Everything bagel
Stephen B.

Thank you for the bagel. Shoot for the moon for at least you will be among the stars. The "everything bagel" sounds great.

Definitely lived up to its accolades!!! Best Bagels for a reason!!! A warm welcoming atmosphere that's cozy yet open, super friendly staff/service and great tasting coffee n bagels!! Shoutout to Bianca and Kat!!! I told them it was a first experience for me and they gave me everything I needed to know! I went with the Millennial Falcon (Guys Pick) w the Basil Spread - which is the Schmear of the Year!! OMG! SooOoooo gooood!!!! Light but juicy and fresh, the pickled onions were a great add on as well! HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS!!! It was also a nice surprise to see they use Onyx Coffee Beans...A+++ All in all a great choice for a Bagel Fix, flavorful coffee and awesome service- oh that green truck in the middle was an epic treat!!

For the love of bagels, who isn't stopping here!? It's a lowkey and casual vibe with friendly staff. I ordered the Everything Bagel, which was delightfully loaded with, well, everything! I had the Millennial Falcon with the basil schmear, and it everything I had hoped for. I haven't had that many sprouts since before Jimmy John's quit serving them for a while. My friend ended up buying half a dozen bagels to take home. I don't go out for breakfast much, but this is absolutely added to my list for future visits.

Best bagels I've ever had, even counting my last 5 trips to NYC. Crazy good. Try going early on a weekday to avoid the lines.

Tucked away in a shopping strip. Fresh bagels with fresh tasty shmear selections like Jalepeno. I got the guy f special sandwich. Yum. Take a look at the pics and see for yourself.

Excellent bagels! Came here due to outstanding reviews we saw online. We came around 8 am, and there was already a long line. By the time I ordered my bagel only cinnamon raisin was left. However, that ended up being a great option. We tried the millennium falcon with basil spread. The bagel was delicious. Highly recommend coming here if near the area. Can't wait to come back.

We discovered Starship Bagel on Triple D's and can't recommend it enough! We got an everything bagel with basil schmear and the millennial falcon on a garlic bagel with scallion schmear. Bagels were cooked to perfection and the schmears were light and flavorful. Definitely worth the stop!

Cute little shop that's a little bit hidden. My buddy and I came here on a whim and I'm glad. It's a hidden gem for sure. One of the most delicious cute little bagel shops in Downtown area. Super great crunchy with just the right chewy/soft texture. They taste fresh and the schmear options and flavors are beautiful. I'm a big fan of their options for bagels as well. The service was great, quick, but still patient and they really heard what we needed. My buddy got my friends and I a dozen. Super delicious flavors. I loved the basil schmear and the honey almond.

When I found out this location was down the street I decided to see what the "Best Bagel of 2025" tasted like. After all, a bagel is a bagel right? WRONG! I think what made the bagel better for me is the schmear! I had the fermented jalapeño kind and they generously apply it. (Don't let the word fermented scare you, there was no weird taste and if anything the jalapeño heat was not present). For me a bagel is often just a method of eating cream cheese without eating it out of the tub. Much like a tortilla chip is a salsa holder. But anyway I also tried a bagel and lox for the first time. Visually it never appealed to me. It looked messy and odd. But I figured I'm 50 years old now, weird stuff is better to me now! While it DID taste good, it wasn't great to me. I'm sure that's more of a preference than a reflection of their quality so don't take my word on that one! But I also considered that it made my bagel and cream cheese indulgence less guilt ridden since salmon is such a "superfood". Also the addition of tomato, red onion, and capers felt equally "healthy". At a cost of $16 though I would not order it again. As for the service, the online ordering process was easy, pickup was easy, but when I got home I discovered they did not put the lox on my bagel. Luckily I'm 5 min away but who wants to bag stuff up and drive back to a restaurant on a Sunday morning no matter how close by?? They quickly remade my bagel & lox and gave me 2 coupons for a free bagel & schmear so for that they get their points back lol. Many restaurants don't bother to "make it right" when they make a mistake that inconveniences a customer so for them to do that says a lot. I will recommend it to people as it is way better than Einstein or a store bought bagel! Oh yeah by 9:30 they were already out of some of the specialty flavors so if you want one of those, order early in the morning or even the day before with their pre-order option!

Love a good tomato bagel on a everything bagel. It's refreshing and the cream cheese so good!

Millennial Falcon

Just a very quick review. The exterior crust on the everything bagel is exceptional. Their schmears, namely the fermented jalapeño and scallion are perhaps the best schmears I've ever had. I ordered the millennial falcon and the flavors were definitely there. The thing is, I asked for it toasted, and maybe it was or maybe it wasn't, the point is I couldn't tell if it was. The bagel, for me, was so dense, thick, and chewy, I could feel the calorie burn in my jaw lol. I know some people like em that way, but I like mine more on the thinner and crisper side. Either way, still a solid bagel.

The service, bagels, and ambiance was good. Overall good experience. I recommend this place.

I am a bagel girly through and through and this may be one of my top 5 places I've ever gone for bagels!! I saw that this was on an episode of triple D and so i definitely had to check this place out! Then menu isn't huge but there's plenty to choose from for sure, we ended up getting the falcon millennial and it was so good! I would highly recommend it!

The young lady behind the counter was really nice. This place was empty as hell...I think bc maybe the location? But it shouldn't be empty! Really solid joe. Plenty of parking. Good service... Now the one thing I didn't like is that they had a defected cup with a messed up lip...which made the top impossible to close. They should have thrown the cup out and not used it. I was driving home and about to drink my hot drink when I noticed a gap in the top. That would have SUCKED if I hadn't caught it. I used to be a barista ... Just throw the cup out ;) Not the comfiest vibe...plenty of seating...but it's a bit sparse, so while you could come in a write or work...it's not like...the vibiest place. But if you want solid joe....come here.

