Good luck with finding an employee who can help you with anything here. I had a question about a coupon on my CVS extracare card that was not processing and the employee just kept telling me she didn't know what to do-- that maybe the manager could help me. I asked if she could just ring me up to see if she could use the coupon that's on my card versus using the self check out because the self check out wasn't registering it (even though I pulled up my app to show her that I had the correct coupon for my items), but instead she said no rather than try to help me. Two stars because this location is fine if the items you need are in stock, can self check out and have no questions whatsoever. read more

terrible cvs. I was told over the phone that I could come in and do a COVID test without an appointmen. I get there and was denied and told I needed one. I drove all the way there not feeling well to receive a test. they are unprofessional, rude and the woman at the drive through gave me attitude. HIGHLY DONT RECOMMEND. read more

I've been going here for awhile and this is my first review and first time using the pharmacy, they were fast and friendly. I called beforehand regarding my RX and the pharmacist was able to answer all my questions. Like I said though, I have been going here for a while. It's conveniently a minute away from my house. It seems to be better customer service wise and I hope they got rid of that rude female manager from months ago. On more than one occasion I've seen her bark orders and be rude to her staff. She even criticized (not even constructively) her staff publicly in front of customers. I have worked retail and been in management for years, people like that are reasons for high turnovers. Perhaps better training? Again, it does seem better so I hope she is gone or learned to be a better manager. read more

I decided on this store due to location and proximity to my house. Had a sick child and needed a few things. I was impressed they had everything on my extensive list from gummy worms to children's Tylenol. They had a good selection of products and the location was very clean. The only thing I dislike about this location is there is always a line at check out. Not like one person but at least 4 people waiting every time I go. They normally call for 2nd checker when line hits 5. I normally you run into cvs to save time or driving but this location always fails to save me time. Overall not a bad visit. If I could leave zero stars, I would. Called the pharmacy to check on a prescription, an Indian woman answered, was VERY rude, and then hung up on me when I asked her about my prescription. The staff here are all VERY lazy, and they hang out in the aisles doing nothing. You can walk in, take something, and walk right out!! That's how unorganized and careless these people are. Not the pharmacy to count on if you need your meds on a timely basis! Our son gets the same meds month after month! More times than I can count refills are not ready when promised, medications need to be ordered (even though we get the same medication monthly), the orders can take days or weeks. Complaints to management have no lasting effect. Do your health a favor and go to a different pharmacy up the road! read more

The actual store itself is always clean and well stocked. The staff in the front is friendly. The pharmacy on the other hand is horrible. They are so very slow and rude to customers. If you have a choice go some place else. If not give yourself plenty of time and double check your medication before you leave. read more

Christmas Eve....five minutes after they officially closed....manager sees me with my shoulders slumped and head hanging. He comes to the door as I beg him to please let me buy batteries. He smiles, says no problem as I profusely thank him for saving Christmas. He didn't have to see what I needed. He didn't have to let me in.....He went above and beyond. This isn't this only time I've shopped this location. It's in our neighborhood and it was so nice to have when our youngest was having an allergic reaction to something. We were able to quickly get Benadryl for her. The staff is always polite and helpful when I can not locate something. read more

I had to switch to CVS because of my insurance. This one is closest to home. I really miss Kroger Pharmacy on East Broad. Sitting here for almost an hour tonight waiting for a prescription for my wife. Wait at Kroger would have been 10 minutes. I would think they are understaffed back there. read more

I would give the pharmacy staff member name Pamela a zero... Everyone else in the pharmacy is so nice and actually help you and they don't treat you different because your child receives Medicaid after paying full price for my granddaughters medicine... CVS ended up having to reimburse me because the information my daughter gave her was actually correct... This is the absolutely worse pharmacy I have been to. I had extreme pain after dental surgery and went to pick up my pain medication for my surgery. They not only did not inform me that they couldn't pull my birthday. They waited until I came to pick up my medicine to tell me they couldn't pull my information. They took extremely longer than the time that they quoted me. Thus, I had to wait at the pharmacy for over 45 minutes over the initial 1 hour they told me while they were looking for my insurance after telling me my insurance doesn't cover the medicine. They finally were able to pull my insurance when I asked for my prescriptions back to take to another CVS. I will use the Lake Ridge CVS from now on. read more

I have never been the one to complain but since i was given the wrong medication I feel i need to. Luckily I have been taking this medication for years so i knew it was the wrong one and also the pill did not look the way it was described on the bottle. There is no telling what they gave me or what could've happened if i didn't know it was wrong and took it. read more
