Trip 4: Here is your prescription for 30 days. I can't give you 90 days because the doctor didn't write a prescription for that. Trip 5: Oh nevermind, the doctor did write a prescription for 90 days. That will be 600 dolllars. Oh you have a GoodRx code? Nevermind 30 dollars. Eventually I got what I needed, but CVS employees did not seem to care about how much I'd need to pay until visit 5, and completely did not see a prescription on at least 2 visits. One star. Instead of addressing the situation professionally, Laura threatened to revoke my membership simply because I was helping the customer understand the policy. She informed the customer that she could not shop without a black Sam's Club card, yet failed to explain that the 8-9 a.m. shopping hour is reserved for Plus (Prime) members. This lack of communication caused unnecessary confusion, and her threatening tone toward me was completely uncalled for. I have always enjoyed shopping at Sam's Club, but this experience was disrespectful and unacceptable.
