First, the intersection to get to this Walgreens is just awful, I know it's not the store's fault. But traffic is awful here if it's around after work hours. I pulled to the drive through and made it to the window just a few minutes before my scheduled time. I told the pharmacist I came for my scheduled covid test. Well guess what? He just walked away from the window. Not ok. I figured he just went to get my test. Well I waited and waited at the window without anyone saying anything to me about why I'm waiting. I waited for 20 long minutes. I'm sorry to all the cars behind me. Finally he came back with my test, I got no explanation or an apology for waiting this long at the window. Maybe the pharmacist is new, and doesn't know how to do things, maybe they're just not organized, I'm not sure what the problem is, but this is unacceptable. I will not go to this location again, there are plenty of Walgreens that know how to do their job and communicate with customers.

I was surprised to see that I never reviewed the second one, so here we go... Farmington/New Britain is definitely larger than West Hartford and decidedly neater as well. We found the store well stocked today with no clutter or mess in the aisles. We were looking to buy some children's socks and underwear today for a convention activity where our attendees will be building 100 school supply and 50 socks and underwear kits for Boston children in need. Target had some fantastic prices today, and we picked up a six pack of boys crew socks for just $10. I've got no complaints at all about Target. Parking is plentiful, the store's selection is very wide, and it was a pleasant experience to pick up what we needed at a very good price.

I hate standing in line waiting to pick up my meds while people who are sick and coming to pick out cold meds are standing and coughing around you. The line should go down a different aisle . She said that all I had to do was inform the staff of my disability and they would take care of me at the drive thru. That was something any of their staff would be happy to do. Well she doesn't know her staff very well. Today they adamantly refused repeatedly to help me. I had to walk in on my fractured foot. The pharmacy tech deferred my complaint to the pharmacist covering this location today. He explained how difficult it was for the pharmacy tech to walk from the service counter to the window repeatedly. I laughed and told him I could understand that considering the boot I have to wear to be able to walk.
