We were working with an unusual doctor that tended to get frustrated easily. But, they were able to deal with him when I couldn't. Flexible and easy to work with. We moved and are staying with the Good Neighbor Pharmacy in Walpole. All of us have had nightmare situations at CVS & Walgreens. That will never ever happen here.

It was for my dying FIL; who I needed to reorder meds for. I was spun in circles 4 times- because my phone number doesn't match his DOB; I kept asking the automated system for to leave message, and to speak with a live person- just kept spinning me. So, I hung up and tried again, same result. So, I hung up and hit provider instead. Wow! The pharmacist could NOT have been anymore rude. I explained the situation three times to her. Told her I even had my own personal issue the other day- and finally got a live person- and the person I spoke with the other day was so apoligetic and agreed their system is terrible. However, this pharmacist today has zero empathy and so hyper focused on the fact that I chose provider as my option. She clearly had no patience or desire to deal with a customer today. I was going to ask her to assist me in setting up the proper phone number so we didn't keep running into this issue; and so I didn't have to hit one as if I was a provider. However, her rudeness just continue "Don't do it again" She had Zero compassion for the fact I was trying to get meds via HOSPICE FOR MY DYING FIL. Avoid CVS Marsfhfield at all costs. CVS should be ashamed they hire people like this. My husband stopped even calling CVS because of the automated system and now instead just goes directly there to check on and pick his dads meds order. It's rather disturbing that we can't even call the pharmacy to check on meds before heading there. Each time he has gone they've messed up the order- and each time he's had to wait for them to correct it.

In a world filled…read morewith pharmacy chains like CVS, Walgreen and Rite-Aid, it is nice to have a locally owned and operated pharmacy like this one which has been here a very long time. This place reminds me of the pharmacies I grew up with in both NYC and in Rhode Island...places where people honestly got to know who you were. The service here is certainly more attentive, personal and caring. We were able to chat with the staff...we were the only customers in when we arrived one late morning. The staff couldn't have been nicer. We were in and out in about ten minutes. I have nothing against CVS and frankly have done a lot of business at one of the CVS pharmacies in my town, there are several. But we may be slowly shifting more of our business to this lovely pharmacy for more personalized care.

Walgreens in Cohasset is my regular pharmacy now. They are always prompt, friendly, and when you call the store an employee will actually pick up the phone to help you (CVS goes to voicemail now). Further, when I need to fill prescriptions that my insurance does not cover, the pharmacists at Walgreens will automatically find and apply a GoodRx BIN to defray my cost vs. CVS where they won't do that and will try to charge me full retail price (like $35 per pill vs $1 per pill at Walgreens with the GoodRx BIN applied).

The whitewashed walls, the constant buzzing from the ceiling fixtures, and oodles and oodles of choices through never-ending aisles. Not many places can offer you such a variety of goodies such as: mushroom soda, lube, Tostitos chips, plan b, people magazine, and (if you're lucky) prescription pain medication! What a place, I tell you. I rode into town not too long ago, after my dental procedure that required a hefty amount of anesthesia and ketamine. After assuring my doctors that I did not drive myself and that my ride was here to get me, I stumbled out into the parking lot towards my Ford Ranger. Man, was the world spinning! So anyway, I started driving. With my jaws full of cotton and ice packs on my cheeks, I rode across 3A like Fast Betty. It was like I was in that movie with that hunk Vin Diesel! The fat and the furious or whatever. I was weaving through the lanes all in an attempt to find the nearest pharmacy so I could pick up my prescription. Then came Walgreens. I must say, the customer service was really good here! When I walked in there was a short fellow at the register. I asked him where I could find the shitter, and he gladly pointed me in the right direction. "Glad I could help!" The short fellow squelched. The bathroom stunk of rotten flesh. It was as if all the scoundrels of hell had lain a sickly curse on the very room. I pooped quickly, and left quickly too (for I had clogged the toilet and the stench was too strong for me to do anything about it). Ugh. It must've been the birdies I had eaten. Never again I swear! As I walked down the aisles I stepped in a massive puddle and my brand new Chewbacca crocs were soaked. "Son of a dinkledobbenheimerschlob!" I belched. The short fellow reappeared again and looked shocked. "Oh no!" He squelched again. And then in a fiery instant, he did something truly remarkable. He took a wand from out of his pocket and said, "presto!" And the water vanished. The short fellow had magic abilities, and good ones at that. But who could he be an apprentice for? Suddenly a tall grey haired man stepped forth, with spectacles. "Gandalf!" I squealed, letting out a bubbly and gurgling fart. He didn't seem too amused so I let the wizard be. Anyways, I picked up my perc 30s from the pharmacy and started for the door, not before buying a fancy bandana which the short fellow rung out for me. "Toodles!" I said, and I walked out the door. I love this place, however I don't think I'm allowed back. I double parked in a handicap zone, clogged their rusty toilet, and exposed two of their employees for having magic powers. I can't get over the stench of that toilet! Good gracious if my aunt myrna were here today to see such a vile thing she'd just about cry! 3/5 stars.

Experience at the pharmacy while collecting meds today. Served by a male counter staff who scanned…read moremy pickup order and then told me, "I'll be back." While I'm waiting, I see that he's service a drive-thru customer! I asked another assistant, who was just idly standing at the counter, how the person who is serving me can serve another customer. Her response was, "He'll be back!" I insisted that I get me meds immediately. Someone else had to find it. Such dismal service.

All due to not in stock. Each visit requires standing in line on average of 15 minutes only to be told that it's not ready and come back in 15 minutes and stand in line again! So December took 6 visits at 30 minutes inside cvs and 20 minutes travel to and from each time. Total for December is 7 hours of my time. Once I was going to Europe the next day and they only had 2 days worth. I asked why this was happening and it was always due to someone else. This store doesn't care about their customers and taking responsibility. I feel bad for the workers there as they try hard being grossly understaffed. I'm stuck with them for where they are located. Maybe we arrived on an off day, but they seemed to be a bit bare in many of the isles, but hey could mean they pretty busy. Either way a lot of the isles were pretty random, customers probably threw stuff in random places, and they didn't have a chance to stock it back in proper areas. Older store, def needs a thorough cleaning compared to the targets closer to home. Hopefully they'll get it together next time we in town!

This is an older-looking Target in Hanover but we were in the area and always looking for Pokémon,…read moreso we decided to stop by. The shelves were not well stocked and many aisles were empty when we visited. It was cool seeing stuff from the Miffy x Starbucks collab here though! I've never seen them in person before and they seemed to have a good inventory of it. Starbucks area has lots of inventory, which is super rare to see at least for me. Overall, not a bad Target but wished there were more items in stock.
