Super busy close to turkey day, wanted to get a few last items, especially Poinsettias. Parking lot packed. Helpful folks all around, including lots of staff directing shopper to checkout lanes.

Great location, yet can get extremely busy. Great choices of food, but some are not. Bought alot of fruits and bread. Most of the breads became hard and not edible by 2nd day. Egg prices $ 8.00. Buy wisely.

They have a decent selection of wines and spirits at a low price. Great selection of produce and fruit too!

Overall I really like this Costco location. Easy to get in and out of compared to other busier locations. Love their seasonal items and staples such as chicken, eggs, fruit and produce. Return counter/membership area workers would not return an item which I had a recent receipt for. Had to go back a second time and return it as it was definitely within their return policy!

This new Costco location in Loomis is not as crowded, as the other one in Roseville. Shopping was easier and felt more relaxing than other locations. Parking was good as they have a large lot. One thing I noticed at this location is that they do not have Hawaiian poke. Not a big deal. Though, a few new items.

Love it here, There's not as much traffic as the other location and the staff are always nice here. I ran here as fast as I could on Sunday when I found out they had the du bai chocolates. I grabbed 3 bags and immediately tried them after I paid only to find out they didn't taste as expected. So I ended up returning the two unopened bags. The cashier was super nice and agreed that they didn't taste that good.

The newest Costco in our part of town. Habitating on the edge of Rocklin, this Loomis location was worth visiting just to quell my curious Costco addiction. It reminded me of the Citrus Heights set-up minus the garden/plant section. Just very thankful that this warehouse finally opened as it decongested Roseville's store. Halloween themed merch was out this time in June. Can't wait for the Christmas decor to be sold in a few months then.

** update ** So I discovered that I could've shopped without a membership as long as I would've paid a 5% surcharge, I wish I would've known this. I would've happily paid five dollars to not spend a 120 and then stand in line for a refund and waste the time. Poor management is all I can think of really bad decision-making at the top of the store. Customer service has definitely declined. I've been a member and it can be verified for well over 10 years of my life. I explained that there was two memberships in the household and asked for a day pass to shop as I was already at the checkout. I was told I have to buy the membership that I had $120 then get refunded to downgrade the membership to the $60 member membership. It's a petty policy so to match the management pettiness I left my food at the counter and decided to buy a better dinner for the evening for the family I'll continue to shop here but every single time I'm gonna ask how come we're not getting boxes anymore, how come the efforts from the employees are so low ..... Costco used to be a place where people could come and get treated fairly and reasonably, things are getting down to the contract letter in this place. Sam's Club this is your opportunity lol Lastly, to the employees that work here, I would encourage you to hold your management accountable when they are putting policies in place that really just are ridiculous and unreasonable.

They are way cheaper than at the vets office. I just have my vet call it in and the pharmacy gets it ready. Once I get a text from them? I go in and Pick it up.

Are all Costco's created equally?!…read more I have no idea, but I am constantly exploring new ones when I find them, and this Costco location in Loomis, California is my latest discovery. They've been open for almost a year, and it's taken me literally this long to check it out. This one just feels different and quite frankly I don't know that I can put my finger on it. Maybe it's the way the entrance and exit doors are situated, maybe it's the displays, maybe it's that still fresh feeling... I don't know but I can tell you I like it! This warehouse is incredibly well stocked, and I was able to find items here that I literally cannot and have not ever found or seen in the other warehouses that I shop at. The meat department is glorious! So many different cuts of meat, fish, poultry, I even found ground chicken packaged by Mary's. Mary's is more local to California and has a great reputation for quality poultry. The produce section was a little low, but it's also that time of year when California just doesn't have a lot of produce. Spring is just around the corner... As I perused up and down different aisles, putting more in my grocery cart than I had originally bargained for, it was almost like a treasure hunt, and I've loved every moment of it! If you live in the Sacramento area, where you happen to be driving through or near Roseville, which is just adjacent, shopping here is a great experience. Parking was easy! Yes, you read that correctly. Parking was not a problem. Finding a shopping cart was not a problem. The checkout lines, definitely were not a problem. The cashier was super sweet on top of it. Great shopping experience and definitely worth making this my go to in the area!

Upon entry you are delightfully greeted by a tip of a hat and a milday, which is precisely my pace. I galavanted into the corridors merely endeavoring for two items. A plethora of toilet paper, 7 years worth to be precise, and a bakers dozen of Costco's finest hot dogs. Prices are exceptional, and logistics were effortless. I stuffed my Kirkland cargo utility trousers with a revolvers chamber worth of flaccid meat conduits, my thighs began to cook the dogs from the radiant heat due to intense frolicking throughout the aisles. I've always ran hot, like an aged thunderbird. Unfortunately, my recent experience at the Roseville warehouse fell far short of Costco's reputation. I purchased a steak that was clearly spoiled upon opening. When I sought a refund, the membership desk staff insisted I should have stored the foul-smelling, rotten meat in my freezer and transported it back in my personal vehicle to prove the claim. When I questioned the hygiene and health risks of this request, the staff became dismissive and confrontational. While I eventually secured a refund, the process was unnecessarily difficult and like pulling teeth for a loyal customer over a $40 item. Forcing members to handle biohazardous waste to satisfy a return policy is a significant health protocol oversight. I hope management addresses the lack of professional judgment at this location.

Mercurius has a corner on the Waldorf supply market in the US. Their products are first rate, yes,…read moreBUT their customer service and wholesale services are pitted against independent non-government in-home preschools. It comes down to their pricing: they, as an independent company in the US, can choose to sell to whomever they wish at any price they wish, but they choose to only grant wholesale pricing to state licensed schools or resellers only. Why is this an issue? Because if you re an in-home preschool and your state does not require you to be credentialed as a licensed preschool to operate (e.g. as is the case in California) you cannot gain Mercurius's blessing for a wholesale account. In many states, preschools are NOT credentialed. The aggressive accounts woman wouldn't take the time to either listen to me or even research the truth of this and responded with an absurd, "if we get audited by the state we could get into trouble if we sell at the same lower prices to non-government recognized schools." What? What!? Consequently, as an independent provider, they will rate you as a retail account or homeschooler which means you pay full price. This means a private business buying supplies from a wholesaler is supposed to buy at retail prices not wholesale. Again, they have near exclusive access to essential Waldorf supplies out of Germany and could care less about your paltry in-home preschool unless you are re-selling their products. Products are amazing, but business building relationships are a zero. Happily, I found an alternative. A change in your staffing or policies raises stars.
