Lavender Matcha w Oat Milk and Whipped Cream & Cheese Danish (warmed)

I've been ordering from Perc's for a couple of years now, but I've never thought about writing a review. Everything about this coffeehouse is amazing. They have great customer service, and it's usually quiet in there so you can study, read, or work in peace. The drinks are always delicious. In my opinion, the cheese danish (warm) is one of the best food items on the menu! Oh! When you go check out the outside seating on the first and second floor :)

Oh My Gosh!! What a Cute Coffee Spot!!! Right in the middle of downtown Lewisville- Main Street- this gem is sure filled with tons of character!! With ample seating throughout, outdoors, and upstairs!! Right off the bat- the service was TOP notch!!! Friendly smiles and warm welcome it was immediately obvious they wanted you there! They offer a variety of coffee flavors and of course the classics- you can even buy the roasts by bag! My fav was the Berry Special Latte! (With almond milk) They also have a variety of pastries/ little bites as well! I truly enjoyed the atmosphere, the coffee, and overall experience- I can totally see myself coming back here again!

Such a charming spot with retro diner decor throughout! There's plenty of seating options, ranging from cozy spots to work on your laptop to comfortable areas for hanging out with friends. I ordered the Xmas Latte and asked for less sugar, which they happily accommodated. While it was still a bit sweet for my taste, I could tell the coffee itself was robust and full of flavor which is definitely a highlight! The staff was friendly, and the ample seating made for a welcoming atmosphere. I'm looking forward to coming back soon to try another latte.

Very cute lol as in the downtown area! Main Street is worth a visit. The staff was extremely friendly, even as it approached closing time. I will say the espresso was a bit bitter for me but it did the job!

I have been coming to this place everyday since getting into town and I absolutely love how friendly the staff is. I feel like we could all be friends. They also know how to make an amazing cappuccino, cortado and latte

More great experiences to rave about this place! Their staff is so polite, knowledgeable, and kind. Love how they change their menu seasonally. Their fall and winter menus had some unique flavors and I can't wait to come back before their spring release to try a few more things.

This is a nice little coffeehouse. Lots of cool old school decorations, and a number of seating options for most party sizes. Their drink menu clearly shows what to expect from each espresso based drink type, and to my delight, they offer the standard medium roast espresso, and a light medium single origin (probably a rotator, it was from Costa Rica today) for those who enjoy a straight shot or cortado. I ordered both in separate orders. The espresso was served in appropriate glassware, but without a chaser. Still, it had a nice crema and was well balanced, showing good body yet a pleasant acidity with lots of fruit and floral overtones. Cortado was offered with a sparkling water chaser, and was creamy and delicious, really letting the flavors shine. My wife enjoyed her chai tea latte, but it was a bit on the sweet side for me. We really enjoyed our visit, and there's something here for the casual drinker as well as the coffee aficionado as well,

Perc Coffeehouse has a nice industrial, rustic vibe with exposed brick, old beams, and fun neon signs. It's casual, not pretentious, and the drinks are good and reasonably priced. A solid local spot to grab a coffee, do a bit of work, or meet up with friends. They also serve food and have WiFi, which makes it easy to stay awhile.

This place fire. Get the horchata latte. The matcha is so good too. I got blooming orchard and it's so tasty if you're a matcha lover.

This place was really cool on the inside with lots of antique and retro decorations. Would be a great place to study or work with lots of room and tables with a peaceful quiet vibe. The service was super quick and I liked my iced vanilla latte. They have a lot of good basic coffee and match options here with a decent selection for breakfast.

Stumbled upon this tiny little joint on my way home from dropping a friend off at the airport…read more Got on 12oz vanilla cappuccino and one 12oz latte. Both were really solid. The young lady behind the counter was really nice. This place was empty as hell...I think bc maybe the location? But it shouldn't be empty! Really solid joe. Plenty of parking. Good service... Now the one thing I didn't like is that they had a defected cup with a messed up lip...which made the top impossible to close. They should have thrown the cup out and not used it. I was driving home and about to drink my hot drink when I noticed a gap in the top. That would have SUCKED if I hadn't caught it. I used to be a barista ... Just throw the cup out ;) Not the comfiest vibe...plenty of seating...but it's a bit sparse, so while you could come in a write or work...it's not like...the vibiest place. But if you want solid joe....come here.

Surprisingly not many coffee shops open before 9am in the area but was glad this place was open…read morebright and early. Decor is modern and great place to hang if you plan on sticking around but they're pretty efficient on the grab and go. I love Vietnamese coffee and what they have here is excellent and best of all not too sweet. Generally I find most shops take to be made with cafe du monde and a lot of condensed milk but this here has definitely better beans and a better balance between acidity, sweetness and other flavors. It's also straight up rocket fuel - be warned, it's a very strong and potent brew but will get you going in the morning. I also tried a black sesame latte because it sounded interesting. The cream on top is nutty and rich with the sesame notes and the coffee is good too, though a bit hard to stir together, nor is it as potent as the drip but well crafted nevertheless. When I come again I think I would just pick the classic. All in all, great new coffee shop!

Rating: 7.5/10 Date Last Visited: 7/3/2026…read more We ordered the Egg Cream Phin Coffee ($8 large) and Coconut Matcha Cloud ($6.75 medium). The egg cream coffee was great, the egg cream complemented the strong taste of Viet coffee. The coconut matcha cloud was a little underwhelming. The matcha flavor was pretty weak, so the drink tasted mostly like coconut water. For the prices, $8 is a bit expensive for a cup of coffee, but I think it's still worth every once in a while. I would try the other speciality phin coffees next time and skip the coconut matcha cloud. Overall, I would recommend if you want some Viet coffee and are in the area.
