Some snacks from other places cost $2.99 while CVS would be $3.99. I usually go there to buy candy or gum. It is pretty close to the middle of town where most people are. The parking lot is not that big but there are also not a lot of people that go there. If you don't like talking with other people, this place is your friend. It is small so it is easy to find things and then there are two self registers with even one that takes cash. I rate this place a 4.5 and would go there for a while until I move away.

I never heard from CVS, and I can no longer speak to a pharmacist because of their new automated phone system. So I drove there, only to be told it's no longer covered, and I need a new prescription. My Doc did that, and CVS site said prescribed, 3 refills left, so I went to pick it up, only to be told it wasn't filled because it's not covered. No communication regarding this...So now I call Medicare. The first med is in fact covered. CVS lied to Medicare and said Doc never prescribed. He prescribed the second one too, but the generic isn't covered...he didn't prescribe the generic. I'm now switching pharmacies. This not the first time I've had probs getting meds at CVS, and one time it was critical! We had to go back to the hospital to get meds after I had surgery. Goodbye CVS!

By far, I feel that Hopkinton drugs compounded medication works much better than the medication I got from the other compounding pharmacies. I had used Belmar to fill a compound prescription for a year. I recently switched over to Hopkinton for that same compound medication. The difference is, I actually feel like my medication is working now. I took the same thing for over a year and didn't have any results. The price at Hopkinton is way better than any other compound pharmacy I have found. I have never had a problem with expensive shipping costs either. If I remember correctly, the shipping for my medication was either free or less than five dollars. I have always had professional and pleasant phone interactions with employees from Hopkinton. I have never had any problem filling a prescription or paying for it. If the pharmacy does not accept your insurance anymore, that doesn't mean they're a bad pharmacy. It is the consumers responsibility to be sure they go to a provider that accepts their specific insurance. I have had no problems working with Hopkinton and I will continue to use them as my main compounding pharmacy. I appreciate everything they do for me.

Frankly, I would take them just being opened late (to 12 AM or so). Since Medway and Medfield are both NOT 24 hour pharmacy's this should be. Just since coming to Millis I have had two occasions to need medication past 9 PM and had to truck to Natick in the middle of the night. The hours are also completely inconvenient for anyone who works. It should open at 7 AM and close at 11 or 12. A few weeks ago my doctor called in my prescription at 8:30PM. I got dressed, checked CVS hours and went to get it. The pharmacy closes at 9 PM. The store 10. Huh, I would think that would be the other way around? Fine. So I arrive at 8 AM the next day and there is a staff of 1. Of course at 8 AM everyone and their brother who couldn't get their medication is going to show up. There are 4 customers in store and two more at the drive through for the one / two employees. And every single time I go there if I ask them for any variation on the drug they have no other pills. I swear they have like 4 pills back there for everything. Or they just don't want to accommodate me.

They implied it was a nationwide shortage but I called one other pharmacy and they had it. This drug is cheap and I am guessing CVS doesn't want to stock it anymore because they don't get mega profits from it. They are circling the drain. I wouldn't be surprised if they are out of business within 5 years.

From the moment I walked in, the staff was friendly, attentive, and eager to help. In particular, the pharmacist, May, went above and beyond. She took the time to listen, offered thoughtful advice, and provided clear recommendations for managing my cough and chest congestion. Her professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care made a stressful situation far easier to deal with. This location exemplifies what great customer service should look like--helpful, patient, and proactive. I will absolutely return and highly recommend this Walgreens to anyone in the area.

Disappointing Customer Service Experience at Medway, MA Walgreens…read more I am writing to express my disappointment with a recent experience at the Walgreens location in Medway, MA. I am a regular customer at Walgreens and have consistently appreciated the convenience and service provided at these stores. Unfortunately, this visit fell significantly short of those expectations. Upon checkout, I encountered two cashiers who seemed unfamiliar with the computer system, leading to an unusually lengthy transaction. This alone was inconvenient, but I was also subjected to an unexpected request to be ID'd twice. This was particularly confusing, as I have never been ID'd for purchasing any items at Walgreens before, especially not this particular item. It felt excessive and out of the ordinary for this type of purchase. To make matters worse, when I expressed some frustration, the front desk staff member with a beard responded dismissively, telling me to "calm down, buddy." This was not only unhelpful but also unprofessional, further escalating an already frustrating situation. I would like to understand why I was ID'd for a typical purchase and whether this is a new policy. Additionally, I would hope Corporate Walgreens would take steps to ensure that its employees are properly trained in both the computer systems and in customer service etiquette, to prevent situations like this in the future. I have now emailed Corporate Headquarters about this location. Take your business to CVS.
