First thing I noticed coming into this place is how spacious it was. The fact that it was pouring rain outside, it was so humid so the air quality inside was nice to settle in. The staff were really friendly but it did take a bit for someone to come and grab our drinks. I got the beef combination & spring rolls. The broth tasted super clean and they gave a fair amount of meats, not too much fat on it too- which I love. I appreciated the fact that they weren't stingy with the cilantro or green onions on top of the pho. As for the spring rolls, there was way too much lettuce inside. The shrimp was not bad but if they stuff maybe two more pieces in there combined it with a little bit of rice noodle it wouldn't of tasted so dry and flavorless. I've eaten from here 3 times. The 1st time was when I ordered from Uber Eats due to being ill. The food was amazing and their broth for the pho is what sets this place apart from many other Vietnamese restaurants. It's clear, not greasy, and full of so much flavor. The 2nd time I order, it was to-go, and yet it had the same great flavor and the customer service was top notch. I'm not exaggerating when I say that. They treat you like you're a person and like family. My 3rd visit was 5/16/2026, which I dined in. Thankfully I got there 15 minutes before they stopped accepting dine-in. The wait was fairly quick. I ordered spring rolls and a bowl of short rib & brisket pho. Honestly, I should have known to only order a bowl of pho because they don't hold back on the noodles, meat, or veggies (basil, cilantro, jalapeños, bean sprouts, onions, and lime). However, because I was almost to the point of being hangry, I ordered more than what my stomach could hold lol. Needless to say, I only ate half of the bowl and took the rest home 10 minutes before closing. I love how at home the restaurant feels. It's not overly decorated, but perfect. Also, there's a sign on the outside of the door that lets patrons know the last time they accept dine-in. They are serious about that time. The people that walked in 2 minutes after that time were reminded about the time and immediately offered to place an order to-go. I love good pho and I always come here to get my fix! I've tried so many spots between Prosper, Frisco, Plano, and etc. This one is my top choice. Service is always so warm and friendly. They know me and always make sure I'm taken care of as soon as I walk through the door. They offer dishes other than pho, which I haven't tried but they always look and smell really good. On a rainy night in North Dallas pho was the answer to our hunger except this one didn't quite hit the spot. I will say it came with all of the right add ins to make it serviceable. Portions were the usual but the most important part the broth was just lacking. Maybe I just want more depth of flavor and those signature warm spices but they were so faint. Might look like a small shop from the outside but once you step in the door the space really opens up. We were seated right away on a weekday during lunch time. Super friendly service. I wasn't super hungry and got the bulgogi Banh mi. The bread was fresh and light, meat was deliciously marinated and the greens atop also fresh. I've never seen ox tail fried rice before and I love ox tail so I had to try it. It's incredible. I usually hate green onions, but even though there was a lot on the dish, I didn't mind it at all. Get it. It's so damn good. The short rib pho is a sight to be seen! You get a massive bone with the short rib. It could've been a bit more tender, but still good. The broth was VERY good. It's probably a smaller portion of noodles than normal, but it was still very filling. This is the best Vietnamese restaurant I've ever been to in the Dallas area. I was hungry after the movie and was looking forward to a nice meal. I ordered the pho dac biet and M the oxtail fried rice. The food came out quickly and I started to enjoy my pho. I tried M's fried rice and instantly was envious. My pho was yummy, but that fried rice was so perfectly seasoned and having the oxtail meat already separated for you? That is labor of love. I really enjoy a combination pho, and the tripe and meatballs were my favorite. I would have liked some raw beef slices, but maybe they got cooked while the pho was making its way to the table. M and I decided that we'd eat through the menu. I think we'll be back pretty often. read more

They posted on the wall how they increased prices by 10% for inflation. But the portion wasn't that big and the veggies they gave us to put in the Pho wasn't much. Our family loves Pho. When my wife was pregnant we would go for Pho 2-3 times a week. This was before Hang opened her restaurant here in The Colony. So we've tried just about every pho place in a 14 mile radius multiple times. There are some great ones out there for sure, but our family's absolute favorite is Pho Beef Noodle & Grill. Yes it helps that the restaurant is less than 10 minutes from us, but even if it was 30 minutes or more this would still be our family Pho spot. The spare rib pho is my favorite, the shaken beef is always flavorful and tender as well, and the ox tail rice was something I'd never tried before but really enjoyed when I did. They told me to have a seat anywhere I wanted (the tables are numbered). The server kick my order. The food came out really really quickly. I ordered the beef filet mignon pho and an order of eggrolls. The egg rolls come in an order of two. They are stuffed with pork and veggies and come out steaming hot. The pho as usual comes out in a huge bowl. The flavor of this pho was the best I've ever had. It was bright and fresh. The steak was super tender and noodles were plentiful. This bowl was about $10. Got in for late lunch, again. We ordered Phó Brisket noodle soup, spring rolls and crispy pork dumplings. The beef brisket were thinly sliced, soft and moist and the rice noodles are soft and tender. The beef broth which was boiled for more than 7 hrs made both the meat and noodles deliciously amazing! The spring rolls are tightly wrapped in a very thin rice wrappers. The shrimps were well steamed and blended well with the wrapped rice noodles and lettuce. Taste great. Clean neutral gender bathroom. Serving staff are friendly and courteous.
