My doctor still sends n the script to them then I have to transfer it. Last night I went to pick up a different prescription and the person who was behind me in line said hers is in the fridge and that she just loves that (medication name). I don't know why they would lie. I am a loyal customer and I am always appreciative. Why would they lie to me multiple times over 6 months? Now I don't trust them to have my best interest in mind when filling my prescriptions since they feel comfortable lying to me about it. Especially when they know what has happened since I had to stop taking that particular medication.

I usually come here to pick up my prescriptions that are sent from my primary care doctor, and every time I have picked them up, I have had no issues. When you are picking up your prescriptions, the directions are easy to follow, such as telling the pharmacist some basic info about yourself and providing an ID. Please note that the staff is on a short lunch break from 1:30 - 2:00 pm so there will be no service provided. There are chairs inside the lobby where you can sit down in and wait, or you can always walk around the store and shop and pay at the pharmacy counter when you are issued your medication. Overall, the staff and team do a great job fulfilling your medical needs, and I have never waited long. Upon checking out, I am always asked if I have any questions about the medicine, and I find it great that they are fulfilling great service to the customer since they are the subject matter expert in field. They will even go over prices for each product to check and verify that you are content in paying the prices your insurance has set. Great job, and thank you for everything you're doing to keep the community healthy and happy.

I had it sent to Melrose Pharmacy. I was out of my rx yesterday and arrived at 9 am (their posted opening) No one was there. Around 9:15 an employee showed up and parked right in front of the door- hope no handicapped customers need that spot! She was very rude and said she couldn't find my Rx. She finally told me they don't carry that "type" medication- mentioning the words controlled substance at least 3 times. She offered no help in me finding a resolution. It's really sad to still be treated like an addict after being in recovery for over 10 years! I asked for her card and she gave me a business card with a male's name on it. I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy to anyone for any reason.

I arrived on May 30th, staff name Maryam got the books to cashier, but the photos in the photo books were completely out of order. I informed her about the orders of photos, she said all she did was taking them out of the printer & put them in the book. I said "I don't have my phone, so I can't show you the order". She didn't respond, looking puzzled, so I said "keep them for now, I need my phone to show you the order". She called someone to the front. A lady came up to cashier, didn't make eye contact with or greet me. I was standing in front of the cashier watching her talking to Maryam in a different language without acknowledging me. So I left the store. I returned 4 days later with my phone. Maryam was stocking at the front, I said excuse me several times to get her attention. I told her about the order of the photos on my phone. She looked confused, so I reminded her about last weekend when I came without my phone. She called the manager. The same lady, Fatima, came up & said "those pictures are already gone because you didn't say anything". I said "you didn't ask me". Fatima said "you were already gone when I came here". I told her that I was standing in front of the cashier but she didn't say anything, so I left. She insisted several time that I already walked out when she got to the front & she waited "5 minutes" for me. She said I could reorder the pictures & she would print them but if the BOGO deal expired, she wouldn't be able to honor it. She again kept insisting that I already walked out last weekend & the order would've been only kept for "few days" (I ordered them only 4 days prior). Never had issues like this in any CVS before.
