CVS pharmacy on N.W. 122nd and N. May in OKC has a pharmacy employee named Danielle who should NEVER have any interaction with the public. She is extremely rude, lazy, and unprofessional to a level that is beyond belief. When I went through the drive thru she was so lazy that she told me if I wanted my prescriptions run through my insurance I needed to go inside and have Sara help me. When I asked her why I would need to go inside for that she told me I was blocking her drive through and when I started to ask if she could run it through insurance and I would come back after running my other errands, she cut me off, told me she wasn't going to have me blocking "her" drive through, then sarcastically said, "Bye Bye" and closed the drive through window and walked away. When I went inside, I found her talking about me where all the other pharmacy employees and customers could easily hear. The woman in line in front of me turned to me and said, " She's always like that. Thats why I just come inside so I don't have to deal with her." The only reason I gave 2 stars is because the woman at the counter inside, Sara, is so nice and so helpful, was very apologetic, and went above and beyond to help me and all of the other customers. This experience was surreal. I was shocked at how angry and unprofessional she was and how much and how quickly she escalated things. It was truly bizarre and upsetting. read more

This pharmacy is literally the worst. No one in there likes their job. They're rude and unhappy every single time. Even though I'm usually the one inconvenienced. Computers go down frequently and after they finally send me on my way without my meds. I get down the street with them calling me saying, oh it's up and ready. This happens frequently. So then I have to turn around and wait in an even longer line. It's ridiculous. I very rarely have a nice interaction with them. Do better. It's not like we wanna be paying for the meds or dealing with attitude. ​ read more

The CVS on NW 50th and May is terrible. My wife and I had an appointment for vaccinations at the pharmacy. Drove over there and we were told they were having computer problems and couldn't give us the shots. What? you can't give us the shots and take our info to input later? So mad after driving all the way over there. Ridiculous! read more

Pharmacy can be disorganized at times. There has been a lot of turn over in pharmacists and techs. They want all vaccine's scheduled now as well. The pharmacy is doing their best but it still is hard to contact them or they have long lines. The store itself is well stocked normally. They have one self check out lane and two regular lanes. There is normally a clerk close to the counter at all times. Ive never had to find one. I end up preferring to use self checkout myself because the rewards question is asked at self check out but not by employees. read more

Horrible service. They show a complete lack of care for patients. Every time I've called I've been on hold for over 15 minutes.

Pharmacy is the worst. if you call they'll ask you to hold them without waiting for a response they put you on hold. I was left on hold for over 40 mins before I gave up and hung up today. I desperately need a prescription called in by urgent care hours ago. it's not showing on the app or in automated system and I need it before they close today. Going to this pharmacy is even worse. All employees there except for one pharmacy tech (a very nice middle aged Africa-American woman) are very disinterested and unhelpful. Theres one particularly nasty lady who should never have any job dealing with the public. I don't know her name but she's a heavy set white lady with glasses and short light brown hair and tattoos on her neck. She acts as if she hates her job and particularly her customers. CVS either really doesn't care about customer service or they are extremely desperate for employees. Having her there is a definite customer deterrent. I for one have reached a breaking point. I stayed with them before because they're located just a couple blocks from out home and we're open 24 hours. Now they're not even open 24 hours anymore and im fed up with the abysmal service. This is a chain pharmacy but honestly it was decent. Actually above average for a CVS. The store was clean and the employees were friendly-ish. I did have to wait to check our because they weren't being attentive and were of doing something, but not for long. Seriously CVS, you suck. This is a metro area. It is 2015. Your hours dont match. I can never seem to find the pharmacy open. And the regular store hours suck too. You do realize Walgreens is across the street and has a 24 hour pharmacy, right? You realize thats your competition, right?? read more

We moved to this area last July and have been using this location since. We are a family of 4, 2 of us have regular prescriptions that keep us stopping by at least once a month. My guess would be that maybe 50% of the time we can pick up a prescription without any issues. SEVERAL times prescriptions have not been ready by promised times or even several hours after promised time. Once I called it in, forgot to pick it up that day, came the next (with a crying baby in tow) and they asked me to pull around the store in about 45 minutes. Literally, she said "please just pull around the store in about 45 minutes". Huh? Just curious how I'm supposed to pull around in 45 minutes. So, I head home, unloaded crying baby, happy toddler and all the baggage to go along. Load back up after a couple episodes of Sophia the First, head on back (at this point it had been another hour) and guess what, still not ready. Today was the last straw, I went to pick up a script and there was no record of my ever calling it in... The point of the drive thru is convenience. Trust me, this one is not convenient. And I'll close this out with a tip: even though both lanes of the drive thru say full service, the one on the right is only for dropping off. read more
