Not the first time they don't have something. It doest't occur to them to reach out to the client to let them know they're not able to fill a prescription. They waited so long to notify me that my prescription became invalid and was no longer supported by my insurance When you walk in to Hendrix the staff acts like you're a bothering them. She yelled at me and was irate then hung up on me. I have Never gotten treated so rudely by someone who should know better. I asked my doctor to switch my prescription to Sierra pharmacy and receptionist confirmed that many of their patients have had problems with Ecoterra and have left. I am taking my business elsewhere even if it's less convenient for me for better and reliable service. I been out of medication for a week and Ecoterra failed to remedy what was a routine refill. As I walked to the pharmacy, I noticed CVS has moleskin and picked a couple packs up because my husband and daughter use it sometimes when they wear certain shoes. At 11 a.m. the line for the pharmacy wasn't long, I was third in line. The pharmacy tech was polite and professional as she looked me up in the system. Apparently I had guessed wrong and she just smiled and said no problem when I explained I had made an error. She let me pay for the moleskin there rather than having to get in line again at the front store cashiers. Overall a quick trip to CVS where my service needs were met satisfactorily.

I ordered some items online on May 31st. I received a notice that the ordered was delayed and then I got the ready to pick up I was told their policy is to pick up within 72 hours. It's only 6/2/26 so I'm still trying to figure out how I am over the 72 hour period. So I get there and Atzin helps me. He says my order was put back because I was late and over the 72 hour period and I would have to go and get the stuff myself. I'm not sure why he is on the register when he can't count days. I'm hoping the system doesn't shut down. So as I was walking away to go get the stuff, Octavio comes to the counter. I can hear the two discussing the situation as I was looking at the candy bars in the candy aisle which is that far away. Octavio calls me and says that I don't have to go get my order myself and that he would. I agree with him that this is the correct response instead of a worker asking me to do what they were supposed to do. I had just gotten off work and I didn't feel like addressing this. Octavio brings everything I ordered to the counter while Atzin insisted that my order should have been cancelled. I just had received the email remind me that it would be cancelled after today but I guess he thought it should have been already. I was really grateful that Octavio helped me. As I was leaving, what appeared to be the manager discussing something with someone else. Instead of ignoring me as some stores do, he allowed me to exit first instead of almost colliding with me as some employees from other stores have. Thank you for your good customer service. The pharmacy tech asked for my birthday. I kind of said it fast so she inputted the wrong day and then asked me if my name was ---? I didn't catch it but it wasn't me. I had placed my DL and insurance card on the table in front of her so she could've checked them but she just asked my bday again. This time we got it right. Technically she used two forms of identification by asking my birthday then name which is what is legally required, but I think after the first error in communication, she should have just looked at my ID. Anyway that's just a little feedback. It all worked out. The pharmacist explained my medications to me and smiled when I said I understood. I was in and out of there in 5 minutes because no other customers were present. Overall an efficient trip!

The larger chain pharmacies I've dealt with over the years have always been a headache to work with…read morefor many reasons. However, I've never really felt compelled to share a review or experience at a pharmacy before, considering it's usually just a quick exchange and nothing memorable. However, I just had the loveliest experience at Express pharmacy and I want everyone to know how great this place is! I am on a regular medication that every so often has huge shortages that cause a very large amount of difficulty in getting my prescription when needed. This issue is completely not any pharmacy or staffs fault of course, but it does cause a lot of stress and frustration. When dealing with an issue like this, I'm not always met with much kindness or willingness to help by a pharmacy. However, when I called express pharmacy to check their stock of the medication, (after calling over 10 other large chain pharmacies in the area with no success) not only did they quickly tell me they did have the medication, but they were also extremely friendly and easy to talk to. The next day I had my doctor send the prescription to them, and the day after that I went to pick it up. When I got to Express Pharmacy, there was unfortunately a small issue with filling the entire prescription quantity, (understandable as my call to check their stock was 2 days prior) but regardless of this, the entire staff was extremely helpful and kind. They were able to partially fill my medication so I wasn't left without anything, and assured me that they were on top of it and would contact me to pick up the remainder as soon as it is available, which should only be a day or two. Overall, the friendliness and positive atmosphere of the pharmacy and staff is very impressive, I will definitely be a repeat customer and plan to make this my go-to place!

The grocery section had all the basics I needed, and everything was pretty organized and easy to find. Displays were clean and well put together. It's in a convenient spot in Pomona between Towne and Arrow, so it's an easy quick stop. I didn't really interact with staff since I used self-checkout, but it was fast and no issues.
