They kept me on hold for a long time and then told me I've never been prescribed that medicine before and I said that's because you guys were always out of it so my doctor changed it, and I started going to another pharmacy after having my doctor call. They still did not fill my prescription when I called back the lady on the phone said a lot of people don't have their prescriptions right now and they're learning how to live without them. Basically she said I don't need this and then she tells me there's lots of other pharmacies and I can try calling them but calling this one was absolutely worthless and unprofessional telling someone that's been on medication their entire life since childhood to stop taking it and just deal with it. Tough it up. What a crappy Pharmacy zero love or care I remember when the Asian family that owned it before the store was remodeled they were so nice and always kind and even called me on my birthday or sent a card this kind of service does not exist here anymore and I will never ever even try to get a prescription from this pharmacy. Totally disgusted on how I was treated and talked toby staff member on the phone. They should be working. At a gas station or somewhere where they don't have to give a care about what they're doing or how it affects peoples lives. I hope they have the same situation happened to them someday and go through what I did maybe then they will have some compassion for others.

As a healthcare professional, I was VERY disappointed back in September to get my Covid booster. Only to find out they were providing an updated one within days and I was never told when I came for my shot. So I got a useless vaccine and now have to wait until AFTER Thanksgiving to get the current one. On top of that, I'm reading information about how poorly matched this year's flu shot is at actually tackling the mutation that is becoming dominant. I wanted to ask if there were any supplemental boosters in the works. The woman I talked to kept saying "we are just told....". She finally put me through to a temporary manager. And the moment I started asking HER questions, she said "well, you can talk to the manager in charge tmrw". I joked that was an easy way for her to shove me off onto somebody else too. She said "corporate sends those texts about calling if you have questions about vaccines. WE don't send them." (Implying she doesn't want to talk about any of this). I said OK. She hung up. I trust this place 100% and it's also so conveniently located in the Golden Cove shopping center across the way from Trader Joe's.
