Don't recommend doing photo pick up through snap fish. I had the absolute displeasure of getting "helped" by Ayram recently. I waited for so long for someone to acknowledge me and I was like hi I have a photo pickup from snap fish and she goes "we don't do that here" and I pulled up the email and asked if the address was correct and she was like nope no orders with your name and I was like uh there should be I got an email saying it was ready and she was like mmmm no and I was like well can you check and she goes no packages and I said it's a photo pickup and she was like why didn't you say that. The attitude was next level, she finally actually tried to find the order and it was truly right behind her. After all that, I paid and told her to have a nice day and she scowled at me, leaving me to grab my photos from her side of the counter. The least she could've done was hand them to me after being entirely unhelpful. And on top of that my prints weren't even printed the right size. read more

I never thought I'd write a review for a pharmacy but here we are. This pharmacy is terrible. I am on a medication that I must consistently take every single day for the rest of my life, so I have been here often. My negative experience began when not once but TWICE, this pharmacy gave me the incorrect amount of medication - Both times, I got home, unpacked it, and then realized I had less than the prescribed amount that was literally printed on the package. Both times, I had to turn around and go back in so they could fix the mistake. It's a good thing my medication isn't something that is regularly abused or I would have reported it to the authorities. In any case, the past few times I picked up my medication, I have made it a point to open and count it in front of them. And on one occasion they had shorted me YET AGAIN and had to correct their error. I don't know how the embarrassment of being so bad at their jobs doesn't eat them alive. But here's what made my blood boil and made me change pharmacies for good. They will not let people, even paying customers who JUST PICKED UP A PRESCRIPTION, use the restroom. On several occasions over the past ~3 years, I've picked up my prescription and politely asked the pharmacist whether I might use the restroom. Every single time they have given me some BS excuse about it being "under construction." I believed it the first time or two, but I'm very sorry Walgreens, your bathroom has NOT been under construction for literal years. Your pharmacy staff are simply rude, lying to my face and insulting my intelligence. How is it even legal for a PHARMACY, which is inherently a place for health and healthcare, to deny someone the use of a restroom? If I'm out running my errands and have to urinate, it is literally not a choice. It is a bodily function that everyone has, and I'm sure your staff do multiple times a day in your very much operational bathroom. It is cruel. It is sick. It is unprofessional. I have changed my pharmacy. To the pharmacists - I hope that for the rest of your lives, you are denied access to toilets. It would certainly serve you right. You will NEVER know the pain you caused. read more

This is just a review for the store and not the pharmacy as I don't use them. Store is always clean and shelves stocked. Staff is friendly and I never have trouble finding what I need. I also know what to expect, in a pinch I know I can get a chicken broth there but if I need say cilantro I know better than to expect them to have it. You can't go wrong coming here read more

Creepy pharmacy. I went to get a flu shot, and they had me sit there and wait (no other customers), until some masked pharmacist came scurrying in. The other one left, said good night, but came back minutes later and went into a back room. Then the lady who already checked me in and asked all the "are you allergic to eggs" questions had me fill out a form asking me AGAIN. She then called me up and had me verify out loud in front of other customers, my name, address and phone. Then I finally got my "flu" shot. Creepy pharmacy. I don't recommend it for vaccines. No surprise 1 star if that.. went today to get a passport photo for myself and my son at 6pm .. The lady their tells me to come back in a hour at 7 or before 8 so i said cool . Came back at 7pm and the lady is not their so i rang the button and another lady came and i told her another lady told me to come back. So this lady said well "Im too busy right now cleaning i cant do it" and just gave me that look then she says i can do it but you have to come back tomorrow to get the photo.. walgreens you close at 10 right? No service at all why the hell would i even wanna come back.. when the sign says picture in 5 minutes .. Aint that hard to take a photo and push the print button. Overall not bad, however, the cashier attendant lady (older Caucasian lady) needs to do a better job when it come to customer service. Her facial expressions made it seem like she wasn't having a great day. I pay for my items and stand there waiting to have it bagged....stand there and looks at me to say "yeah, I don't think you want to spend .10 cents for a bag" I told her," yes, I don't think so, but I'm wondering why my items are just left in the counter, so never mind! Write a sign or Have attendants communicate this so we aren't standing around wondering why it's not being bagged SMH! read more

