A lethal combination of slow and rude service. If you go to the drive thru rest assured you will wait a minimum of 39 minutes. These employees need to be taught some phrases such as, I'm sorry for your wait, how are you and thank you. read more

Everyone at this location has an attitude out of the ass. I don't know if they don't enjoy working at CVS or what the issue is with them. I came in to help a friend get her medication. First they said it wasn't in stock and will be in stock tomorrow. Then the lady proceeded to say it was actually in lane #17. After maybe 3 minutes of looking up and down for the Iron medication, we couldn't find it. I assumed they saw us struggling and instead of coming to help us PROPERLY, two ladies came to lane #17, kicked the Iron pills sitting at the bottom shelf with the tip of her shoe, laughed and made a stupid remark under their breath then walked away. I don't understand how someone can be so unprofessional, that is no way to act ESPECIALLY being a pharmacist. I was truly disgusted. I pray I don't ever have to walk into that establishment ever again. Ew. read more

Don't waste your time! I waited in line for over an hour for my meds. They gave me their generic version over the one my doctor called in. It ended up being twice the price and refused to change it back. Then when i asked for them to send it to another pharmacy, they couldn't do that because it was already filled. Just horrible experience. I now have to wait 5 days for meds that i need on a daily basis. Just ridiculous. They should be ashamed of that location. read more

The pharmacy was always slow, but since covid it is horrifying. The service is fi e, they wear masks and stuff, but the store is CVS PHARMACY. A robot could do better. Also all the stuff on the shelves is in anti theft boxes, tells you about this part of town. read more

I would give them no star if that was an option!! Set up a Covid drive thru test here and my appt was at 11:40am. It's now 12:20 pm and am still waiting in the car!!!!! Avoid this location if possible cause I've been to other locations for my test and it was quick and easy!!! read more

Kim is LAZY AND A LIAR! She needs to be without a job. I had my boyfriend pick my prescription up and provided him with my insurance card because a pharmacy technician told me my insurance info was not on file the day before. The line was extremely long and Kim did not take my insurance information. She told my boyfriend my prescription was $83 and asked if I have insurance. My boyfriend told her "yes, she has Aetna" Kim closed the window and then came back and said "okay I got it down to $35". I'm assuming she applied a good rx coupon and not my insurance. I told her that was wrong and to please run my insurance and tried to give her my Information. She told me she did and to call my insurance company.I asked her how did she apply my insurance without the information and she told me it was in the system. I called my insurance company and they confirmed what I already knew. Kim lied and did not run my insurance at all. I mean how could she if she didn't ask for any information? I called CVS pharmacy back and explained what just happened and another tech took 1 minute out of her day to run my insurance and also confirmed that Kim did not run my insurance. My prescription was now fully covered with my insurance. Lying when it comes to someone's medication is nothing to play with. Kim needs to seek a new career field if running insurance is too much for her. She's bound to have a lawsuit with the lies she tells. So disgusting. read more

CVS Pharmacy - Drugstores Near Me - LAWRENCEVILLE, Georgia

My issue with this pharmacy is with their tech, There's a pharmacy tech named Tom Tran(I think). This Pharm tech has been charging me full price for the last 3 months. And when I inquired why did the price go up, he basically told me that is my co-pay and nothing further. Is this the type of deceptive practice CVS uses? I've spent over 600 dollars in a span of 3 months on medication going from a total of 22 dollars to over 300 dollars! He just kept on charging me full price, without saying your insurance is no longer working; but he was prompt to point that when CVS caremark no longer works. Is this how you treat your customer? I'm going to go on social media, tell my story on twitter, twitch, instagram and facebook; to let people know the good word about CVS pharmacy; I'm sure you guys can use the attention. In case anybody is wondering, my staffing agency is also shady and so is the insurance coverage they provide! read more

Only go here for my Rx because my instance forces me to use CVS. This particular pharmacy location has always been quite slow in my opinion, and not mention quite rude. I can recall only one time that this pharmacy had all of my scripts in stock. Most of the time I have to settle for something comparable. The staff that I've spoken seem a little cautious and less than knowledgable when asked questions (often looking for someone else to come help me if its something they don't know the answer to). Not sure if they have student working here or not. A little more attention to quality customer service would go a long way with the folks behind the Rx counter! read more

I had THE WORST pharmacy experience on Sunday, October 4, 2015 with Pharmacy Manager, Lieu Le (Store #2103). She is extremely disrespectful, doesn't seem to have any people skills (soft skills) and beyond rude. I have escalated my issues as of date and would not recommend this pharmacy to anyone. She is the Manager and should carry herself accordingly. Not sure if she's overworked or just not happy with her present job, however, it's obvious she's not concerned with providing good customer service nor retaining customers for CVS. read more

Bad customer service. Their online prices are different from their in store prices. Online store doesn't list the actual in store price. I asked the cashier to price match and he said no. I asked the manager on duty, he said no. He said it was a huge price difference ($5), acting like this would ruin the business. I walked out without the item and got it at a big retailer right after. For the price that CVS had advertised online. Been going there for years, and that will be my last time. read more

I had some health problems, so I started going to CVS quite often to get my prescriptions filled honestly it's the worst customer service I've ever had on multiple occasions I have been spoken to in an incredibly rude way sometimes I'm actually quite shocked at the service I get there..today was the last day I went and I'm never going back there. There's a man named Alan working there and he was extremely rude to me then when I came back there was a woman at the window and she went on to tell me that my insurance didn't cover one of my prescriptions but the last time I was there it did not to mention they mixed up my name and address thinking I was somebody else. Worst pharmacy ever. I believe the only reason they are still in business is because of Caremark insurance won't let you go anywhere else so people are forced to use it. The pharmacy is slow. One of their managers is very rude, and they are unhelpful when you have questions. read more
