Aside from being really tired and thus not being able to figure out what door was the entrance door compared to the exit door (...), the experience was quite fine and drug-store-like. As in, I found the candy, paid, and left. The parking lot is a bear. Good luck exiting if you're leaving during active town hours. Unless you're making a right -- in which case you're fine. But you're probably not making a right, as goes life.

The techs are useless and they say your medication will be ready two days after requesting a refill or having the doctor's office send it electronically. Just recently it took a lot longer than it was suppose to . I think the corporation has to overhaul this situation. These techs are robots . They look at the customer as if you are dumb for inquiring about your script . Forget about when they take their lunch for a half hour . Those people are not going to lunch they are filling scripts and you still don't get it when promised . I suggest Wegmans they are courteous and honest hard working people. Even the pharmacists go out of their way to give you the help you need .

They also REFUSE to order it ahead of time if they are out even when they PROMISED they will have it done the day it comes fillable. It's highly frustrating and often leads my blood pressure to rise medically (due to pain) and mentally from the stress. It consistently leads to problems with my Doctor's office as well as they then have to send ANOTHER prescription to ANOTHER pharmacy. Or I have to lay in my bed screaming as my body tears itself into pieces. Guess I will have to try my local Walmart even if I get sexually assaulted again.

I walked into the electronics dept looking for a phone charger, the 2 employees were too busy arguing over something so I said eff it and went searching myself. Then the clerk was at the locked cabinet where they keep the phone chargers,I asked which one was compatible with my phone...no answer. Ended up not finding either of the things I was looking for. We're out of town. We know nothing about this area because we've never been here before, so excuse us for being ignorant. This Walgreens and the CVS were both in walking distance, but the discount pulled us in. All we wanted to know was why the store was closing. "Because IT IS." Yep. Constant bad moods all over the place. Manager didn't even greet us or apologize for holding us up at the register while he did his own thing. Also, THE TRASH! Holy crap, the garbage was overflowing out of that thing. I wish I had taken a picture because it was a sight to see.
