note the inconsistency and variation in other comments people have made here after confirming $120 price twice on phone, when i walked in they told me it was $200 - required considerable assertion to correct this one staff member was much too friendly ( enough said ) the componded med was unlabelled in any way what could be a real problem or a coincidence is that after one day on the compounded med, my usually 130/80 blood pressure shot up to 160/100 for the whole day so i now have 200 capsules i cannot be sure are right, and have also lost the higher dosed meds i gave them to compound down restitution is possible if i return to them195 capsules and they give me 100 of the originals from CVS, which is a lot to hope for so complete expense is the $120 and the original med cost and the loss of those original meds read more

I went to get my vaccine shot and all of the employees were super kind amazingly nice and very helpful, the store is very clean and they have amazing and very good smelling products... Unfortunately, my worst experience in a pharmacy ever... Don't go there if you have anxiety... I made me waiting as he had to get an important call. (totally fine) 30 min later he started yelling at me that I should seat as I made feel uncomfortable and actually I would better come back the next day as he does not have time. Totally fine to wait but don't be rude and yell at people for no reason. When someone come to a pharmacy it is usually because they are not ok. So do not make them feel worst... After having wait for 30 min he yelled at me and took care of the people after me as he knew them. I went out shocked of so much agressivity in a pharmacy. They were supposed to call me back the next day they did not. I would have preferred them to tell me they could not do anything for me since the beginning so I would just go somewhere. I have lived on the same block as Pure for close to 7 years, but somehow had never paid a visit. After searching allllllllllllllll ova the Beach (and a few spots off the Beach actually)for a particular med, I decided to try Pure. Forget the med--I became a fan upon walking in the bright, calming space and being greeted so warmly. Mishal did me a real solid by obtaining the med. I would hesitate to use the word pharmacy because of what that normally brings to mind (boring), but this is reminiscent of a true European boutique pharmacy. And despite how high end it may appear, when it comes to medication it is actually cheaper than many other places. If you have kids (check) and are into healthy alternative medicines (check), they offer a great selection for teething, vitamins, colds, plus all kinds of essential oils. Best customer service...Mishal, the pharmacist is one of the nicest guys around....I honestly pop my head in there just to chat with him even when I don't need anything....he has become a friend and one of my favorite people in Miami. He also carries a lot of specialty items like salon quality shampoos, high quality skin care and vegan protein shakes at a much lower price than most stores (forget Whole Foods) and even offers IV treatments that will boost your immunity, help your hangovers and/or decrease muscle pain (I was in a bad car accident and these treatments help my muscle pain tremendously). This independent pharmacy is a great addition to South Beach, and their personal attention to customer needs actually saved me $50 last month. I started getting my prescriptions there because of the convenient location and the friendly service. I recently discovered that the personal touch can pay off, when the pharmacist (Michal) called me to ask about a prescription with a huge co-pay; he informed me that there was a very reliable alternative, much less expensive, and my doctor's office authorized the substitute. Although I still use the Walgreen and CVS for midnight runs or other things, I want to support quality independent businesses like Pure, and this above-and-beyond service confirms the value to the neighborhood.