I came in here with my hubby on the way to a friend's house. We stopped to get beer (because we are good guests and come with something - lol). The beer case was actually LOCKED!! You have to get someone who works here to help you otherwise you can't buy the beer!! Although the guy that helped my hubby was very nice. He explained that on the weekends it's locked up all day, but on the weekdays, they only lock it up after 6pm. BTW - If you don't have a Walgreens card, you should sign up for one. They don't even deserve 1 star. By far the most pitiful pharmacy I've ever experienced. I tried to be patient with their lack of service, lazy & rude employees and ignorant behavior, thinking that maybe just MAYBE I've just had a few negative experiences here. Nope. Just AWFUL. Aside from the fact that I discovered I've been paying more than double for the exact same prescription here..... Yesterday I dropped off my prescription for them to tell me the date was wrong. Apparently the dr wrote 2022 instead of 2021 (I get it....I wouldn't mind if 2021 was over myself) But since this is a prescription I regularly get I asked the pharmacy staff worker to please call my dr and have them correct that. Rude as ever she declined. Except that my dr called to change it herself and there was no issue. Fast forward to today. I arrive to pick it up only for her to say ohhhhhh ya it was sent to a different pharmacy. I saw that yesterday. I asked why she didn't bother to call me and let me know. Her response: I didn't know. Whaaaaaaat??? You just got done telling me you were waiting for the prescription and saw it go elsewhere. It's ok You don't deserve me as a customer Or anyone else for that matter. Not only are all of you rude as %*ck, but you legit don't give a crap at all about making an effort or doing what's best for your customers. This is a terrible horrible Walgreens I mean seriously. The employees that works there are mean, rude, inconsiderate, and racist. But the racist part is what I always go through in every store no matter what. But at this Walgreens there is this particular employee that just doesn't like me. And I am sure it has to be the color of my skin because I never see her treat any other customers as mean and rude like the way she treats me. Each and every time I come into that store it's almost as if she is uncomfortable with me being in there. Like because I am very observant and I pay attention to how relaxed she seems when I first walk in the store and she doesn't see me in there quite yet. She was all laughing it up with her co-workers and smiling and making jokes and everything. So she hadn't noticed that I was there yet but as soon as she did finally see me in the store her whole domineer changed. It was like she was committed to watching me like she was so sure that I was going to take something. So then finally once I've gotten all my items and I'm getting in line to pay. It was like she calmed down because now I will be leaving so now it just seemed like she felt better seeing that soon I will be gone. So I get to the register and of course she's the one who has to ring up my items. So once I've paid for my items and usually well sometimes while you are completing your transaction the thing sometimes gives you the option of paying for a bag on the machine. But it didn't do that this time so I asked my nemesis for a bag. And she goes 10 cents, mind you I have these freezing cold drinks and I have more than one. On top of that they are in cans plus it is night time and it's cold outside. So I figured just out of common courtesy and just having good work ethic that she would have seen that that would be a bit of a problem for me so most good people just out of consideration would have just given me the bag before I had even asked. Because they would've noticed that it would be a little uncomfortable for the customer to have to carry several freezing cold cans just by hand. But nope not this employee I begged her for a bag because another thing was I had broke my wrist. So I knew I was going to have a very hard time trying to carry all these cans to my car. Can you believe that this very hateful employee refused to give me a bag so that I wouldn't have to struggle and hurt my injured wrist even more trying to carry several freezing cans in my hands. All because I didn't have the 10 cents right then and there. I even asked her if she would just let me have the bag now until I get to my car and then I can get you your 10 cents. But nope she wouldn't do it then she had the audacity to tell me that I wasn't allowed back in the store. Because I had to share a few words with her for treating me so badly when I had done nothing wrong in fact I was just a paying customer that she chose to make feel like a criminal the whole time I was in there. Then on top of that having been subjected to injuring myself further because that employee refused to give me a bag even though she recognized that I needed it after purchasing items in the store that she works in. If it wasn't for the customers the employees wouldn't even be able to get paid. So how dare she treat a paying customer so bad they need to fire that employee read more

I walked in only to find no baskets, so I walked out and grabbed one from the lot... only to find the wheels were locked, so I dragged it in & asked Roseanne to unlock it. I thanked her, smiled, moved on. I then proceeded to fill my cart with a big package of bed pads & adult undergarments. I round the corner & acknowledge the manager, then look at Roseanne as I'm ready to check out. Roseanne is in front of the cash register, but I forgot candy. So, I turn down the candy aisle only to look up & find Roseanne had walked down to my aisle and is literally staring me down. She didn't even smile or play it off when I stared back. She was sending a clear message - "I'm watching you." I guess she thought she was intimidating me. I was wearing shorts & a tee-shirt w/large items in my bag & a shopping list. I even spoke to her when I entered. She felt so powerless that she needed to patrol me around $1 candy bars. The irony is, she looks far more suspect than I do. I'm a 42yo black guy - the only black guy in the store, from what I saw. I took time off to get my 91yo dad some undergarments & candy and I'm being harassed from some powerless, maybe jealous, lady who couldn't even afford my mortgage. I'm not the kind of guy to cry 'racism' whenever things are unpleasant. I know blacks might commit more crime. I get that, but if a guy in shorts & tee who greeted the workers & was shopping for adult undergarments is suspect, then who isn't? Harassing customers is wrong no matter my race. I just can't figure why she felt the need to patrol & intimidate me. When I took it to her manager, she suddenly couldn't look me in the face. When I demanded an apology, she wasn't so dominant (as you can see in the photo). I eventually reported her to corporate. The manager was very professional, fair & pleasant, however. So, between the unavailable/locked shopping carts & wannabe intimidation, I can't say I'd recommend this place, but insignificant Roseanne won't keep me away. I'll be back whenever I please & make sure I say hello to Roseanne to put her in line before she decides to buck up. ...and all because I wanted to get some undergarments & candy for my dad. Cash register lady, told me I need to wait for someone to open the restrooms, pharmacy technicians spoke on the intercom to page a sales clerk to open the restroom, then another sales associate after almost urinating on myself advised me restrooms are down!!! The Walgreens on Lomita and Western is a disappointment. I've tried a number of times to fulfill my prescription there because its close to my home and its a big chain. But what has typically happened is that the clerks have blundered repeatedly and I've taken my order elsewhere. What typically happens is that I drop off the Dr.'s note through the drive through. (Although I usually turn off my engine at some point). They tell me to come back in an hour or so. But when I come back thats when they inform me there has been some problem. It is extremely frustrating that they don't call and inform their customers before the customer wastes the extra trip. Secondly they seem to be unorganized. One time after deciding to overlook the double trip I returned for the third time and they couldn't find my order! Two or three clerks were busily pulling out each alphabetized bin searching for it. It was ridiculous. I'm waiting a second day for them to call me to pick up my order- they're waiting for a fax from my son's pediatrician. I should have stuck with Vons at the Torrance Crossroads. They would have had it ready on the spot or while I shop. read more