I've been wanting to visit a Paris Baguette since first seeing one on the map in Carrollton, but…read morenever was able to go due to time constraints or distance from my office. Today, my wife and I had the pleasure of visiting the one adjacent to the Zion Market. We were delighted to find this spot open - we'd been walking the mall since she hadn't been there in years and we'd skipped breakfast so we bought a couple pastries and coffee and tea and it was all very good. I can't wait to be back. Service was good and quick - so many choices and we were pressed for time, but the cakes looked amazing and we enjoyed everything bought. We feel really fortunate to have places like this near enough to Denton that we can take family to visit when they come out and treat ourselves every so often.

Paris Baguette - Lewisville…read more Totally unexpected location. Pastries galore! "Strawberry Croissant," had fresh fruit with fluffy texture and sweet creamy filling. This might be, truly, the best croissant come across my tastebuds! If you're familiar with Lewisville, TX, you know for number of years some parts of it were run down and not taken care of. Vista Ridge Mall, was one of those neighborhoods that was neglected for years and sadly looks like a ghost town inside and out. I recently walked through this mall with family and it was sad to see what once was a very prominent shopping and dining place, became almost abandoned. So I thought. When you drive around the mall, you'll see a nice corner lot of the building, full parking lot that has a small town of its own. Full of Korean shopping and dining. You'll find a large, "Zion Food Market," and next to it... "Paris Baguette." As soon as you walk through the large glass doors, you're immediately be transported into French atmosphere. The fresh baked goods aromas are crowding into your nostrils. To your right is pastry galore options. "Prosciutto Fig & Goat Cheese Pizzetta," "Hash Brown Bread," "Pastry Franks," "Mini Grain Cream Cheese Pastry," "Mini Croissants," "Strawberry Croissants," "NY Cheese Tart," "Tiramisu Tart," "Sweet Rice Doughnuts," "Sausage Stick Bread," "Snow Bunny Cake," "Chocolate Strawberry Cake," "Red Velvet Cake," and surprisingly... so much more. The amount of fresh, handmade, pastries this particular location has can be overwhelming. You can walk around and try to find the perfect pastry for yourself and you'll find yourself lost in your inner desires. After walking around, on an empty stomach, trying to select the best pastry, I ended up settling on, "Prosciutto Fig & Goat Cheese Pizzetta," "Pastry Frank," and "Strawberry Croissant." When you place your order, you have such kind and friendly staff. They were extremely helpful in helping me with my large selection. "Strawberry Croissant," had fresh fruit with fluffy texture and sweet creamy filling. This might be, truly best croissant I've ever tasted. "Pastry Frank," was soft to the touch and the meat inside was evenly cooked that with every bite, it was a perfect dance combination for your tongue. Their New, "Prosciutto Fig & Goat Cheese Pizzetta," was very delicious. The large peace's of goat cheese, mix with other meats and seasonings made a perfect choice for a snack or a meal. In fact, costing under $6, I was full after eating it by itself. I had to take the rest of the pastries To-Go. Definitely recommend this location for pastries galore and friendly staff.

I've tried both the matcha and coffee drinks, and both are amazing depending on whether I need a bigger caffeine kick that day. So far I've ordered the pandan coffee, milk phin coffee, ube matcha latte, and blue coconut coffee. All were delicious! I love trying something new every time because I know it'll hit. One FYI: if you ask for less ice, they don't add extra liquid to make up for it, so don't be shocked if your drink looks a little empty. The drinks also run a bit on the sweeter side. The workers are all so nice and welcoming with any questions I have, and they always get drinks out quickly even when it's busy. Just a heads up: seating can be hard to find on weekends, and parking can be tricky too.

Trung Nguyen - Old Denton Rd (Carrollton)…read more This might be the best coffee I've ever tasted in DFW area I've visited this location three different times. After tasting for the very first time their, Black Phin Coffee (Ca Phe Den), I was truly craving more. BLACK PHIN: It's kind of difficult to describe what kind of flavor it is and what makes this particular Vietnamese coffee blend so unique. I usually prefer hot coffee. When you first get it, it offers a sweet aroma, like notes of condensed milk. But, it's not sweet flavored. Unless you prefer cream and sugar in your coffee. With every sip it becomes more and more uniquely flavorful. It offers a bold flavor for your taste buds. I typically can drink up to two 12oz cups, but even then I don't finish the entire cup. This one, I can finish the entire cup and crave more. ATMOSPHERE: The space is cozy and small. It stays busy throughout the day. It offers limited seating with a unique layout. You will find a few tables with chairs to the left of the entrance. Three open cubbyholes with tables and chairs, on the right side. The middle cubbyhole has a beautiful wooden world map. They have a small waiting area in the corner. This corner offers large wooden shelves full of unique merchandise for all your coffee needs. The shelves look like they've been thoughtfully designed and look elegant without overcrowding the space. SERVICE: All three times I've visited the service has been welcoming, efficient and the order made right. Even if your order is not to your satisfaction, they'll gladly remake it for you. The staff were friendly and helpful if you're new to Vietnamese coffee culture. PARKING: Extremely difficult to get a parking spot here. Be sure to plan your visit accordingly. You can drop your car buddy off and circle around a few times. OVERALL: All three times I visited, my hot Black Phin had exact same consistency as the first sip. Next time I visit DFW area, this is a must stop for me. I highly recommend you give them a try. They offer great menu variety of drinks and food options. They do offer complimentary Wi-Fi, if you need to stay inside, get work done or just catch up with your friends and family.
