I have uaed the online order pickup a few times in the last few months. I am shocked how they let their employees come to work. Everyone should wear a uniform.Not look like they just rolled out of a bed. Thursday girl with long braids, they have white braid's mixed in, i think she wears black rimmed glasses? Now, last time, I was there, she was literally wearing fleece pajama pants and cross. A lot of people work there, I don't know how I got her again.....Maybe it's the time of day I go not sure but THIS time she was wearing some kind of over sized jogging pants, i stood behind my trunk. It was on her phone doing something as I watched her in my rearview mirror oh I could see was her with the phone. I ALMOST GOT OUT OF MY CAR AND WALKED BACK THERE AND ASKED HER, COULD SHE JUST LOAD MY GROCERIES??! but I didn't, waited at about two more minutes turned around in my seat and looked out the back window, and she saw me, put our phone away and started putting my groceries in the trunk...... Excellent Walmart Supercenter location with a grocery store and normal Walmart with clothing, drugs, electronics, toys, etc. Also super convenient and fast self check out kiosk area. There is also a Charley's sandwich restaurant inside (may review separately). Recommended! read more

This Walmart was so big, and the departments looked like an actual department store with nice signage and organized by brand. Some nice displays. The parking lot seemed busier than the inside of the store. They had a decent checkout system, was able to walk right up to self checkout without having to wait. Other than the fancier than normal layout everything was the same as far as brands and items. I also peeped they had Charley's vs Subway (I'm from MN and we only had Charley's in Mall food courts, not sure we have them at all now). read more

Pickup: online ordering and pick up here is ridiculous!!! It doesn't matter if it's one item or 50, I wait 20-30min every time. Currently here and only see 1 man bringing all the orders back and forth. Where is the help? What is convenient about this? 30min wait on loaf of bread, ridiculous. Hire more staff, get robots! Bad enough we have to do self checkout and lines with that, where are your workers. Then I call the main number and nobody answers EVER! Where are your managers? This store needs GM Come in and do overhaul on staff and policies procedures. Nothing here is efficient or quick! My only choice as it's closest to my home. read more

A co-Yelper called this place "vile," "crime-filled parking lot," a "bona fide public hazard" and to avoid like a Bubonic Plague. I think there was previously a shooting incident in the parking lot of this Wal-mart. But being Asian has granted me a superpower to face all dangers and adversities to save every penny when the opportunity arises. Being Asian has also granted me another superpower to avoid this Wal-mart like a Bubonic Plague at nights or gloomy days and to go here ONLY during bright daylight. Let me tell y'all why I love this Wal-mart. This Wal-mart has the cheapest cherries in town. This Wal-mart and I go way back, way back to 9-10 years ago when I bought 50 lbs of cherries. Why? They were on sale for $0.79/lb. I have not seen cherries being sold that cheap since then. On July 1st, 2023, history repeats itself. With the current rising inflation and cost of living, this Wal-mart is selling Bing red cherries at $0.99/lb, incredible price and the cheapest in town. I bought 20 lbs today but will return tomorrow to buy more to bring back to Tulsa. To be continued...The cherries are not sweet. Looks like I won't be coming back. read more

Took 2 of my vehicles to the auto center for oil changes. They DID not even change the oil filter on my son's expedition. My husband was doing some other work on it after and sent me pictures of the oil filter. I called and spoke to the manager and he said that the "cameras" had been reviewed and that there was no other way to prove it. No UPC for inventory to be cross checked for proof which I find very hard to believe. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLES HERE, ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE A WOMAN! I felt very talked down to and taken advantage of after the mansplaining manager dismissed my concerns. read more

This is a typical Wal-mart, except for a wonderful young gentleman named Quayshawn. He is not your typical Wal-Mart employee. I went to Walmart looking for a map of Oklahoma. I looked around and then asked Quayshawn. He said he wasn't sure, but I should ask customer service. They were the typical Walmart employees, a quick, "no" from customer service and the CSR. I turned around and I see Quayshawn also inquiring for me. He went out of his way (he was stocking) to assist me by asking others. These employees were just as short with him, but I thought it was so nice that he would take time to follow up. I went back to thank him and to let him know I would contacy his boss also. Sir/Madam, he would be an employee to watch. He could change people's idea about poor customer service at Walmart. read more

Absolutely don't get your car serviced there. During and oil change they broke my car. The manager of the automotive department took full responsibility but he said he had to file a claim. About a week later I get a letter saying that walmart is not responsible. I called the manager of the automotive department and he said that nobody even talked to him. I tried for over a week to get ahold of the store manager but she never returned my calls. I also tried to call the insurance company for walmart and sat on hold for many hours until after a few days I gave up. read more

