Visited the CVS pharmacy just 10 minutes after opening and was the only customer there. Despite three employees standing nearby, none acknowledged me as I waited in line. When the pharmacist finally noticed me at the register with another staff member, she dismissively told me to check in on the pad, I explained I only needed allergy medicine she then walked away saying, 'Oh, well, you will just have to wait.' This was hands-down the worst pharmacy experience I've had--rude, unhelpful, and completely avoidable. Avoid if you value basic customer service. read more

I received a text asking if I wanted my Rx refilled. I replied yes. A few hours later I received a text saying it was ready. I went the next day at their lunchtime and of course couldn't get it. Went back two days later and I was told it wasn't ready. Told them about the text and they just said it was a glitch in the auto reply. No sooner did I get home then I got another text saying it was ready again. Now I have to go back a third time. If I were the manager I would have them stagger their lunches. Closing down even for 30 minutes is ridiculous. Some people have very tight schedules and don't have a lot of options. I am going to be changing that prescription to Walmart. There's a reason why this CVS has less than 3 stars on Google and it's probably because of the pharmacy. Daria in the pharmacy is unprofessional, unethical and needs a new job. She's very very rude and shouldn't be helping customers at all. Also, I think her name is Victoria, she has dark hair and wears lots of make-up and works in the pharmacy too. She needs to spend less time on her phone and more time helping customers which is why she works at CVS. The pharmacy "manager" Tammy is a joke and this is why all of them will be replaced by AI soon and at least the robots will provide better customer service. Minute clinic is completely corrupt. They change charts and charge for visits that never existed. Very sad.

I paid $10 to refill Allopurinol 200mg for 3 months and was charged $57 for the 4th refill on 09/29/25 as my insurance got out of its discount program. The staff simply refilled at the counter without notifying me for the price increase while others in line. read more

I really love CVS and love their coupons, but while I sit in this one for an hour waiting to pick up my prescription I notice that the carpet is al over my feet and on my ankles. Im really disappointed. The staff here used to be so helpful. Today I stopped by to drop off and pick up 3 prescriptions for my wife who just got out of the ER and was still in the car and in discomfort. They only had 2 of the 3. I asked if the other CVS (very out of my way) had it, and she was handing me back the prescriptions so I could drive over and find out. When I asked if she could call I clearly upset her so took the prescriptions and am heading to Walgreens. Ciao CVS. You are not the only pharmacy on 96 anymore. read more

Not friendly service. After waiting in line I had to insist that the pharm tech check to see if my insurance would cover part of my prescription. She kept arguing that it wouldn't - but she hadn't even checked. Finally after she checked - it turned out that my insurance indeed DID cover the cost. She threw the prescription in the bin and said I would have to leave and get in line again because she had to redo the prescription Because I Wasn't paying cash. read more

Located close to my house so its very convenient to run through the drive thru and pick up a prescription on my way home. If I need anything else I can usually find it inside as this store has a little of everything... snacks, medication, beauty products, and toiletries among other things. Prices are a little higher here than most places, but you're really paying for the convenience. read more

Customer service is crap. Officially been going to this location for over 5 years and it used to be good but I agree with everyone else that it's gone downhill. They don't honor their sale signs and they obviously have no understanding of customer service. That's a shame. It's 8:10 and the parking lot is SO dark, no lights on, very unsafe. Came again several days later, same situation, please fix the parking lot lights, your location looks closed and it's very hard to see curbs, landscaping and just feel basic safety at night. The milk area and milk is so dirty and even the containers being purchased are dirty. I understand it's not a grocery store so you may not sell a lot of dairy items but that doesn't mean the racks and shelves can't be clean along with the products being sold if your going to carry them. read more

For the past year and half, this pharmacy has experienced multiple staff changes. Such information doesn't always mean bad or good, but for this store (5519), it has been very bad. The lines are long, prescriptions are incorrectly filled, and there is little to no customer assistance. When grievances arise, the staff put on a hostile attitude, with or without an audience. I have experienced this as well as witnessed such occasions. For myself, there have been many times, twelve to be exact, when I immediately parked after picking up from the drive through due to irregularities in my prescription packaging (not labeled and/or out of the foil blisters). Each time I was treated like the one at fault. For refills, there is a heavy reliance on the automated system and, as you can imagine, causes irregularities; there is a sizable disconnect with communication. My examples are many and I wish to be brief with this review. No, I do not and will not recommend this pharmacy from now on. I believe the faithful customers have given this store plenty of chances and the staff hasn't shown effort in making changes for the better. I'm surprised there hasn't been an audit. I would love to provide a solution and recommendation, but am in the process of finding a new pharmacy myself. I sincerely hope this helps and validates others experiencing similar issues. read more

This CVS was outstanding when it first opened, but the customer service has declined into the "intolerable" range. My husband and I went through the drive-through today to get a pain prescription filled. This past year I have been battling a brain tumor - 2 brain surgeries, radiation, etc. I had a setback today, visited my Neurologist who prescribed a pain medicine and anti-seizure medicine. We handed the pharmacist the prescription - she said, "We can't fill this." My husband asked why. She said, "This prescription has two different handwritings and doesn't have a dosage." I said, "Would you please call my doctor and get the info you need - I am in pain." She says, "No - you need to go back to your doctor and have him write another prescription." We said, "OK" and left. We drove down to the new Walgreens with the same prescription. The pharmacist there looked at the script and said, I need to call your doctor - can you go home and rest? I will call you as soon as I get in touch with him. One hour later the pharmacist called and said she had the script ready. Needless to say, I am transferring my prescriptions to the new Walgreens. If you are really sick or in pain, DO NOT go to this store! read more

very rude an un helpfull couple of employees. they dont greet you when your on the same isle as them. they dont offer help. when called for help from checkout, some of them take their sweet time getting up to the cashier. they talk down to the cashier like she is a child. very dirty store. horrible unsanitary drink cooler . isle's not clear to walk down. cashier Theresa always friendly helpful an welcoming but notice she's always working alone everytime i have been in that store. They call you to tell you your prescriptions are ready, then you show up on the day you need them thinking you'll get them, and they're not there...poof nowhere to be found and their only consultation is that they'll call around and try to find them. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL! If you're smart, you will chose another of the 50 other pharmacies in the area that do what's expected of them...fill your prescriptions! Update: they found my meds on nada rd 1 so I had a short drive to get them. Consequently I will increase my rating from one to three stars because Ashley was so sweet and helpful read more
