I drove to the right of the store and entered the narrow driveway to the rear to enter the car wash. I did this kind of instinctively never having been there before and with out the aid of signage or at least easily observable signage. As I drove the narrow drive behind the store I noticed a man standing behind the building smoking a cigarette (don't even get me started about that safety issue). I approached the remote pay/option kiosk in front of the car wash entrance and got ready to put my c.c. in to pay when I noticed a sign flashing across the lcd screen saying "car wash is out of order". After a minute of rattling off a flurry of cuss words I composed myself and tried to figure out how to extract myself from this predicament. There was no way to back into any kind of turn around spot so I was forced to back out the entire driveway of curves and straightaway's until reaching the front of the building and the gas pumps. The same gentleman was still puffing on his cigarette as I backed out and I said "thanks for telling me it was out of order on my way in" I got no reply, he just stared at me as if to say he didn't understand what I meant. Once back out of the maze I looked carefully around for signage that I must have missed thinking that if I did miss the big sign saying Out of Order I'm a total A-hole. Nothing, not one sign to alert would be patrons of the situation ahead. I would not recommend this gas station/car wash to my worst enemy... well maybe.

Your only choices are the "Millis Gas and Service Center", which I haven't been to but wouldn't suggest, or the Mobil with all the perks you could ever think of (except for full service). Between the gas station, vacuum / air area, convenience store and the actual gas station this place has it all. You can clean your car, wash your car, fill up your car, and get snacks for your car. The guy working inside (where did I see him before?!?!) when I came through was friendly, helpful and energetic, always a pleasant surprise. The store itself is large, and is just a normal convenience store with add ons of a cool milkshake machine, beer and wine, and my personal favorite.... Ben&Jerry's! Great place to get any quick snack, gas, or a car wash. I'd stop back here over the only other gas station in town. 5 stars.

I will never go in this variety store again. I will drive out of my way to avoid her and the store. She works the register. No one should be treated like this. When driving through Medfield, it's always a wonder of where to go and get gas…read more I used to really like the Mobil station in the center of Medfield, as they were full serve and always well priced; however, that closed years ago to become a Starbucks now. The only others around now are on Rt 27 (way too far away), Cumberland Farms (also sort of far from this side of Medfield), or the Medfield Service Center (on the opposite side of Shaw's). This is by far the newest and has the most amenities of any of the Medfield gas stations. Normally, since I'm a sucker for full service, I would go to the Medfield Service Center, that is just a minute or two away from here, but since I wanted to pick up a newspaper and get something at Dunks, this was the most convenient spot. Yes, a convenience store, Dunkin Donuts, car wash, and a precision detail car service center are all located here. Convenience store isn't huge, but has more than you need and is new and clean. Beer and Wine is available as well. Dunkin Donuts is also decent. No drive thru, but the quick service and the fact that not many people even know it exists, effects in lots of products any time of day, and fast service. Car wash I have never tried, however, it's the only one in Medfield, so you better jump on the fact it's here. And the Precision Auto Center, I have also never gone to, but wouldn't be opposed to going in the future. Seems they are able to do lots of different repairs there. I can comment that I have used the free air pumps in the rear of this station, and an employee from the Precision Auto Center always comes out to ask if you need help of any type. Free air is a plus too (very few other gas stations still do this). Gas station in general is sort of small (only six pumps), and the prices aren't always the best, but the facility is very new and the store and DD make this stop all the worthwhile sometimes. One precaution: turning left out of the parking lot onto Route 109 Westbound is atrocious. Definitely should have a traffic light!

7/11 offered free small slushies currently until 7/11/2022…read more (Karen), the store clerk informed my 11 and 15 year old they would have to pay for them and complained that she had been dealing with this all day. My wife and I showed Karen the offer from 7/11 corporate but she refused to honor it even though we were members and provided the required scanning codes. I told he we would pay for them and complain to corporate regarding the interaction. At that point she asked that we leave the store. Terribly nasty attitude. Who would turn an 11 and 15 year old away from buying a slushie that should have been free according to their offer? Remedy: we went to the Dedham 7/11, had our free slushies and a wonderfully refreshing interaction with the clerk and went about our day. Later, we lodged a complaint with 7/11 corporate about the Canton stores interaction and mentioned how wonderfully different the Dedham store was. How many people I wondered had been turned away or forced to pay for something that should have been free?