Store: for a Walmart this store is a 3 1/2. They actually have a great selection of things, and tend to have done of the trendier clothes, etc. Pick-up: 5 stars this is why I'm writing this review. I love the grocery pick-up and the online pickup. I literally just pull to the Southside of the store, pull into one of ten slots, and call 405/245-2048. Sometimes they see me and approach my car to get my name before I even have a chance to call. Then they go and bring out my order. I can order anything I can buy in the store that I don't need to go in and look for. It's such a time saver. Today, I realized I had mice. And I know I have feral cats. So I opened the Walmart Grocery App on my phone and ordered the following: cat food, cat bowl, cat food container, phyllo shells, chocolate chips and glue traps for mice. I pay on the app (they have my card info), and I pick a time for pickup (5-6 pm today is what I picked). They'll send me a text a few minutes before 5:00 telling me my order is ready, I pull up and voila! Out comes my groceries. They are put in my car and away I go. read more

I placed my online pickup order very early this morning. I was supposed to pick up my order at 5-6pm... my order ended up being 2 hours delayed... I came back to the Walmart at 8:00pm when my Walmart app told me my order was ready. Sat at the Walmart pickup for 3 hours just for them to tell me they don't have my order for me yet... that's it's too busy and they are having a hard time looking for my order. Never again. Bought paint and started painting my kids room purple. Ran out. Went back to get a second gallon. Took the first label with me. The assoc was taking a long time to get the gallon to mix. When he arrived I asked if he found the right one. He said yes that he had to dig for it. GREAT this is a good thing. Get home. Start painting. It's MUCH lighter. He mixed the new gallon with light base instead of medium base (this after our conversion during the shaking process of how I'd run out of paint). Took the paint back and got a refund. Went to the paint counter and they didn't have the medium base. Was out of it. Asked if they'd mix 4 quarts then and give it to me for the price of a gallon since their guy messed up and now I'm running out of time. The assistant manager she allied said he'd do one at 1/2 price. So instead of $19.00 approx I'd be laying just over $30.00. The first assoc could have just said we don't have the correct paint. I'd of went to another Walmart. Now I'm out more time and I have to go to another store. I'll NEVER buy paint there again! read more

I purchased two space heaters last year at about this same time. They are both now spitting out fire and sparks when I plug them in. They are a total fire hazard. I attempted to return them and was denied. The associate told me to contact the company which makes the model, however there is no information on this particular company that either of us could find. My house could have burned down. Uhhg. I can't find any information on the Wal-mart website to contact corporate. And I've been unable to get help from basically anywhere else. Not a cart to be found. Although as we drove off towards the street we saw a plethora of carts on the right side of the building out of sight. Seriously there are no shopping carts and only 1/2 of the registers in self check work. I'll take my business to the super target on memorial just for the carts and cleanliness. Si ce they started the self checkout lines AND added Walmart pay to the app, my visits have gotten better. I don't know if it is just me, but I feel like the prices have gone up. I do like that this location has added the signs for the isles, so if you look something up on the app, you can find it fairly quickly. Since they changed their hours, the place seems more crowded. I'll give them credit for the remodel as they tried to make the place look better.... but walmart is always going to be walmart, you must k ow what you are getting yourself into before stepping inside. Yesterday my daughter suggested for me to get on line and order the foods I would like to eat..I'm a picky eater. Today we went to pick up our grocies and the things we ordered was incorrect two boxes were open and one of the two was completely smashed. I think the concept of this service is brilliant, especially for the elderly or anyone whom is unable to walk through the stores(medical causes/reasons). I will have to go back because several of the itmes I've ordered, I didn't receive and I received a lot of candies that I wouldn't ever ordered. Dirty inside and out, staff have the worst attitudes and are completely miserable. Stock is super low at best all the time. No one ever collecting carts always a PITA to find one that doesn't have a jacked up wheel, cashiers are slow on a good day and just miserable bags of *%&$ on others. I truly feel like my life should just end rather than go in this store unfortunately it's close to work and easiest to get to in my area. I try to order all online and pick up as much as possible just to keep my time here at a minimum. This review is specifically for the Wal-Mart automotive center and the only reason it isn't a one star rating is because several of the employees were helpful above and beyond the call of duty to make up for the complete disregard for customer service displayed by other employees. Basically, I take my VW Beetle in for an oil and headlight change. The man who "assisted" me assured me they could change the headlight w/o a problem. An hour later, I pick up my car and drive home. The next night, I turn on the headlights only to see blackness where the repaired right lamp should have been. A headlight that I was charged for. Apparently, the man thought I looked stupid enough to never notice the discrepancy. The employees who handled me when I drove back to the store were very friendly and apologetic and refunded my money for the headlight but they verified that the light was never changed. I've also personally witnessed employees locking a customer's keys in the vehicle and then shrugging and responding "Call OnStar" when asked how the vehicle was to be unlocked. On a non-OnStar-equipped vehicle. Great problem solving there, buddy. Whatever money you might save by getting your oil changed at Wal-Mart will be offset by the aggravation you'll experience when something inevitably goes wrong. And it'll probably go wrong with a vengeance. read more