This Walgreens is visited daily by my wife. If you ever run into her she will help find anything in the store. BTW she is not an employee. For a big chain the people make it feel like a small shop that's been a part of the community forever. I was on the phone with my wife the other day as she guided me to the exact location of the coffee creamer she had to have. I did not see in the fridge, but the manager over heard my conversation, went into the back and brought out the correct bottle. Exceptional service! If your lucky you will walk into the store and Jim will be at the register. He will immediately greet you when you walk in. Regardless of how busy he is, he always takes the time to say hello. Then when you check out he will offer you whatever sweets are on sale. I don't think any of this is required from the employees. Jim is just that polite. If Jim is not there Roseanne might be at the register. She is really quite, but she has this smile that tells you she appreciates your business. The apartments nearby do make the outside undesirable, and can sometimes makes its way inside. But what can you do? It is the community the store is in. The pharmacy has given us problems in the past, so we just stopped getting prescriptions filled there. The rest of the store makes up for the pharmacy, and that's why they get 5 stars. read more

It'll be obvious if she checks you out and MAKE SURE TO CHECK YOUR RECIPT! She charged me twice on a few items and told me to bring the items I was charged twice for so she can scan it, even though she can punch it in manually. As she was doing so, she did not apologize but instead began to sound irritated and repeatedly told me "you should have brought the items" I did get my money back and even I apologized. read more

I asked a simple question on whether they had a product in stock, not even asking them to check their back stock, and the woman working had so much attitude in her voice. I work in retail, I get it. We've been shopping at this Walgreens for years because it's close to our doctor's office, and probably go in once a week to grab random things that we can't get from our grocery delivery. The employees and the manager all greet us by name as soon as we walk in. Everyone is friendly, pleasant, and helpful. The few times that I've needed help locating an item, they've been right there and will take the time to bring me over to the aisle to show me instead of just pointing it out. All these bad reviews.. Well what can I say? You get back what you put out. That's just a fact. Retail staff don't exist to be the punching bag for your bad day, and it's not their fault if you're deciding to ignore store policy and want to throw a tantrum about it. Back when I first started shopping here in about 2010, there were some times when there was extra stock sitting in the aisles, or items were out of stock for an extended period of time, or when the price on the wall didn't match the price in the register. These issues seem to have been resolved, and I haven't noticed anything of the sort in at least the last two years. I've never had to wait long at the pharmacy, the staff there have always been very helpful and friendly, and the front end staff are just as nice. I've had them pause to look through a coupon book several times to make sure I'm getting the lowest price possible. We come back to this Walgreens for a reason... it's because of the people. The stock they get is all generic, you can get that stuff anywhere. The difference with this store is the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff, and the feeling that they're genuinely glad to see you walk through the door. They may have had some issues in the past with stock and pricing, but those issues are long solved. This store is an exemplary model of what good customer service looks like. read more

I came to buy a bulk of chocolates for a Christmas present for my students but when I got to checkout, the manager for tonight didn't allow me to purchase a set because she said there's a limit to every buyer. However, there was NO notice posted to buyers. Not fair and the manager just was NOT accommodating at all. I had ordered 20-30 sets of it for the past 2 years and now the rule is different. I quipped, really? She sarcastically responded, REALLY! Not a good demeanor for a manager. So I just mentioned that I will just put it aside and go to other Walgreens Store. The manager looked around and later realized that there were a surplus of the product and so she decided to let me buy. But for the fact that she was not accommodating at first, she just doesn't deserve my goodwill of buying that item anymore. Nor will I ever be back in this store (unless she will have a change of heart). Thank you to the lady cashier who took my order at the counter. She even tried to find me a box for my stuff.
