Worst cvs around. Rude and need to learn a few things about customer service. I watch them shut their drive thru on people who are waiting in line long before their "close". In fact I was at the window when one worker said someone is behind her should I take her. And they said no close up. Now she had been waiting there for 25 minutes in that line behind me who was also waiting. Who is to say she didn't need that medicine. She pulled up and they rolled their shade down on her. She was yelling for them and all and nothing. Then there was a time I was in there at open. Looking everywhere for a worker as the self checkout wasn't working. I too had to get to work. But no one is around. Finally she comes out and she is talking on her cell phone. I ask for assistance and she gives me an attitude. I said I could have robbed the store and you wouldn't have even have known because no one is out here. She was like I can see you on the camera. I said well then clearly you aren't watching it because you would have seen me looking for someone to help me or heard me calling for someone... it wasn't a secret I was having an issue with the machine. If I could give negative stars to this particular pharmacy location, I would do so. Just about all the people that work there are rude and cut you off. There are one or two decent people. They appear overworked and the attitude from poor work conditions is thrown right in the client's face. They are constantly having issues with their software booting Rxs out of the system, especially if it thinks the medication is too expensive. Once they had an issue with their software and accused my daughter of filling the Rx elsewhere and trying to double fill the Rx. Get more help in the pharmacy and maybe your people won't have such poor attitudes. As for me, I have finally had it and will be taking my business elsewhere, so I can be treated like a human being. read more

Thank You to Briana at CVS on Kugler Road, Limerick My dad's family doctor ordered my dad a new diabetic glucose meter, 90 day supply of test strips for it and lancets. When I checked the prices for the on the CVS app, it was going to cost us over $200 just for the test strips. I called the store to makes sure that this was run through the insurance. The pharmacist told me that yes, this was through the insurance and is normal. Fast forward to today, we use the drive thru and are blessed with Briana who looked at the price and was shocked how expensive it was. She took the extra step and asked if my dad has both Part A and B with Medicare (which he does) and she asked us to give her a minute. She came back and had us sign some papers but we got the test strips for $9.98. Had it not being for her going the extra mile we would've paid over $200 for those same test strips. Not much to say--this is pretty much the same as any other CVS store out there. The store was clean, shelves were well stocked and orderly. Service was OK, but nothing to brag about. On this trip, I was just picking up a card and was happy to see they sold Hallmark cards here. Beyond that, unfortunately can't say much else about the store. read more

CVS Pharmacy - Storefront - Drugstores Near Me - Limerick, Pennsylvania

All this while, I'd been laboring under the misconception that CVS was a drugstore. Not any more! I was hiking one Saturday and got stung by a yellow jacket. Since this CVS was nearby, I decided to stop here to see if they had bee sting lotion or ointment. While the store staff was helpful, all they could tell me was CVS used to carry something similar to Sting-Eze but they don't any more. Could they at least carry it as a seasonal item, especially in the summer when stinging insects are out and about? Nooooo.... CVS had to get rid of useful items such as that so they could vastly expand their selection of useless homeopathic crap and endless concoctions of dubious and unproven merit from the nutritional supplement industry. CVS is now more like a store of candy, cosmetics, and quackery than a proper drugstore. The sad thing about this retail sector is I do not know if Rite Aid and Walgreens are any better. read more

I'm currently on hold, and have been on hold for 25 minutes. I called to ask a simple question about reload prices and was transferred to the store manager Kurt. When i asked my question he sighed and said "let me check" with way too much attitude. I now have been sitting on hold for 25 minutes and I assume Kurt put me on hold in hopes I would just hang up. My doctor prescribed me the Accu chek Guide Monitor system to check my blood sugar. I picked up at CVS pharmacy immediately at home I found out that the Pen that was included was faulty/broken, so i went back to the pharmacy to ask them whether they can exchange the pen for me. A blond pharmacist came and looked me up and down before asking me what I wanted, after i told her about the pen and she told me to call accu check service number, she said she was too busy to help me now... i payed $25 for this prescription and get faulty stuff and this woman treat me like this? read more

This review is for the Pharmacy only. We moved to the area and this location is legitimately 5 min from our home so it was a no-brainer to use it for all of our prescrtiptions. After probably 9-10 occasions of using their pharmacy, I have never had a single time where my prescription was filled correctly and/or on time. On several occasions, I have been told my prescription was ready for pick up, only to go there and have them tell me not only was it not filled, but they did not have that particular medication in stock. When I asked what should/could be done (it is a daily medication I have to take to treat a chronic condition) they just sort of threw their hands up and offered to give me enough for three days. When I asked (1) why didn't someone call to tell me that they could not fill it and (2) could it be transferred to another CVS in the area that may have that med on hand, the tech (who I think was also the pharmacy manager) just seemed to get really annoyed with me, and only said they thought they would get it in later that week. After this last refill, I will be transferring my prescriptions to another pharmacy -- unless you absolutely have to use this location, would reccomend finding a different CVS or other pharmacy alltogether. read more

My husbands recent visit to the CVS store was great, so he thought. When he got to the register to pay, the cashier told him his EXTRA BUCKS had expired. He had no idea. After she rang him out she gave him a phone # to call and have the extra bucks reissued to our account. Here's where it gets bad. When I called, my husband was traveling, I spoke to Britney. She took all my information and I explained what happened and my reason for calling. She said that they took the policy away 3 weeks ago and they do not reissue extra bucks any more. I told her I understand and will remember for the future but do not feel that I, the CUSTOMER, should be penalized for a mistake a sales person made at the CVS store my husband went to. I explained that I wanted to speak to a manager. She went and got a floor supervisor, At least that's what she called herself. So Anna, the floor supervisor, get's on the phone with me and says the exact same thing....No reissue even if it was the stores mistake for telling me. They didn't care that we had no idea of this new policy and that he was miss informed. She said quite emphatically, " No Reissue of the extra bucks "! So I said I am disappointed in the lack of customer service with me, a CVS shopper for as far back as I can remember. And that we, my family, will never step foot in ANY CVS store again. It's a shame, I would always drive past other Pharmacy stores because of my loyalty to CVS. No more! They lost a loyal customer! read more