Fucking walmart. Giant parking lot, dirty interior and employees that scream over the intercom system... I've avoided it for about two years. I was forced to go there during my trip back to Oklahoma. It ended in a panic attack. First there is the poor, skinny, 20-something mom with five kids under the age of seven. She lets the oldest son drive the shopping cart. He continually bashes his cart into mine because it's blocking his access to the cocoa puffs. Then there's the extremely obese couple pushing around, not one, but two carts. Two carts full of frozen pizza, pork rinds, velveeta and giant tubs of mayonaise. And finally, my favorite... the mullet-wearing redneck that wears socks with his sandals. He farted when bending down to place two cases of coors light in his cart. He excuses himself and reaches for a six pack of Budweiser Select. "My wife's birthday," he says to me and winks. I used to go all the time because it's the closest grocery store and I justified it because of the price (LET'S BE HONEST: WalMart is simply not the best value for your money) and variety (they carry a surprising selection of good nut butters and other specialty items). Apart from all the ethical reasons not to shop at Wal-Mart... The lines here. They stink. As in, reek of incompetence and near dejection. Eckhart Tolle would simply not approve. Nor would your conscience. It's worse than being in Vegas- the fluorescent lights and time standing in line sucks the life out of you and you're left feeling as miserable as scenes from Requiem for a Dream. So much for bubbly greeters. I'd rather drive a few miles away to Buy for Less or Sprouts, get better produce, and encounter friendly, competent staff. I debated on the 2 stars, but when I sat back and really started to compare this Walmart to every other Walmart I have ever been to, I couldn't think of one that was worse than this one. It's fairly clean compared to other Walmart's I've been to and I generally like the layout. (Believe it or not, not all Walmart's are set up the exact same.) The real issues with this Walmart, as others have pointed out, are their long ass lines and wait times. For the life of me, I will NEVER understand why on a Saturday afternoon when people are flocking to Walmart to shop, there are only 3 lanes open, sometimes 4. But what about the express lanes, Patrick? Well, people are no longer properly using the express lanes. 20 items or less has turned into people basically saying, "F it, I don't care. I'm going to use the damn express lane, even though I have a cart full of crap." But what about the self-checkout lanes, Patrick? Yea, have you been to this Walmart in the last month or so? They have I believe 6-8 checkout lanes, and only 2 of them are ever functional. And when you actually get to use one of the 2 functioning self-checkout machines, there's a 50/50 chance it only accepts cash? Why is this still a thing? If self-checkout is supposed to be faster and more convenient, then cash should NOT be accepted. Now onto the wait times. I've long held the belief, and many of you probably have as well, that Walmart makes people wait upwards of an hour for a prescription refill...presumably, so that they will walk around the store and pick up a few things that they will inevitably give or throw away. Then, they'll return to pick up their prescription(s) and ask if they can also pay for 2 TMNT themed beach towels, a limited edition Donald Trump bobblehead that is misspelled and instead says "Ronald Trump" and a Speed 2 DVD with 20 minutes of deleted scenes. This also contributes to the ridiculously long wait times. Honestly, if you want to buy that crap, go wait in one of the other checkout lines and let us that need to pick up our prescription(s) do so in a quick and orderly fashion. Can you see my disdain for this Walmart location, yet? I've gotten smarter though...I just drop my prescription off and come back the next day. read more

My daughter bought some diapers and swimmers for a baby shower she was donating to with her church. She is a teenager and dod not realize the size diapers that was needed and swimmers were not needed. She had her receipt for one and was going to do an exchange or in store credit for them all. The guy was rude and told her there will be no refund and she had to get diapers and nothing else. When she was checking out with him, the diapers she returned was clearanced down so she had to pay the differance. She told him she would just take the diapers back she bought in and not do the exchange. He told her in order to get those back, she would have to rebuy for what they are in the store and would owe. She does not have a baby and again, she is a teenager so she was so confused and I feel like this guy took advantage of that. I explained to her next time ask for a manager because she should not have had to pay extra for something she was bringing back. Shame on him! I did a one star because I had to select a star. Took my car battery in to get replaced. First off their battery tester couldn't test whether it was bad so they had to try and charge it which they said could take between 30-60 minutes and would call me with the results. Two hours later still no call. I call them and they tell me what I already knew, that it was a bad battery and needed to be replaced. The battery was purchased less than two years ago and is within the free replacement warranty but they couldn't find any record of purchase and refused to help any further. I only bought the battery from them because my previous battery was through them and they were able to look that one up just fine. I will never use Walmart's automotive service again. read more

Was looking for a battery for my key fob for my Honda Civic. A little hispanic girl named Maggie spent thirty minutes trying to open the key fob (which according to youtube is actually pretty hard to get open) and help me find the battery. When we got it open, we tried four different locations trying to find the right battery which apparently had to be the exact one. She finally found where they were supposed to be in the jewelry department. But they didn't have it. But I was very impressed by her willingness to help! Maggie should get a raise for doing exactly what Wal*Mart employees should do! read more
