Current situation is My practitioner recently changed over to Carie Boyd Pharmaceuticals. So, when I needed my BHRT replaced In December I authorized them a 1 x time charge, for 1 x times the BHRT Pellet fee, and that was it nothing else. Thinking that was the end of it until next time, boy was I wrong! (Keep in mind these only get implanted every 6 months or so.) However exactly 1 month later January 23 I get another charge for 3 x times the amount and this is supposed to be for an oral cheek dissolvable estrogen compound tablet that came out of nowhere, only arrives in the mail without warning of any kind with an invoice billing me again 3 times the amount of implantable that I received a month ago. My practitioner contacted this company, and then I also tried to contact this company and oddly the manager of the company would not even get on the phone with me. They sent a message to the accounting department back to her stating that "the accounts receivable lady can tell me they've already spoken to my provider and that was it nothing further they could do, and that my they couldn't accept the package back not because the content's had been opened or disturbed but because the PLASTIC FEDX package had been opened... He will always find you a better co-pay or cash pay on your script, and if he can't, he will be honest and tell you and suggest where you might find what you need. Also, if you're upset, tell Bilal so that he knows where the problem is. They are very busy and when they get new staff, everyone has to understand that there is always a learning curve. Be patient, bug them on Monday even if you know you're not getting your script until Friday. Then call and ask again on Tuesday! They can only order meds Mon-Thur. NOT FRIDAY...which will make you pissed because you won't be able to get it then until the following Monday. Yes, they're open on Saturday, but that goes for ALL pharmacies!!! I've noticed a surge overall from the public in buying medications, just remember that Pfizer headquarters recently got ran through from a tornado. If you have to wait, it's because they are doing the best that they can to compensate for that. All pharmacies will be affected. I like to say, don't hate the player, hate the game...and over the last couple years, all of Big Pharma have given us a rotten deal. The Covid shot is being proven ineffective and now, everyone has more health problems than they did. Remember, this is an independent pharmacy...which means, ONE location. Get on your phone, give them a call, ASK if they have what you need. My final and most important piece of advice is to ASK FOR A PAPER PRESCRIPTION. I have lost a few prescriptions due to failure to follow through on my own doctors end, (who is also about to get a review from me today) IF you do YOUR part, stay on top of things and if he doesn't have it, you won't have to worry about it because you have a paper script, and can ask if they have something. Although this may be legally sufficient to cover their a**s, it lacks integrity, transparency and honesty. When I was talking to the staff person during my merchandise selection and said I wasn't sure the merchandise was what I needed, I may need to check, that would have been an opportune time for the sales person to say, "Well, all sales are final so you may want to make sure first". Or at least have a clearly visible sign at the register stating all sales are final. No, it's in small print at the bottom of your receipt with no notification until you try to bring it in for a return. Not returning here, in any meaning of the word. Shysters.

We have used CVS in Bedford and Walgreens in Colleyville, and Walgreens is definitely the lesser of the two evils (shout out to my man, Alex.... We will miss you!!). We changed insurance policies in 2024, and were panicked to see that Walgreens was no longer in network for prescription meds. When I went online to see who was in network, I was nervous and skeptical to see deliverit on the list. It is a literal one minute drive from my house, And I am more than delighted to say that our experience with them has been nothing short of delightful. Does it feel wrong to say that going to the pharmacy is a delightful experience? Yeah, it really does. The prescription I have been taking for the past 9 years can carry some unwanted stigma. I have always been tretaed very poorly by the big box pharmacies, Walgreens, CVS, etc. I also travel for work and if I need to fill early they make you jump through hoops, if they even consider it at all. Since using Scripx, my experience has changed drmatically. The pharmacist Simer and Ryan are so kind, helpful, and respectful. I reccomend them to anyone considering using mail order.

But convenience is more what I need right now.
