Such a huge menu! There's so many options I decided to stick with a classic Thai tea and it was pretty delicious I added condensed milk and boba. They had a variety of different toppings/boba/jellies and let you choose what you wanted in your drink. Service was extremely fast and he was very nice. There's a few tables and seats as well.

We stopped in here yesterday on our way to visit some church family for dinner. This tea place has quite an extensive menu!! My daughter and I shared the Smores milk tea and it was yummy! The place was clean and employees were working hard! There was about 4 people inside when we arrived and yet we got our tea quickly and were on our way.

We usually top here when in the area. The drinks a flavorful and always refreshing. The people at the counter have always been very helpful and friendly. That's one of the reasons we keep coming back. The place is small and but very clean.

While waiting for my Mom before heading out to the San Gabriel Valley area yesterday, I took notice of Bee & Tea (B & T) boba shop that is in the same shopping center as Paradise Buffet. I've seen it many times, but never thought to try them out until now. Glad that I did! I resonate with the word "bee" as it has a special significance to me. I find its name "Bee & Tea" very cute. It would have been much cuter if it was "Bee Me & Tea"... maybe in the next lifetime. Hey, I'm a hopeless romantic LOL! I got a large Lavender Therapy with boba & egg pudding and I got my Mom a small Black Purist with the same toppings as my drink. Both drinks without ice of course. Let's keep the original flavors in the drink please! I did notice a slight half inch of liquids knocked off from the top which is okay better than 1 or 2 inches off the top like some other boba places I know that do knock off that much if no ice (just not cool in my book!). Large was a very good size cup for $6+. Small came in at $5+. I say GO for the LARGE! LOL My lavender drink was good, but it lacked some depth in lavender and tea flavor. I'm a very big fan of lavender so I prefer my drinks to be a bit stronger in that area. My Mom said she liked her drink... black tea had a good punch! Boba was very soft, chewy, bouncy, and it had the perfect sweetness! As for the egg pudding, it was indeed very silky, but I would have liked it a bit sweeter. They do put a good serving of the toppings which I love... thank you B & T! Staff was nice and friendly. Service was very quick. Prices are very reasonable. They do have a rewards program so do get on that if you choose... I did! Ambience is bright and fun. I'll definitely be back to try their other flavors! Happy Bee Me & Tea'ing! (I can always wish for it, right?) LOL

I was desperate for Lavender Milk Tea so I came to this on a rainy day to this spot. My Lavender Therapy wasn't very strong. Not sure I will return. Respectfully Reviewed

Great place for boba off the 10 in Montclair! Fung space with funny and cozy pictures with sweet quotes to read as you wait. Tons of options for boba to help you find your favorite drink. A little bit pricy but great boba and flavor. The ladies working were very friendly and our drinks took less than 2 mins. It was so soft, being it wasn't busy as well. They have a lot of unique drinks with catchy names we got the taro and mango and both were good. They have star shaped lychee jelly which is my first time seeing something like that. Highly recommend!

I had the Large Taronatir with 50% sweet and low ice. The sweetness was perfect but it was so watery I night was well make with sweetened water. There was very little tato flavor. Most horrible $7 I spent

Drinks may seem a bit pricey but they are huge and delicious. A lot of variety of drinks. Come check this boba spot out. Service was 10/10.

I am absolutely terrified of bees, but seeing how unique the menu offerings are here, I knew that I just had to suck up my fears and go! I'm going to pre-face this review by saying how outstanding the staff are, going above and beyond. I already thought it was pretty annoying that we got there 15-20 minutes before closing, but groups of people came in after us, some like 2-3 minutes before closing, with really complicated orders that replaced and removed things from pre-built drinks, yet the staff accommodated them all. That's great customer service! We got the: 1) Green Thailandia with Matcha boba: -No adjustments. -It's a Thai green tea. Tastes like a more muted Thai tea that isn't as sweet or dense with the mix of green milk tea in it as well. It's sweetened with condensed milk, so that made it additionally yummy too. -Went beautifully with the addition of the matcha boba. Smaller in size that standard boba, but had great texture consistency. 2) Rose Blossom -It's a jasmine green tea with rose and strawberry -I got this half sweet. Doing so kinda muted the fruity flavor, but enhanced the tea flavor. -Great pick me up to keep up later in the night. -Strong jasmine tea flavor with the subtle sweetness of strawberry and light floral hints of rose. The aesthetics of the store are cute as well. With lots of hexagonal designs resembling a honey comb, the anatomy of boba wall, some funny jokes/sayings posters on the walls, and a photo op wall near the front. Their stamp card system is SUPER cute as well. It's on their tablet, but the cashier stamped it with a physical metal stamp thing and little bees appeared on the stamp card part. I've never seen this before, so it was really cool! Definitely gotta go back to fill out their stamp card and try more of their drinks.

Visited today, 08/21/21. This is my first time here. I got the Rose Blossom Green Tea with boba. 25% sweet and no ice as well. My drink was only $5.28. Drink was great! If you're okay with strong tea and less sugar then do 25%. If you're not a fan of strong tea then I would do 50% or normal if you're a sweet tooth. They have a lot of drink options, didn't have time to look at the entire menu and take pictures. I recommend trying this place out and will go back to try out their other drinks! They also have a reward system, just enter your phone # in the tablet when paying your drink. Quick and friendly customer service.

