The pharmacy check…read morein employee was very rude and forced me to use a touch screen tablet to check in (worst possible thing during a concussion) and refused to assist me. When I entered my name as it is legally spelled, it didn't come up and she blamed me for entering it wrong. The screen told me that the pharmacist had "something to share with me" and when I inquired she asked me if I had any questions. I said no and reiterated I wanted the information they need to share with me and she waved me off. I will not go to this location for any reason ever again and am considering filing a complaint for illegal lack of accessible options.

By far, I feel that Hopkinton drugs compounded medication works much better than the medication I got from the other compounding pharmacies. I had used Belmar to fill a compound prescription for a year. I recently switched over to Hopkinton for that same compound medication. The difference is, I actually feel like my medication is working now. I took the same thing for over a year and didn't have any results. The price at Hopkinton is way better than any other compound pharmacy I have found. I have never had a problem with expensive shipping costs either. If I remember correctly, the shipping for my medication was either free or less than five dollars. I have always had professional and pleasant phone interactions with employees from Hopkinton. I have never had any problem filling a prescription or paying for it. If the pharmacy does not accept your insurance anymore, that doesn't mean they're a bad pharmacy. It is the consumers responsibility to be sure they go to a provider that accepts their specific insurance. I have had no problems working with Hopkinton and I will continue to use them as my main compounding pharmacy. I appreciate everything they do for me.

Drove there to learn that not only was it not ready, but the printer was broken. I was told they would reach out if the printer got fixed and my order was ready. So I drove an hour to the party without it. While at the party I got a text telling me my order was ready, so I drove back. When I arrived the woman behind the counter was shocked to see me, and said "I feel very badly, as it's still not ready. That wasn't a message you were supposed to get". So yet again I left without what I ordered and needed. There are no words for how much I dislike this store and its inability to actually treat its customers properly.

I go there and they haven't even started to fill it yet. The second time I tried to fill a perscription they tried to charge me a $150.00 copay. I told them there was no co pay so after waiting a while they said there was a $10.00 copay. I told them insurange covered it. He said if I wanted the perscription I HAD to pay the copay, so I did. The next week I get a check from Walgreens for the copay. Today I tried a third time to fill another perscription. I get a call to come get it. omce there they said I needed my Medicare card, which I did not have with me so they refused to Fill the perscription. Why didn't they tell me to bring the card when they told me the perscription was ready and come get it. Stay away from this place.
