I went to CVS in Milford Ma on Main St and I was very impressed with a pharmacist named NANA, He took the time out of his work to help my friend with a new medication. He also gave us a written printout of all the meds she was on and all the interactions with the new meds she was taking. He went above and beyond his job. Completely useless pharmacy. I called with a simple question about my script and she immediately asked if I was a doctor or patient. Once I said patient with a question she abruptly cut me off and said I need to call back the patient line and leave a message and they'll call me back. What planet are these people from?? I ended up getting very sick very quickly and the on call doctor called in 2 prescriptions for me at CVS "24" on South Main Street in Milford MA (store #2254). She called this pharmacy because I needed my medication right away as I was in a lot of pain and this was the only 24 hour pharmacy in this area. Well when I arrived around 9:15pm to the 24 Hour CVS Pharmacy, the drive thru was closed and had a sign in the window listing new hours and that they now close anywhere between 6pm - 8pm. I was furious!! How dare a pharmacy advertise that they are open 24 hours a day just to draw in customers that desperately need their medication only to have a closed sign in the window when they got there!! Before I went to pick up my medication, I checked their web site and EVERYTHING said the pharmacy was open 24 hours! I have attached screenshots of their claim to be open 24 hours and that they were open "Now". I made sure the date/time showed in the bottom right hand corner of the screenshots. So now I have no medication to start taking which includes the pain meds that I desperately need. Now I have to go back there again tomorrow morning and hopefully everything will be ready. (Although reading the other reviews, it's not looking so good.) It is outrageous that they are allowed to change their hours without any notification anywhere except on their drive thru window. There are several places on their web site that claims open 24 hours. It's ok to continue to advertise lie? I feel very sorry for everyone leaving the emergency room in Milford or anywhere for that matter, with a prescription they desperately need filled just to find out they can't get it because CVS Store #2254 on South Main Street in Milford MA are closed! read more

i have currently been on hold waiting for the pharmacy to pick up for 30 minutes. tried to call back a second time and still the pharmacy doesn't answer their phone. I don't understand how this could even be allowed. i will be switching to Walgreens which not only answers their phones but cares about their customers. so irritated! I live in Milford and this pharmacy keeps getting worse. read more

They're extremely rude, sarcastic, and slow as hell. Unclear why they work there if they dislike their job that much. I haven't had a single prescription be ready on time in over a year. I call in for refills, never ready when I go to pick them up. I tell them their computer system said it would be ready by this day/time. They tell me that their refill system doesn't work and I should call corporate and complain. I've tried to call the pharmacy and speak to someone directly, but no one everypicks up. No matter when I go, days after my Dr called in the prescriptions, Im always guaranteed to wait 20-30 minutes to get my medication. I have been using this CVS for the past 5 years and have NEVER EVER had an issue. They are the most HELPFUL, KINDEST and caring staff you can find. They Go ABOVE and BEYOND when necessary...I see other reviews complaining about times and delays..... They are a busy store but are as efficient as they possibly can be. Trust me..... this is the Pharmacy you want to try/use. Every store will be busy at times but they are worth the wait if needed. The Pharmacy has top notch Pharmacists and staff. I like this CVS Pharmacy. They have pharmacists that sometimes actually call and ask how you're doing on an antibiotic, new allergy medication etc. I think that's a great concept, because if you don't feel good on those medications -they can help you with your doctors that prescribed it, to maybe give you something better for you ... with less side effects. I don't find their lines that long @ the drive up, and I think that anyone I've ever met @ the pharmacy itself is very nice. read more

This location does not deserve even 1 star. They are rude & clueless. Trying to get a prescription filled here is awful. The pharmacist asked me very loudly WHY my medication was prescribed in 2 different strengths, over the loud speaker, like she was put out about it. Hepa law violation anyone? Very insensitive! This used to be just fine CVS but not anymore. One of the rudest people I have ever seen in any stores. Today was the last I went to this store. My biggest mistake is not going to the store in Hopkinton which is probably 100x better than this one. It seems like most of their staff is replaced with new folks who are under trained on lot of things. I can only wish them good luck to stay in business with this great attitude. read more

I went to this CVS pharmacy tonight to pick up my husband's prescription. We have moved away from Milford and it is not overly easy for us to get there, but I have had no success getting this CVS location to assist me with the transfer of his prescription. I arrived and went back to the pharmacy counter at 5:55. There were four people in line, so I went and grabbed some Tylenol and vitamins in the aisle right next to the line. When I came back there was still one man in line, and the pharmacist informed me they were closed and she could not assist me. I explained that I had been there a few minutes before close, saw the line and decided to grab a few things and come back. I also explained that I live quite a ways away from Milford. She informed me that she was closed, could not help me, and that I should come back tomorrow at 10 AM. Worst CVS ever! Rudest CVS employee ever! Believe me I understand that there are hours to adhere to, but I had been there, and it was 6:01! read more

I dropped off my prescription .They told me to come back in one hour . I come back two hours later ,and they tell me to wait another 30 minutes . The lady was friendly but the pharmacist took way too long .it's absurd that I had to wait almost 3 hours for my prescriptions. read more

Average to good CVS pharmacy store on 109 in Milford. I don't come here very often, but when driving along Rt 109 and not wanting to walk into a huge grocery store like Hannaford or Stop&Shop, I stopped here for a few quick things I was looking for. Even though the parking lot is really weird (it's like a huge double loop), there is always parking and never many people shopping here. It's newer than Rite Aid across the street, and sometimes more and sometimes less expensive. In general though, Walgreens has the best prices (unfortunately, they are on the other side of town). The ExtraCare coupon machines here always work (which is so great since at nearly every other CVS is there some sort of issue with them), and the selection throughout the store is decent enough for a CVS. I do think though that the other CVS in Milford (again, also on the other side of town) has more and is larger. I cannot speak of the pharmacy staff, since I don't use it here, but can speak of the photo department staff and checkout staff, who have all been friendly, helpful and around when I needed them. There is rarely a line here and the lady at the photo area always would let me know if she was going to leave for a minute, and if I needed help she would be right back (extra kind). And the pictures came out wonderful and prompt. They didn't lose them or have some dumb excuse as to why they weren't ready. You'd think they wouldn't care about business being such a big company, but in general, this CVS has darn good service and not overly high prices on all of their items.