Heard good things about this place down the street from my house but actually got to try it first hand. Firstly, the staff was very friendly. Their menu is pretty big so I went with a jasmine milt tea with boba at 50% sweet. Boba was soft and good amount of sweetness and their tea was refreshing. Best part, their stamp system. Enter your number on their tablet and it's all saved their. They stamp. You get your credit towards a goody. Will be back. :)

I wanted to try somewhere new that's close to the mall and found this place with great reviews…read more It's in a plaza and the inside look really nice and clean. Me and my family decided to try the Thai Tea Crème with boba, Artisan Milk Tea, and Peach Strawberry Fruit Tea. The Thai Tea Crème was delicious and creamy. The boba was soft and chewy. The Peach Strawberry Fruit Tea was refreshing and wasn't super sweet compared to other places I had try. It was perfect. The Artisan Milk Tea was yummy. I definitely would order all these drinks again and would like to try something new too. Even my family loved it! The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Superficial observation: Without seeing a sign that says it's a boba place, when you look in it…read moredoesn't appear like it'd be a place that sells food or beverages. I'm not against minimalism, but IMHO the interior could use a few touches that draw you in from the sidewalk and indicate that there's boba tea and donuts. More seriously: I really dislike giving unflattering reviews for small businesses. In this case, I hope the business sees this and maybe makes improvements. But there were a few issues of cleanliness that had me nervous. And the coffee I ordered took almost 15 mins to come out and had a really unfortunately soapy aftertaste. Cleanliness: Minimalism can be look very chic, but if your chosen aesthetic is white and gold/chrome, you've got to keep it clean. This cafe needs a good deep clean. I was grossed out to see oil and dirt smudges on the backs and seats of the white leather chairs, like no one has wiped them down on a regular basis. The panel molding on the walls looks sleek and clean from far away, but once I sat down I could see a lot of dust. The counter where you pick up your order had a lot of dirt and remnants of spilled beverages at the base. The decor adjacent to the serving area was also really dusty. The chrome garbage bin could contribute to a modern, clean look but it looks grungy and sticky. It's the lack of attention to detail in cleanliness in the front of house that made me worry about what the prep areas might also look like. Beverages: I got an Americano and a mango fruit tea with lychee. The fruit tea was delicious and the lid and straw situation is actually unique and cute. That's where we're getting the two stars from. The Americano coffee on the other hand was really disappointing. For over five dollars, I was hoping for a good quality cup of joe. Despite it not being busy, it took nearly 15 mins before I was handed a coffee in a Christmas cup (it's April so maybe that should've been my sign that they've got Christmas cups bc no one likes the coffee?) that initially tasted ok, but then finished with a really soapy aftertaste. I had 3 different people taste it--everyone agreed it had a dish soap-like aftertaste that spoiled the coffee. Normally, I might ask for a do-over since it was pretty gross. But I didn't have another 10-15 mins to risk getting another soapy coffee. I seriously feel bad calling this place out. I wanted to like it! But at the very least I hope it inspires a deep clean and more care making sure they thoroughly rinse out coffee brewing equipment after washing it. Even if I'd only gotten the yummy mango fruit tea, the cleanliness issues still would've had me distressed. So two stars for now. Sorry!

It's not awful, but it tastes frugal. I arrived at Almond Haus Cafe (Claremont) on Sunday (around 12:20PM). Parking is easy. The lot is very big. My immediate impression of the location's interior is "abandoned warehouse." There's cardboard boxes lying about; the lights are dim & gloomy; and the furniture & walls looked old and poorly maintained. There were no customers, other than myself. Staff zipped out from the back when I'd entered. There's no self-service kiosks, so customers order at the counter. Staff is friendly and welcoming. After receiving my drink, Staff vanished into the back for the entire time. The drink took one minute and six seconds. Fast!! As mentioned, the Brown Sugar Milk Tea ($5.50) with Boba (additional 79 cents) is not awful. It's big, cheap, and thirst-quenching. Although the boba lacked any perkiness, I did appreciate its very small sweetness. Concerning the ambiance, it felt sad. Chairs had mysterious black stains, dust & webs gripped the windows' corners, yellow & aged plants lazed about, and lights stayed dimly lit like a haunted house. However, there's utility. Almond Haus Cafe (Claremont) has six electrical outlets. There's also customer internet with password; details on the plastic countertop. And there's a restroom for customers. In addition, the floors and tables are fairly clean. Overall, Almond Haus Cafe (Claremont) feels like a forgotten relic of time. At the very minimum, it's an adequate establishment. If you're searching for affordability and a place to study/work, there's potential. 3.3 out of 5

The outdoors section is covered by an awning and the indoor tea-sipping area has deep set couch-like chairs. Several events are hosted here like poetry readings, and it's lovely to see the community that shows up here. The selection of tea is very fun to shop through--there are different sections like medicinal to mood-based teas (I've uploaded a few that I found quirky and delightful). You can buy a packet of the tea leaves, or find the flavor you want and then tell the counter who'll brew up a cup for you (hot or cold). My gripe here (and why I removed a star) is that they don't explain what the notes/composition of the tea are, and when I asked the server, he said he didn't know either (which felt odd given how expansive this tea shop is). I recommend parking anywhere in the Claremont village and then walking over, as it's a little hidden and few spaces in the lot adjacent to it.

This was one of the most organized events I've been to. To start, the manager arrived around 8:30am to hand out tickets and ensure that there were no line cutters - even though the store didn't open until 12pm. That's super early considering most events don't hand out tickets until 1 hour or less before the start time. Around 11am, the manager came around and gave us drinks if we won a game. Options were tic tac toe, guess the Sunright drink, or boba trivia. I played and got the white peach oolong milk tea in a can, which was really generous.
