In one call, he used profanity and hung up on me instead of resolving a lost paid order. I've filed multiple complaints with CVS corporate and even with the Florida Board of Pharmacy, but the issues continue. No one should have to worry about being mistreated or denied medication. Avoid this location until serious changes are made.

And of course, I forgot that one essential item--toothpaste. Thankfully, there was a CVS nearby. It was literally a 5-minute walk (with walk signals) right to the store entrance. I really appreciated the layout and convenience of this location. You can actually see the cruise ships from the store, which made it even more ideal for travelers. I was able to grab all the essentials I needed, and the staff was helpful in pointing me to the right aisles. Checkout was seamless and quick. This location also carried a wide variety of items--especially travel-sized products--which is perfect if you're heading out on a cruise and realize you forgot a few things. I really liked this CVS, probably because it saved my life and had an extensive travel essentials aisle. Unlike the CVS locations I'm used to back home, this one had more options--likely because it's in a prime tourist area where people remember everything they forgot to pack at the last minute. I would definitely recommend this CVS location to visitors.

Iodine (povidone-iodine/Betadine) is a standard, internationally used antiseptic. The issue wasn't just that they didn't carry it, but that they dismissed it with incorrect information. For a pharmacy, lack of basic product knowledge is a serious concern. Unfortunately, I wouldn't recommend this place based on this experience.

I mostly dealt with Suail, and she was helpful in sourcing the products and ensuring everything was delivered. She also mentioned that they do compounding and "regular" prescriptions for both people and pets. Most importantly, they're a Local business.

I live down the block and, unfortunately, my insurance no longer works with CVS, so I'm forced to come here a lot. I've never seen such an inefficient and understaffed pharmacy. If I have to pick up a prescription, I allocate at least 30 minutes. I have literally wasted days of my time over the past two years waiting just to pick up medication. On top of that, the general store is the most under stocked location that I've ever seen. You can't rely on this store for anything.

Again, the very reason I transferred to a different cvs is now the absolute reason I will no longer be getting my medication sent to CVS.
