I picked up a prescription for my baby daughter, and the bottle wasn't sealed properly--medicine ended up spilling all over my bag. I didn't even notice until I got home and smelled something weird. What was supposed to be 14ml ended up being just 5ml. Tried calling the pharmacy a few times before finally getting through. When I explained what happened, they didn't apologize or seem to care at all. They just told me to come back and pick up more. Luckily my husband was able to go because I had both kids with me. Honestly, this kind of mistake is really careless, especially when it involves a baby's medication. Not sure why urgent care sent the prescription here. For a place that's open 24/7, it's really not run well. Wish I had read the reviews first--seems like this kind of thing happens a lot. Definitely wouldn't recommend this pharmacy. Whatever got the car made the line. When I get to the cashier she tells me she's new and doesn't know how to do cash back. She tells me to wait in the other line. I was going to fight with her but honestly what was the point? She wasn't going to help me obviously. So I had to make another line. When I got there I asked the lady for dollars and she said she can only give me 2 five dollar bills for a ten. Wow. Ok. Had everything you need but the customer service is lacking.
