Last night I went to pick up a different prescription and the person who was behind me in line said hers is in the fridge and that she just loves that (medication name). I don't know why they would lie. I am a loyal customer and I am always appreciative. Why would they lie to me multiple times over 6 months? Now I don't trust them to have my best interest in mind when filling my prescriptions since they feel comfortable lying to me about it. Especially when they know what has happened since I had to stop taking that particular medication.

I walked into the pharmacy and was greeted by the pharmacist himself, Jack! Oh wow he actually came out and explain everything to me and he was really thorough and friendly. He even gave me a sample of his own compound for my son's eczema as well. After several days later he called and ask for updates on how well the cream was working on my son. Then another employee came and she made smart comments like "parents should be more careful and watch their kids" and she also said " I hope he got hurt" what awful person says that? I didn't say anything because I had all my kids and didn't want to scare my kids or make a scene in front of them. As we left I went up to the employee who picked up the display and I told her that it was not nice for an employee to say that. She said that the employee who said that has autism. I was able to find someone quickly, they came right over to the photo area and took my pic. I shopped for a few minutes (I did have a little list) and the staff member found me and handed me the pic. I made my way to the checkout area where the cashier efficiently swiped the few items plus the pic in its little cardboard case. I was in and out in less than 20 minutes. The store was clean and all was well organized; the outdoor temp had already crept to high 80s yet it was as cool as a cucumber in the store.

Around 9:15 an employee showed up and parked right in front of the door- hope no handicapped customers need that spot! She was very rude and said she couldn't find my Rx. She finally told me they don't carry that "type" medication- mentioning the words controlled substance at least 3 times. She offered no help in me finding a resolution. It's really sad to still be treated like an addict after being in recovery for over 10 years! I asked for her card and she gave me a business card with a male's name on it. I wouldn't recommend this pharmacy to anyone for any reason.

I usually come here to pick up my prescriptions that are sent from my primary care doctor, and every time I have picked them up, I have had no issues. When you are picking up your prescriptions, the directions are easy to follow, such as telling the pharmacist some basic info about yourself and providing an ID. Please note that the staff is on a short lunch break from 1:30 - 2:00 pm so there will be no service provided. There are chairs inside the lobby where you can sit down in and wait, or you can always walk around the store and shop and pay at the pharmacy counter when you are issued your medication. Overall, the staff and team do a great job fulfilling your medical needs, and I have never waited long. Upon checking out, I am always asked if I have any questions about the medicine, and I find it great that they are fulfilling great service to the customer since they are the subject matter expert in field. They will even go over prices for each product to check and verify that you are content in paying the prices your insurance has set. Great job, and thank you for everything you're doing to keep the community healthy and happy.

A few hours go by look at my paperwork realized it was here. No biggie it was down the street, would be my first time going. I walked in and went to the side that said pickup. No greeting or be right with you. There was an older lady at the side that said drop off, she didn't say a word. After standing there for a few minutes ( this is a small establishment ) i began looking round, over the counter to see if someone would acknowledge me at least. Finally a young man came from the back, took my information, processed everything then tossed my medication and card on the counter and walked back to the back. I did not have the energy to address it. I just will not be returning to this establishment.

I was constantly having to following up on my prescriptions (with both my doctor and insurance) because CVS always claims "they never received anything", and I was tired of having to prove they DID RECEIVE IT LRP is AWESOME!! They are so kind, accommodating, helpful and supportive... I couldn't expect anything more because they have already surpassed my expectations. There were times I had nobody to help me get my medication, and they stepped up without me even asking.
