These folks went way above and beyond! We left home without my husbands insulin. We got our doctor to call it in, but there was an issue with insuprance. They resolved it and delivered it to our hotel. I can say enough about them. Wonderful customer service! read more

Incredibly unhelpful. My normal pharmacy has been back ordered on a medication for 6 weeks and so have the other pharmacies in the area. I called to ask if they have it in stock. They have it in stock, but they won't allow me to fill the prescription because it's a controlled substance and they won't dispense those to new patients. I explained that my normal pharmacy does not have it in stock and advised me to call other pharmacies to check for inventory. I then hear the person on the line set the phone down and MOCK me to whomever she spoke with, seemingly believing that my story wasn't true. She came back on the line and said, by law, they're not allowed to dispense it (that's not true) because I've never had another prescription filled with them. The one pharmacy in town that has the medication that I need and they didn't even attempt to help me. Awesome. Thanks so much for the super customer service. read more

Was running around all day and calling different places with no help for my 3 year old and they were so nice and willing to help me find what I needed and show me how to use it. Linda was the kindest person I had spoken to all day and super helpful. They were also super stocked up on things even baby medicine which has been so hard to find right now with this cold weather. i sometimes come here to pick up some stuff for my grandma.This is a really nice pharmacy and the staff is very courteous . They not only have medication & home health aide supplies/ rentals but they have some nice San Pedro shirts & sitting area with a plasma TV while you wait for your meds. They have a parking garage next door & books on the history of San Pedro. read more

Seaside has been the far most best service Ive had yet when it comes to filling my prescriptions ! David is the most helpful and kind person ! whenever I have trouble with anything he is able to help in whatever way , I wouldn't choose any other pharmacy as long as I'm in San Pedro ! I am fairly new to San Pedro. I moved here in October and am so glad I made the choice to fill my scripts at Seaside Pharmacy. I was looking for a pharmacy with a personal touch. From the first day that I called to inquire, David was friendly and very efficient. I have recommended my friends because I know David will take care of them. He is organized and dependable. Having my medication delivered at no extra cost is another reason I chose Seaside. The staff makes sure you feel cared for and is nothing like your retail CVS or Rite Aid. Oh I was so happy after leaving here! Especially after driving to almost every pharmacy in town... My little guy broke his colar bone, the doctor set him up with a sling, only bad thing was it was an adults size small, way too big for a 4 year old. Doc said oh just go pick up a kids size at the pharmacy... easier said than done. Went to 4 places, none had it, and I called 2, neither had it, so I was really ready to give up when I walked into Seaside. A very sweet lady at the register rushed to help me, and found the pediactric size sling immediately, and she happily showed me all the options available, I chose the cute one with snoopy on it :) Then when I checked out, she even gave me a discount! How's that for service, I think she knoced 2 bucks off the 20 something dollar price tag, sweet, that pays for the tax! Love this pharmacy, I'll be back next time I'm in need of medical supplies! read more

I haven't done a lot of business with Seaside, but the few times that I've used their services, I was relatively satisfied (they're not a prescribing pharmacy, but deal mostly with supplies). This week my mother had to have a hip to ankle cast put on late in the day. We knew this would impinge her mobility for some of the simple things in life and that we would need to get a device that would ease one particular activity. By the time we got out of the casting department it was 5:10. I called Seaside and asked if they had the device and were told they did, I asked if they were still open and was told they closed at 5:00 p.m. I explained my dilemma and asked if they could possibly stay a few minutes longer so that we could purchase the device. I was pleasantly assured that they could wait until we arrived. When we got there, they were pleasant, helpful, and had our product ready to go. They went above and beyond the call of duty, greatly easing an uncomfortable situation for my mother. I'll definitely use their services again! read more

It's a great one stop shop for all your healthcare needs. The service is pretty good, the manager of the medical equipment (i think) sits up front is very helpful with everything and goes out of her way to assist me when I go in to get the lil ones rx. I don't mind going here especially when the parking is freed up. read more
