If I could give a -0 for this business I would. So my partner Walter and I have been going to this gas station for over 4 months 3 times a day at times but minimum twice a day. Walter is the one who goes in the store all the time. Everything went always the cashiers, Denise, Justin, and Frank the manager were always courteous and polite to my partner. He would go in the store mainly not me. So in the last month or so my partner opened a small tab if $5-$10 the most. Then he would repay every time in a pretty quick turnaround in matter of a few days. At some point the manager Frank forgot Walter owed $5.00 and regardless Walter reminded him and paid him back promptly. Today July 25th, Friday was a different story. When Walter walked in he was buying the usual tea and sparkling water. He has a $7.00 tab which he did tell management that he will pay on Monday July 28th and they said no problem. Frank specifically said we have a lot of IOUs I'm not worried you always pay back. Today however a ruthless woman she said she's part owner, Kaitlyn she made sure she bragged about it, she was extremely rude, impolite, and loud embarrassing Walter in front of other customers saying he has to pay up all his fees now. She snatched the cup of tea out of his hand and told him not to go back until he pays up. Frank was there and played poker face agreeing with her even he told Walter otherwise. Walter is a disabled senior citizen. My partner almost started crying over this incredible low life, white trash, unprofessional behavior. Cashier on more than one occasion placed food in cooler with zero gloves after handling money. Slight overweight man in the morning has also ignored customers in line while attending to other duties. My last experience made me decide to leave my items on the cashier table and just leave. Good lucky hopefully they decide to use sanitary practices at some point. read more

Most if not all 7-Eleven stores in Las Vegas have slot machines. Must be a nice moneymaker for the business. This particular branch, I believe, has 4 of the one armed bandits. Well, I wasn't here to gamble. Just needed gasoline and a snack. Store looked fine both inside and out. Merchandise was well stocked and organized. The hot food was fresh and tasty. Service was good. No complaints, and I'll probably be dropping by regularly whenever my wife wants to shop at the outlet mall across the street. read more

Gas price is quite reasonable; however, only 87 octane fuel is available. I have rated only two stars because of the shady business practices at this station. The pump outside had a malfunctioning key that prevented me from entering my zip code correctly. The cashier inside insisted that they want a credit card hold (fine) but not close out the transaction immediately after pumping gas. He said that the hold would be released later. In my book, this is a recipe for a problem. Either bill me after I pump fuel for the exact amount or close out the transaction when I'm there. read more

Well, I absolutely loved this 7 Eleven location until last night. Up until last night I had been coming to this store for the good, cheap food and drinks. Their hotdogs were delicious and I loved that you could add as much chili and cheese as you want for no extra charge. I also used to love the $1 iced coffee, though I was highly disappointed when they switched it to $1 iced coffee only on Wednesdays. Hind sight is 20/20 and now I see that it was a good thing they quit offering the cost-effective coffee because I do not want to visit this store EVER again now. I'll tell you why. You know how they have fresh donuts shipped in everyday? And all those sandwiches and yummy things they get in fresh, right? Well, my husband and I were in line last night around midnight and walked out because we saw the newest shipment of food stuffs. They stack the trays to about 4 feet tall, still wrapped in saran wrap, okay. I used to work for a company with similar pastry goodies, and that was how we received our goods, too. No problem. All wrapped up and sanitary is good as long as it stays that way. Well, last night apparently someone didn't want to wait for donuts to be unpacked, so someone (not sure if it was customer or manager, but regardless it was done wrong) took off one of the trays, set it ON THE FLOOR and unwrapped the saran. The donuts inside were jumbled around, too, like someone had rifled through them. Uhm, ew. So people were walking all around this tray, sitting on the floor, with no cover on. So unsanitary. If I had had a camera with me, I would have taken a picture and reported it to the health department, but unfortunately for me (and lucky for them!) I don't own a camera or a cell phone. The manager was there working, and did nothing about this violation. My husband even caught his eye and tried to get his attention to deal with the donuts, no such luck, completely ignored. It was then that we walked out. I cannot report them, so we will just stop shopping there. As my dear husband pointed out to me, if they are that careless with the donuts, imagine how they are with the chili, cheese, onions, etc. they offer to add to our hotdogs... And they were just robbed a week ago, so it's probably better I don't go there anyway! I will stick to the Rebel across the street. They don't have iced coffee, but I can figure out something else to drink every morning now... And just so I am giving a fair and well-rounded review, I'll touch on the other aspects of the store. Customer service is so-so. There is one really nice guy with a faux-hawk that works and will bother to actually look you in the eye. All the rest of the employees don't bother to smile, look you in the eye, or care about anything you do, including the managers who are actually frequently on duty. I often find change in their parking lot, so I'm guessing they don't send someone out to sweep much. Never bought gas there, so not sure about that part of the business. And, of course, prices on their food is typically better than the surrounding competition, but now we can see why that is. 7 Eleven on Las Vegas customers: beware the food! It's a 7 Eleven a few miles south of the strip. Expect all the standard offerings, beer, soda, Slurpees, coffee, etc. This place is on my way into work and stop for coffee a few times a month. Find the staff friendly and the place clean. read more

I usually get good service on 7/11 and the people are awesome with great personality and nice as well. This time this 7/11 employee was really rude and unhelpful, I asked one of the employees for the lady's name and I guess her name is 'Fran'. I wanted a hot dog a a few tacos and she was just standing there, and I asked for help and completely ignored me. She gave me a rude look and a rude attitude. She heard what I wanted and just left the store, so I went behind the register to try to serve myself food since she wasn't doing her job and I thought it was self serve but when she saw I went behind the register she told me rudely I not go back there and I asked for her help to get some food and she continued to leave the store. I come in almost daily because 1) it's less than 1 mile from my house 2) it has the freshest dairy anywhere - including supermarkets and c) they are always so helpful. I use their little cart because I have trouble walking so I'm glad they have one to help carry stuff to the counter or even the car. I go there for their coffee once in a while. It's good and pretty cheap as well. The ladies working there are very nice and always smiling. It's a much better and cleaner 7 11 than any other one I've been around the country. They have a red box out front so it's easy to get a movie and be on the way too. read more

Don't know what store the last review walked into. But sure wasn't this store. Very dirty and employees are rude. One of them I assume the manager (tall , older guy,dark hair) refused to let me get a fresh hot dog instead gave me a burnt one in front.
