and they were outraged. They have no record whatsoever of CVS contacting them. A class action lawsuit for patient profiling needs to be filed against CVS. Oh WOW! Talk about poor customer service. I came here because I was incorrectly charged at another CVS and this was on my way home. I waited in the long line and explained to the cashier that the lotion I bought was buy one get one 50% but didn't come up. She had a tough time understanding and kept pointing to a face wash wash that came up 50% off, but that was a separate buy one get one 50% off. After she figured it out she said she had to call the manager. The manager came out and looked at the lotion, then left and came back saying that it was not the right lotion. I explained that the product was in the ad. I started trying to pull it up on my phone and the manager walked away. I found an exact picture of the product in the weekly ad and waited in line AGAIN! I showed the cashier the ad on my phone and she called the manager again. I showed the manger my phone. She barely looked at it and said oh that's probably just an online deal. I explained that it was the store ad for this zip code. I also asked for the stores physical ad, since she wasn't believing me. The manager looked around for a bit and then pushed one towards me and said "you look, I got to do something" and then just walked away. Unbelievable! I found it right away and then had to wait for her to come back so long, I didn't think she was coming back. When she came back I think she was surprised I was still there. I showed her the item, there in black and white it listed the lotion. She still denied it and continued with her poor attitude. I asked her to then show me the st. ives 6.5 oz spray lotion that was on sale. She then huffed and puffed and said "I'll just give you the cash." I called the pharmacy to verify they had my prescription, they said yes and that they would have it ready for me when I came by. They didn't have it ready and they actually needed to order it which would take a day or two. The next day they let me know my insurance didn't cover it and they faxed my doc and were waiting on a response. I called my doc to verify, they never received a fax. I called cvs back to let them know and gave them the fax number again. I called the doc back a little later and they still hadn't received anything. If you want a prescription in a timely manner go somewhere else!!! read more

Don't go to cvs minute clinic. They charge "hundreds"of dollars and don't help. They say they can't prescribe a stronger medication until you go through the placebo medications, I don't think they are qualified for health care. I have been here many times before and all the sudden they can't give me the Meds I need. I guess they want more money, not this girl. Lesson learned. read more

Stopped by around 10:00 AM to pick up a RX I had dropped off the previous evening. Three people were behind the counter so figured service would be pretty quick. WRONG! I stood there for a good 5 minutes when I finally stuck my head behind the counter and stated "could someone please help me pick up my RX". In response I got "yeah, be there in a minute". They acted as if I was invisible, then finally came over and got my RX. I thought I had waited a long time to pick up a single RX, when I noticed this CVS had a drive thru and a car had been waiting there when I arrived. I mentioned someone was waiting at the window and the clerk finally noticed. Customer service is NOT a strong point for this CVS pharmacy! read more

Went to the clinic and was disappointed. No medical equipment i.e. x-ray etc. NO PRESCRIPTIONS for injury related meds i.e. muscle relaxers, steroids (not even an injection). Medical personnel that saw me was VERY young and seemed highly incompetent. read more
