As I pushed my car out of the car wash - the employees just watched me with a smirk. When I reported it to them - they quickly told me that they are in no way responsible since it was enter at your own risk. They never even went to check out if there was glass or broken bumper parts left in the bay. They just kept letting car after car travel through. I am 100% sure that the touchless machine malfunctioned - but they never even gave me a chance to find out why this happened! Instead I had call a tow truck and then pay $2000 for repairs. I was assured that they fill the receipt paper all the time - this is what I'm told - but it can't be true, or else it would happen intermittently. This is the last time I'm going into this location... I like it because the location is convenient and they have 93 octane gas, which many places don't. But because there is literally never, ever any receipt paper, or else the dispenser is clogged, I'll get my gas someplace else.

This time I started at the gas pump, where I got a discount for purchasing a wash at the same time. (You get a bigger discount if you're an unlimited monthly member, but I don't come often enough to justify that.) I asked the interior cleaning whether I should get the wash first and they told me if I did I'd get a complimentary wax. I literally "ooh-ed," and followed their advice. It was a little busier than I thought it would be on a weekday afternoon, but everything went fast. Other drivers in the car wash line were cooperative in merging. I finished with the interior clean. All of the Delta Sonic staff were very nice. There's a waiting area with some tables inside the convenience store where you can sit while you wait for your car. I grabbed a snack and got to work. Like 20 minutes or so, my car was done. This time I noticed they were a little sloppier than in past times - there was still some pet hair and some crumbs visible in my interior, which is kind of annoying if I'm paying $40. I didn't notice until after I'd already left, probably should check better next time. On the whole though it did look cleaner and I was very happy with the service.
